The rouge nation of dragade is coverd by huge rivers cutting the nation in to several peices.At there widest points they can reach 22 miles wide.And we recently discoverd that we are sitting on a (black) goldmine.We really need military and we will trade Oil for milatary services and weapons.

The Kingdom of Lynion is willing to supply you with military personel and weaponary. What we require back from you is specific needs you need. We need to know numbers, equipment and supplies you wish to borrow.

There is one condition I must ask and that is, if the Kingdom of Lynion is under a threat of invasion, Lynion Forces stationed there will be forced to come home to defend the kingdom.

OOC: I find it kinda odd that your eyes cringe rather than your entire body... but I do believe it has to do with the number of wars that happen on NS for oil.

Ralkovia is not in need of oil but would be willing to trade large quantities of advanced weapons, equipment, and technology if Dragade allows a mid-sized Ralkovian airbase to be built in the north.

Dragade is located close to a heavily trafficked route by Ralkovian military and commercial planes. The distance between the two Ralkovian airports is a great distance and are airplanes constantly have to be refueled mid-flight by tanker planes this costs Ralkovia millions everyday. An airbase would allow commercial airplanes to land and refuel and take-off within a few minutes rather than the hour-long mid-air refueling.

Ralkovia believes that 2000 acres of land would need to be used.
(Thats about half the size of JFK airport) and Ralkovia is willing to give

2,000,000 XM8 assault rifles
1000 M2 bradleys

Dear Dragadian Political Leader,

After much consideration it has come to me that giving such high tech, modern weapons to your nation would be useless and for nothing. The reason being that your soldiers and military personel cannot be any better than a mugger from a third world slums. I am extremely interested in your nation, even more so in your oil deposits, and I will gladly aid you, much as the contract says. The other nations may go at their deal by boasting amazing technology and eye stunning equipment, but the fact of the matter, the equipment cannot be so amazing and awe inspiring if being held by poorly trained men. What I propose to you is a truly equal trade. The Imperial Republic of Greston will deploy and regiment or two of men to the oil feilds, we will claim the oil feilds, and once claimed we will use those men to help you crush any rebellions and any civil war factions that might come to be inside Dragade.
