The Urstanian Socialist Republic's President, Chovsky Metesk was standing before the Urstanian Communist Party in the Red Hall.

Chovsky was 58 yearsold. balding with a large bushy maustache

"Urstania has its own language, a dominant religion, we have a national costume, folk songs, our own defined culture. It is time we apply with the Central government in Chernobyl-Pripyat to Expand from The Autonomous State of Urstania to the Socialist Republic of Urstania and become an equal partner in this Socialist Union!" he said while raising his fist.

The Party then began clapping in unison and applauded then the General Secretary of the Urstanian Communist Party, Ivan Carac walked up to the podium. He was 48 yearsold, clean shaven with a head of thick black hair, slightly greying though.

"We do not want Full independence, we only want more of a say in our own affairs while still remaining apart of our Socialist Union with Chernobyl-Pripyat. Urstanian's are a docile people but now they want more then ever to step up in this Union"

The Party then began applauding in time with eachother again.

Ivan continued speaking

"If they are willing to update our status from an Autonomous State to a full Socialist Republic we will be content, If they refuse to update our status, we may have to look for other options"

The party then began the same clapping in time with one another.

Some reporters from the Central Government's news agency were interviewing regular civilians on the street

a large, round woman who was in her mid 40's said

"I think its fair we advance in this Union, Urstania has 17.5 Million people. the Majority are Ethnic Urstanians, our culture is well defined. I say we become a member Republic with more Equality"

a man in his 60's said

"We start giving these Urstanian's a little independence and they will want more, eventually breaking up the Union!"

another man in his 40's said

"Why must we only be an Autonomous State! We have a very defined culture and language. I dont want the central government in Chernobyl-Pripyat to control us as if we are like them. On top of the Red Hall we need two flags. Not just the flag of the USSCP but our Socialist Republics native flag also!"

Two Hundred C-130J's flew towards the Ustranian homeland. They had been fitted with incredibly sophisticated jamming systems and fitted together closely so that it was amplified by their closeness. The only con to this formation and protection was the limited troops that could be transported in one shipment, fifty per plane, which lead the group to be no more than a regiment sized per forty planes, they would be positioned just out Arra, from there they will be giving the Arran citizens a chance to surrender and allow the city to be taken peacefully, or the first of the troops would begin their attack. The grand size that the troops here were going to be escalated to was around perhaps one hundred thousand Airborne troops, perhaps two hundred thousand Segregated Glider Troops (Seggies) and any Ustranian who was smart enough to take the government grant that would be handed once the country was taken.

The individual Cnian Airborne Corpsmen (Cackie) was trained for five months in the worst conditions and drilled continuously. Their issued weapon was the CSI-2 (think Battle Rifle from Halo 3), it had three fire burst, automatic fire, and a safety setting. It had proven to be just as reliable an AK-47, but had a special magnification which allowed normal vision, red dot system, 2x, 3x and 5x zoom for the soldier, increasing his effectiveness. They were each trained and used four grenades and two claymores, and had a smaller variant of the LAW labeled Mini-Justice or MJ, to make up for their rather low firepower. Special teams were equipped with enough weaponry to set up small mortars and machine gun positions. Each Corpsmen was trained to build trenches as quickly as possible and issue a shovel, though these sometimes flew off or broke on landing.

The Cackie's armor was second to none as they were expected to come under fire from more numerous and more mobilized forces. They wore the CSIA-2b, which had a chest plate that stopped two .50 caliber bullets before becoming severely damaged or breaking completely, underneath this was two rolls of bulletproof vest, where were capable of lessening the impact from bullets to that of a small bruise, and if the main armor had broken completely they could stop a 9mm round as close as 10 meters away. The leg plating could take a single .50 caliber round before breaking, though the region that was hit would become severely traumatized, the soldier could keep fighting. The head gear was highly sophisticated, able to take .50 caliber bullets with nothing more than a small dent, the actual gear was over the eyes, ears, and mouth, they allowed for completely knowledge of the Corpsmen's unit, and also allowed for the commanding officer to quickly gather data from one sector of the battlefield and then gain it from another. However the strongest piece of armor on the suit was the two inch thick steel plates strapped to their forearms, these would be used to cover the eyes and vital organs encase of a charge was ordered and the Corpsmen's full body needed to be exposed to heavy enemy gunfire.

Officer Corpsmen Grade 1 (OC1, equivalent to 2nd Lieutenant) Febbis Vasquez looked over from left to right looking around at his platoon and squad. They would probably hit a lot of SAM site resistance, but the troops new that the jamming would shut down every single one, at the very most perhaps one or two SAMs would break threw the formation into a C-130J that was a little to far out. "10 Minutes to go before initiation of parachuting, green code." OC1 Vasquez strapped on his helmet and prepped his gun for the landing.

OOC: Well Buddha C. Urstania is already apart of the nation I choose. we just existed as an Autonomous State. The central government always ruled over us and my national history would be the same as theres pretty much but I just wanted to find that mother nation I was already apart off.

So Chernobyl-Pripyat seems like the most likly nation that Urstania was an Autonomous state off.

So if your going to invade Urstania (Which is an Autonomous State inside Chernobyl-Pripyat) it means you are attacking thier territory. Urstania is not an independent nation and does not wish to be either.

So I have decided the Usrstanian culture and language has always had a place in Chernobyl-Pripyat. and have always been an Autonomous State of Urstania but now the Urstanian Communist Party is pushing to advance its status as not just an Autonomous state but a Socialist Republic under the Flag of Chernobyl-Pripyat. acting like an SSR in the former USSR

{OOC: That's cute and all, but I am flying over your territory (albeit it may also be CP also), so I'm waiting for a response to my planes flying over head, although most-likely they would be ineffective, but meh, I think I should allow you to try something.

Well as only an Autonomous state of C.P we dont have control of USSCP armed forces. thats for the Central government in Chernobyl-Pripyat to take control of

Somehow the troops had not come under any fire, but the pilots new that this would not most-likely last very long. But they would most-likely not take too many casualties due to their excellent electronic warfare equipment. After the initial group dropped it load of about ten thousand troops sixty Su-47s and ten AC-130 Specters would come in and A. Give air superiority B. Allow for heavy air-to-ground capabilities. The 22nd SG Division was moving in to support the initial landing troopers and would make it within an hour, despite not having any electronic equipment or jamming systems they had loads of chaff and flares to ward off incoming SAMs, and the ships were almost much more expendable that the C-130Js that were transporting the Corpsmen. The division numbered at about 20,000 troops.

OC1 Vasquez parachutes out of his plane along with his platoon behind him, they slowly descend to the ground, they could all clearly see the city lights because it was dark outside, it was a beautiful sight as he fell to the ground, tumbling around. He quickly unhooked his parachute and took out his gun, "2nd Platoon, form up on me, rally to Quarter Sector!" The men moved to their company's designated HQ position. The company had numbered about two hundred men and they had all known each other and grew closer during boot camp. Each trooper was over two hundred pounds and had a height of atleast 6'1, everything about them was large, even their respect for the lowest of ranks.

"Alright troops," He pointed at a clump of ground that had been made to represent the city. "Within the next thirty minutes we will begin the assault on the city of Arra, the key to this is not to take too much ground, perhaps street or some other small take of land, but at the exact same time troops from 122th Battalion are going to be assembling their mortars and setting up. Once we take the street we are going to have to hold our ground and wait for any attack, the key during this time period is to capture one of the soldiers or citizens and send them to the governor of Arra, the message given to them is to ask the Arran governor to surrender his city peacefully. Understood?" All the troops gave a correct reply.

Thirty minutes later OC1 Vasquez had his rifle in hand and was setting up orders for his squad, then the smoke started and he ran charging at the first house, it was a good fifty meters from his position to the first building, plenty of time to receive some nasty shots from the locals or any troops stationed there. But he knew his armor would probably protect his from most damage, but just encase he put his left forearm over his eye pieces to make sure, if he needed to make sure of anything he could always look threw on of his comrade's eyes using the sophisticated system.
