As well, the school's history dates back six hundred years starting as a school meant for the nobility which was financed by the Emperor of the Scandinvans himself. on the grounds of the Imperial Palace itself, in order to conslidate the education of the nobility of the Empire. RP Rules: The rules for it are be realists, have fun, that most any actions are allowed with of course the possibility of expulsin from the school if they are found out or get the head master mad.

RP Bio: The school itself is somewhat like bully, though there are mostly class/cultural differences with there being the nobility, wealthy Scandinvans “nouveau rich”, Scandinvan middles class students, foreign nobility, foreign wealthy kids, foreign students here either on scholarships or sent here by their parents for the renowned education, nerds, sports players “jocks”, bullies, wealthy foreigners, etc. As well, in cases of people coming on scholarship please allow me to approve them so include their G.P.A or sporting abilities in order for me to determine the scholarship, if they even get one.

Aw for the differences the Scandinvan students, especially the elite towards non-wealthy people, are xenophobic and are in some cases borderline racists.

Bio: As the Son of a prominent politician several things were expected of Josef Drax. Unfortuantly he didn't like any of them. Having been removed form several schools before he was expeled, the Imperail Prepartory School is his fathers last hope, with the only alternative being to send him to militray school.

Are there any measures that you wish for us to use if we are forced to discipline your child? To state however we do have an unusual student environment where the students tend to regulate themselves in general social affairs as the student body itself is quite conservative in nature and more minor social issues are allowed to be worked out by the students, this has in built designs that orginate from the School's more learned specialists that encourge students to seek to build themselves up to be morally upright persons. Yet, if you son proves a dire problem, to the point where infractions cannot be worked by the students or by individual staff members then the school directly intercedes and pairs the child with a well respected member of the student body who had experinces similiar to the troubled studnet. Though before you get worried we have a policy at the school that we refuse to expel students and instead tend to work problems on our own, with the parents being kept fully aware of what is going on of course.

We wish to point out that we do not accept players onto our Track team, running, who smoke. However, Josef can join any club and play the other two sports you enrolled him in for.

However, while we prefer not to exclude required classes, we are more then willing to make an exception for Josef, as long as he remains on one or more sport teams at the school

OOC: Your school system doesn't sync up with mine at all, but I'd kind of like to work something out. It's in the factbook but crash course: it's a very intense 10 years, 5-15, 8 hours a day, six days a week, and noble children go home to tutors.

House Giarelli has a cadet line in the family which has recently moved to your country. They are one of the more-removed lines and as such is unlikely to be eligible for the Family's elite tutors. Because of this, we have a 13-year-old child who is well ahead of students of the same age in your nation but cannot continue schooling as our country sees it and may not be suited well to her age group in your nation. We would require that your school take her previous education into account and place her in her next appropriate grade.

The way we see it, aside from Scandinvan history, she may be in our equivalent of your 11th grade, though we note that she has been exposed to some of what is taught in 11th and 12th.

OOC: My educational system is designed to encourage those with natural abilities to excel and work to achieve their potential, at least the Prepatory School. So unlike many other places students are trusted to be able to teach themselves to a large degree, save in math. Yet, at the same time some of the Empire's finest teachers are at the school ready to aide their pupils at nearly any time. To note, however, the education is not designed as in regards to other more normal education standards, it is designed to be more advanced and its main goal is to make the students at the school the able leaders of tommorrow and the future captians of industry.

IC: We are more then willing to accept your daughter into the school, however, due to the unique nature of the school, we cannot simply allow your daughter to skip the grades, while she can easily test out of certain required classes though and in their stead take more of the optional classes instead. To clarify though, the reason why we do not genrally allow students to skip grades is because we are amongst the finest schools of the world and are education is on par with nearly any other type in the world, with many of our classes on par with college level courses and many of the our 11th and 12th grade classes being accepted at schools throughout the Empire and the world. As well, our education system is designed to prepare our students for a future in politics, business, sciences, and many other fields.

Should we be able to send to tutor to your country, or should they return, she cannot be behind or she will produce a disturbing level of shame and be generally accepted as useless. As a noble girl with an IQ of 195, it would be dreadfully inconvenient for people to see her as stupid. Aside from that, the offering in 8th grade would be very small as it would appear she has about three or four classes that have a good chance of being a new subject.

Should she complete her education at your institution, would you be willing to work with her university of choice, likely Marquess Academy, to see if she has made acceptable progress on their degree evaluation? She would be three years behind in university, otherwise, and it is illegal for a noble to not attend university.

She also competed in diving and fencing, and is working on becoming a skilled cellist. Since she did not complete schooling in Santheres when her family moved abroad, she has to adapt to a new school system, which is unlikely to make her happy.

As a Giarelli, she is a member of the single most powerful family in Santheres, with the possible exception of House de Rossi purely because a de Rossi is the current Regnant and therefore has more political and economic resources at his command.

IC: One trait we pride oursevles on at our school is the ability for students to be to gain a strong lead and be justly compensated for their hard work. Thus their should be no problen with your daughter taking tests to pass out of classes she would otherwise have to take.

I'm making this character a good deal less successful than her and she (girlfriend) is so incredibly normal, it's not even funny; she was just pushed to her full potential and wasn't given a chance at backing down a little. And she's far from being able to do anything she wants easily. IQ doesn't mean as much as people seem to believe it does. =S Plus then there are the biases in IQ tests and upper class individuals are naturally better inclined toward higher scores on many official tests.)

(OOC: That was pretty much my point. My NS country sees IQ as very important, as most people tend to; I, in real life, don't -- and neither does she, actually. There were many tests for her, not just one or two.)
