To: All national defense contracters
From: Leistung Bundeswehr Command
Subj: New contracts offered
The Bundesluft (federal air [force]) and Bundesheer (federal army) of Leistung, in the continuing efforts to modernize the Federal Defense Force, have each decided to replace their old equipment with newer, better equipment. The contracts can be offered to private companies or the national governments themselves, but a company with prior experience will be favored. The available contracts are as followed:
-Strategic Bomber (replacing Tu-160)
--at least 50,000 kg of ordnance
--at least 18,000 km range
--supersonic prefered
-Ground Attack Plane (replacing Su-34)
--at least Mach 2.0
--at least 1,600 km range
--at least 9,000 kg of ordnance
-Standard-Issue Assault Rifle (replacing Aequatio G9A1)
--preferably 7.94x56 mm NATO, not set in stone
--preferably no bullpup designs, not set in stone
Contracts will be offered for either domestic production rights or a set number of each item, to be decided at a later date. The Bundeswehr Command would very much like to see some sort of picture associated with the design, and (OOC) preferably not just some picture of an AK-47 or something.
