ooc: this is my lame attempt at a foray into MT! even though MT is supposed to be hard core with stats im not that type so forgive me if something seems down right impossible becasue i am mainly FT!

The Proud and Isolationst Kewen Anarcist Leauge or IKAL is a geograically bleak nation with large rolling plains and vast moutain ranges and the oocasional Lake and ocean, although it had bee almost completely isolated it had kept its eyes and ears open learning or many wars civil wars revolutions and everything inbetween over Oil. well simply put, the IKAL had lots of Oil to spare constantly accumulating in over flowwing warehouses and tankers long since had the nation converted to Nuclear power and several nuclear power stations /fortresses dotted the landscape provided 95% of IKAL's power needs.

With the realisation that many nations purcahse oil for insane amounts of money, well considering you could buy 10 liters of crude oil anywhere in Kewen for just under 1Standard Dollor that being how much was around, it came too noone surprise that someone asked if we could sell it.

That proccess went through so many times each time it being rebucked before the twelve high lords of the IKAL but each time it came back with more public support, that was untill the Flaming Barrel Incident on the Friday the 13th , in which military personel lit flaming barrels of oils and crushed revolting civilians that was the spark to the hay stack of unrest that had been building up over the years. Full blown civil war.


The once tranquil land of IKAL was torn into warring lands as bands of Rebels drove across the land tying toincite more people to uprise, they called them selves NIKAL Non-Isolationist Kewen Anarchist League, noone gave much thought to the name it would come later, even thought most people wished to sell the oil, they were uncorfortable in re-opening the borders and with the Rebels threatening to rebel agaisnt the rebels if the border was opened the NIKAL had to postpone any border openings for later and many NIKAL controled border forts remined closed to the public.


4 of the High lords and turned to the rebel Casue with a futher 4 Assasinated and their lands in turmiol as NIKAL and IKAL forces fought to reclaim control the Four Lords who remined loyal to the IKAL way went in a radical move that would shock the populace of both sides by in the end strengthen the resolve of the IKAL people.

Said Issac the 11th High lord of IKAL " We are beset by foes from within, The treachtours Former lords have betrayed me, no US they have submitted to the unlawful and rebellious ways of the NIKAL rebels, and for that we are in war, it may be heartbreaking and hard but we must fight as one! we must fight our breathern, our brothers and sisters we must fight them to preserve our ways! and in order to ensure our Isolation for Future generation from the Corrupt and decadent ways of the outside Me and my brothers the 3rd 1st and 7th High Lords of the Provinces Hexter,Vellond and Heroden and decieded to issue edict 45, which decalres the border ports of Orillion, Jumba, Mustafar and Olo to be open to outsides for the shipment of the Oils from our overstocked Forts and Warehouses in return from aid." he ended quietly stepping down from the mic, few people in the crowed boo and they were promtly silences by the rest Micheal`delo the 1st High Lord stepped up to the Mic "My people, this is a disturbing change for us i know, but this presents us with a great solution to our problem. and the NIKAL even though they are the treacherous swine they are have showed possible the only shread of deceny possible, the Oath of Honoror`s To the us of our Nuclear weapons on our own soil" stepping down from the mic to a hail of appluase severl hundred guards began dismissing the cluster of millions of people outside the Grand Palace while the lord walked into their private chambers to plan out the rest of their options.


Transmission to the nations of the world.
To all the nations of the world, We are the Isolationist Kewen Anarchist League or IKAL, we were formerly a Isolationist nation, and we plan on being one forevermore, but due to the overflowing of Oil in our warehouses and coupled with rising dissent a Civil war broke out and we are now facing a war with our own kin the Nikal or Non-Isolationist Kewen Anarchist Leguae, who wish to be more involved in the worlds affairs we do not want this and we never will, therefore we ask for aid to be sent to help us, military aid and supplies and such inreturn we are willing to give away our Incredible supplises of Oil in return for this aid, as long ago we have switched to nuclear power and have been ammasing stockpiles of oil for a while. Please if anynations are interested in this please reply. We have reluctantly opened up 4 of our ports in anticipation of any reply currently almost 10 million Standard Barrels of Crude Oil are at each of the porst with a futher 10 Million at the PowerForts Jonah and Rather Large ready for reserve shipment if needed, we are willing to send 100 Barrels per Tank sent in aid 250 Barrels per Fighter Jet 300 Per Bomber 1500 Per 1000 men(will be fed by us if needed) and 3000 For military aid as stationary guns,weapons and such(we might be willing to purchase these if we survie this civil war).

As you asked we have sent our only Chuck Norris class Super-dreadnaught carrying 200 KSO (Kruetev Special Ops) which are veterans of our civil wars in days of old. and we are sending 300 CH-53 Sea stallion helicopters carrying squads of basic soldiers armed with basic AK-47 rifles. the squads contain 12 soldiers and have trained for all kinds of terrian ranging from: Urban, Forest, Desert, and Artic combat.

I hope you will allow us to help you end this Rebellion,
Kruetev.

We thank you for your aid, we also ask you send a ship capable p picking up your payment the required amount of barrels will be at the docks under heavy guards.

We thank ou for your sppedy reply and as such in greatful ness and that we have oil to spare we will be giving you 20,000 barrels of Oil which we think is more than adequte to compensate you for your help, when your troops arrive they will be deplyied alongside our Iron Hells Regiment and their accompanying Tank Support Division in which when the time is right will initiate Operation Overdrive, the first attack into the heart of the NIKAL headquaters in the province of Kelete now know as kentucky by them.

We will be sending a ship to transport the oil and the forces are already inbound for your nation.

Inside a CH-53, the captain was telling his squad to ready themselves. "Alright, Comrades we are entering a nation which is isolationist. We are to land down and regroup with the KSO and head up to meet with Iron Hells Regiment and attack a place called kentucky i beleive. The helicopter headed for the mainland. only time would tell if the operation would succeed or not.

ooc: yes you did read Oil Isa, but this thred has more too it then oil for stuff! it had a gentle man a mean man and a civil war in it somewhere.

The Port of Mustafar is open to your vessels, Ymay land your helicopters at air base Knoxville where several dozen transports will be waiting to take your men to our military Headquaters in Hexter where we will plan our attack on our tratoirous breatherin.

"WHAT?!?!" scream the 2nd High lord of the NIKAL forces as he read his daily paper, "This is not possible! them IKAL hypocritics went and invited forengeirs into our country! we are supposed to do that!" he roared throwing his cup of coffee at a nearby guard who propmtly stepped to the side to aviod it.

Snarling he yelled "Bring me a secure line to General Van Thrun i want to know how operation Toll Booth is going!" as he began to calm down his felow lords and lordess eneter the chamber

Grudingly he showed her the paper only to have her beat him around the head withit, and promptly dismissing the sniggering guards.

Back across the coutry.
At the Province of Vellond held my IKAL, several commandos slipped by the poorly training milita to go get a better look at the defenders of Arien City Operation toll booth was set to start in 5 weeks just before The enemy assult, that would hopefully draw thier best men away while the milita were called upon to defend the cities, the NIKAL had 74% of the total Kewen Anarchist Legaue military, and the parts t that IKAL had were mostly milita only the 1st Iron Hells Regiment the 45th Tank Battalion, 131st Artillery division and the 4th 56th and 81st Infantry Divisions.

THe port of Mustafar stood ready and waiting for the incoming ship(s) several dozen busses stood waiting to take the troops if needed and barrels of oil stood waiting on the docks, almost 40 COstal guns stood errily quiet staring off into random directions but manned none the less.

oocL bump aww itscha dead, noone wants to join *Sob oh well the fight will go on with the NIKAL winning and then becoming a potentially unstable government with nuclear capabilities.*will wait one more day before continueing the RP for others to join and for Razorl to get back on*

Just barely on the horizion, the soldiers and civilians at the port of mustafar saw at least 130 CH-53 Helicopters flying towards them and at least 1 very large ship in the distance. The helicopters swooped into the dock in a informal fashion, the ropes were dropped and soldiers rode the ropes down onto the concrete of the port. The soldiers just stood there until a soldier steped forward and spoke. "Eh! You guys call for some reinforcements?" spoke the soldier, he was smiling but his face mask hid it. at the time he spoke so his comrades began checking their gear and began to load their weaponry.

"Seems so," said a dock worker as he cleaned his oily hands on his dull grey overalls
"Ima here to tell you folks to load up on dem busses over there for transportation to Ravenmeadow Military Base" as he spoke he looked over the troops scrawny arnt they he thought to himself, he being a very big man naturally so with decent biceos and at a towering 2meters

Pointing off to a stack of red barrels not to far from where he was standing he said
"That there is your payment." a little sign could be seen written in poor english "Paidment oils"

The soldiers Looked at eachother and decided to fill the buses. As that happened the Chuck Norris Class Super-Dreadnaught stopped near the horizon off the coast. The busses eventually made it to the Fort and the Soldiers came out in single file. They stood there and waited for orders from someone in charge.

Possibly one of the few Loyalist Gnerals on the IKAL side stepped out of a building and strod out to meet the assembled soilders.

"ahem. I wish to thank you, and your great nation for helping us in our time of need. I welcome you to the IKAL Province of Kexter Military fort of Raven Meadow In Exactly three days we alongside the Iron hells division will begin our attack to rid the province of Keetele or "Kentucky" as NIKAL calls it and restore order to our land it is the first step on this long roar and i wish you all good luck we ask any squad leaders or group commanders to follow me to the briefing room, everyone else is free to use the firing range t our left or go to the dorms on our right" he said direcitng to the range and the dorms.

The Soldiers Saluted the Commander and several men stepped forward and followed the commander. Cpl. Johnny Kiahs (If you read my first ever thread you will know the surname Kiahs from one Sgt. Peter Kiahs, lolz i actually have a continuity!) looked over to Lt. Gerard, " Man i dont think Razorl has been in a conflict this big since my grandfather served in the First Civil war." The leuitenant turned his head to Kiahs, "Kid your grandfather never saw the end of that war due to those injuries he sustained from that nuke. the only real action he saw was when he was a commander during the Esparada Revolution and anyways he died during the second civil war when your father was a pre-teen." After saying that Cpl. Kiahs almost pulled his gun on Lt. Gerard. Instead he took his anger out on the firing range, where he had perfect dead on shots.

Meanwhile in the breifing room....

In Briefinh room several chairs were laid out with little clipbaords with maps on them while a bigger version of the map was on a larger screen in the front of the room taking a stand at a podium next to the screen The General Spoke up

"I Am general Strum, i will be the commanding officer for this Task, any constructive critizim on our plan will be helpful. now, the map shows Hexter which is us and Keetele which is our objective, We are here" he said pointing to a picture of a military base on thescreen label RavenMeadow.

"Our First objective is to disable the NIKAl Heavy Artillery Batteries in this fortification" He pointed to another base deep in the Enemy Provice it has been softened up by our artilley for the last three days so when a joint task force compirsiong of your veterans and our DSAR Troopers attempt a infiltration of that bunker Resistance will be light. With their Artillery hopefully offline within the next day the main push will begin here" he said pointing to a large road with several small military bases along it

"We will push forward and take as many of these bases within a two week period there are 17 Bases over the course of 110KM of highway from here to the capital city of Keetele, once Fort Erin is secure" he said while pointing at a moderatly large base "We can bring up our heavy artillery to soften up their Regional Headquaters at Osgiliath or Hogs Breath which is one of the few major obstacles in this region any questions?"

A Very Well Decorated Soldier Stood up and began to speak " Sir, how do you plan we get to the base unseen? as you may or may not know we may not be able to stay for an entire large Campaign but we will help you try and take as much land from the NIKAL as possible. I do think however... If we Divide Forces into Two divisions. One to go disable artillery, The other to go raid on the bases along the pathway to fort erin. Once we have secured that we can once again split forces. One to Hogs Breath and the other to Osgiliath."

After he said that most of the other Razorlian Officers agreed to his plan...

Outside at the firing range....

"Yeah! alright Johnny your one hell of a marksmen, you should be sniper in our squad but your already leading your own unit." Spoke a Razorlian Soldier after patting Johnny on the back. Johnny took the time to find some ammo in some of the ammo crates. after that he went back to his squad and went through most tactical actions like flanking manuevers and postitions.

The U.S.N Deadless awaited at shore for the command to fire its heavy cannon and hostiles which may have been in the horizon. After an hour fighting had broken loose. The Engmatic Forces of N.O.O.S.E began to fight the men on board the deadless. one of the NOOSE forces Contacted the port saying that NOOSE is supporting the Rebels in IKAL's Nation. with that NOOSE forces commanderred the heavy cannons and began firing at the port.

ooc: whats shooting at my port?

OOC: the U.S.N deadless is a Chuck Norris Class Super Dreadnaught, what is firing at your port is 1 of the 600mm (24") coastal bombardment guns. if you want to see its stats look up my Factbook and look up the navy it should provide a link to the chuck norris class superdreadnaught at a Nation States Wiki. i fourtunatly bought one before i beleive they stopped producing them, i may be wrong however.

When the first shells landed almost 1/7th of the port went ablaze as millions of barrels of Oil caught fire and burned merrily, with one section of the port destroyed and the flames spreading the Navel Foritifactions Went active and soon almost 3 Oversized and Comically large cannons were pointing at the Chuck norrise Superdrednaught

"Fire!" screamed the navel base commander and was rewared with the whoose and 400 ASM missles rocketing off towards the ship after the three cannons fired their 2 tonne projectiles at the Chucknorris.

Back on Land.

Several dozen black helicopters sped off acoss the vast plains of the IKAL lands soon crossing the border into NIKAL territories, large pillars of smoke roze from a location over the horizion and the small helicopter flet chaned courses.


Hovering over the base mostly unhindered the 12 Chinhooks began to drop there combat troops with half of them Kewen Spec ops armed with G3's and Tac12guages and the other half the Razorl veterans.

"Move now we need to secure the fire control room we will split up into groups of 4 and serch the whole base fire at will leave none alive".
