Today, in the shadow of blockade, Zanski's president Kalé Saluh has decided that it is time for Zanski's people to elect a leader. Only the most popular parties are allowed to vote, and the Fascist party RFF-UP is illegal.
Zanski's military will also still be led by veterans who fought against the RFF-UP in the second civil war (this includes liberal capitalists). Also, the federal units will still be called "Communes" and may be socialist. or capitalist for that matter.

We demand the inclusion of the Right Wing into the elections. This is merely an exercise in electing a puppet regime and cannot be tolerated.

Official Statement: Right wing parties are not generally supported, but do exist. They are not popular enough to run for election. They are to an extent supported in South Tur Kalavar Commune, but since that was the base of the Fascist RFF-UP party that lost in the second civil war, that commune is now under direct rule.

Obviously I've missed something. I myself have never seen one instance of Zanski's evil warmongering, and would be very interested to learn just what you're talking about.

Jeez. Thank's for the info, and we'll put him on our "Unstable States List" immediately. The murder of 10,000 is especially unnerving, and it's surprising to us that no one has just invaded outright.

I think you may have changed the description of the Free Republic party to one more Communist because it's clear they'll win...

If I'm wrong (and I probably am, I have a horrible memory), sorry for the accusation, but I seem to remember voting for a less liberal party.

The Free Republic Party had originally been described as a "Left-leaning Capitalist Party," or something along those lines, then was edited yesterday morning to what it is now. I believe (as that was why I voted for them as well, since they were depicted as being the closest to even a "Center" party running)

I would remove my support from the free-republic as changing the party to suit you is not how things work. If you want to decide who runs your country don't have II elections. However I can't as I've allready voted. However I will watch Zanski with care, and if Free Republic don't act like capitalists but instead go communist I will be forced to install a new regime.

But I originally intended the Free Republic to be liberal, but obviously didn't specify. my bad, they've still got the majority. And you can only expect such a thing from my nation after years of shifty shit going down...

Nah, I was mainly kidding. Though I could probably do it. A hundred million pop nation couldn't take on six hundred million pop nation, but a 600 million nation could take on a 5.5 billion nation. Once you get beyond a certain size really you could fight anyone with a degree of success, as larger nations have more to deal with and their army will only grow so large and remain effective.
