His wife has been secretly planning this ball along side with party planners from the New Caribbean (http://www.nationstates.net/36761/page=display_region/region=new_caribbean) and Corrosia (http://www.nationstates.net/36761/region=corrosia) regions.
If you have not received an Invite yet you think that you should have because of diplomatic relations, please contact me and I will try to get you on the list. The rest of the instructions are printed on the invitation.

Emperor Quaeus and his wife, Helen, will be attending with an entourage of four Corazzieri (Ceremonial bodyguards). They will be unarmed beyond standard decoration swords that they will be wearing, sheathed, at their side.

Although we do not share relations, we would like to begin them with your nation. Karl Emsey will be attending this event if it is deemed allowed.

Princess Weaver with two body guards will be arriving.

I am afraid that relations with East Laos became strained in the past with Zinaire. We ask you for the sake of the Ball not to bring your representative to ensure the safety of Zinairian and international officials.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Having received your invitation, we wish to confirm to you that a group of officials from the Van Luxemburger government will be visiting Zinaire to attend this ball. This delegation will include Premier Nicolas Hirtz, the ambassador to Zinaire, Noël Lapresse, and the Head of the Board of Directors of VLT Automotive, Miss Kristin Becker.

Their guard component will consist of a group of four specifically trained men and women of the Grand-Ducal Marechaussee, who will be armed with Fiorentini PM250 pistols, who will be concealed in the suits of these troops.

Our delegation will arrive with an Airbus A380 that is in use as the official aircraft for the Premier of the Grand Duchy. It will also be carrying two Monteluci Duca VIP's and a VLT C4 truck-trailer combination. Even while we are perfectly able to defend our high-placed officials, we request a police escort in order to protect the precious and valuable load of the truck.

Lady Bishop has informed us of your response and let us say, on behalf of Zinaire as a whole, that we are most honored by the esteemed delegation your nation will be sending. However, because of the size of this event and its associated security needs, the majority of the ZNPD is tied up. The most we can offer you is one special response team. The six-man team is heavily armed and very able to deter even committed threats. For additional safety, we would advise the use of your embassy security force.

To Whom it may Concern,

Before I began, I would just like to apologize for the delay in getting an response back to you. Things have been a little hectic here the past few days to say the least. With that stated, our nation would be delighted to attend the gathering to celebrate the birthday of Gregory Bishop.

Our delegation will be composed of myself [Chancellor Wolfgang Muller], the king of United Earthlings[Winston I] and a few others of our personal staff. SIC: In addition, four undercover[I.E. dressed in formal appeal] bodyguards will be attending for our protection.

Furthermore, we would like to request a list of nations that will be attending this meeting to familiarize ourselves with unknown national customs of nations we have had little to no contact with. Thank You and I look forward to meeting Prime Minister Bishop and his wife.

OCC: Might be a good idea to post a list in the main thread of who's coming and from where their from. This way we know who everyone is. Also, an interesting side note. I seem so far to be the largest nation[population size] that is attending. I've been looking for an excuse to use all that national influence I have. Can anyway say party hog! :rolleyes:
(That was a joke in case anyway missed that).

As we are between heads of state as usual, we will not be sending a head of state. We will however be sending in the leaders of our major political parties. Travelling under our commonwealth banner is also a small delegation from Farflorin and Dor Cirion. It has been brought to our collective attention that Emperor Yi Jin and his Empress Consort of Kutou-koku will not be attending..

Our delegation will be travelling with few bodyguards. The national budget doesn't account for this.
