Grand World Order forms new Security Force/Secret Police (OPEN, MT-PMT)

The Grand World Order

NEWS-

Today the Federal Government of the Grand World Order leaked the fact that they have formed a new Internal Control Department force, known as the Gedanke-Polizei, which literally translates to "Police of Thought."

The Gedanke-Polizei is a force created to curb the recent rise of Anarcho-Communist activity in the Fascist Federation. Working closely with the Federal Guard's Judiciator Unit and certain groups within the Special Tactics Force, the Gedanke-Polizei is completely dedicated to counter-leftist activities. Within their first day of operations, 25 citizens have been taken into custody for Conspiracy Against the Spire, Illegal Political Activism, and Detrimental Acts Against the Nation. Most of them have been sentenced without trial.

Unofficially, this is the third "Secret Police" within the Grand World Order Government. Most of the operatives are believed to be ex-Federal Guardsmen, while the others are mainly former Army and Marine personnel. Nothing is known about the training of this new force or how they operate. It is believed yet UNCONFIRMED that the Gedanke-Polizei performs operations in foreign nations.

The Government has mainly denied the existence of the Gedanke-Polizei, but some officials have claimed it exists. The Grand Commander has declined to comment on the subject.

((OOC: No nuclear strikes, blockades, or WMDs, pl0x. However, you may send in special forces or intelligence units, or maybe even relatively small invasion forces to gather info on/combat the GWO's Gedanke-Polizei and other Secret Police forces.))

Official Statement

We are appealed by this newspapers lack of ethics, to publish such lies. Anyone who in the least believes such rubbish is completely crazy. We have no reason to believe, nor should we, that the Grand World Order operates, plans to operate, or has ever operated a secret police organization. We find such journalism to be an insult to each and every journalist.

Secret Message

To the Federal Government of the Grand World Order,
Subject: Secret Police

You really should crack down on those newspapers, secret police work much more effectively when they are a secret. When they are known to exist, people are much more guarded in their activities, for fear of the secret police finding out. If your nation requires any assistance with such operations, we would be willing to assist, with training, organization and such. We can also assist with covert operations, that you wish to appear as to be by external forces. Leaks like this are not good for your nations image.

Unfortunately, all of the news corporations reporting this are not based in the GWO. The ones that are know better than to report such events.

Foreign News Company's GWO HQ, Magna Polis

The building was situated in a busy sector within the Upper Sectors of Magna Polis. Suddenly, several Civilian Control patrol vehicles swarmed the building, along with APCs, troop transport trucks, and a Mobile Command Center. Civilian Control Officers and Federal Guardsmen quickly formed up behind their vehicles, taking aim at the building with "Heavy" weapons ranging from MI-8A2 Modular Assault Weapons to MP7 PDWs and Kriss Super Vs. An MPCCU AH-1 Super Cobra hovered overhead, no doubt scaring the shit out of the employees who looked through their windows at it.

An MPCCU Captain withdrew a bullhorn from the interior of the Mobile Command Center and began to address the inhabitants of the building.

"Under order of the Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit, and the Federal Guard, you are hereby evicted from this address! You are ordered to evacuate the building immediately!"

Most of the employees knew what would happen if they angered the police forces outside, and quickly made their way out. After an identity check, most were let out. The few reporters and writers that came out, however, were arrested and immediately convicted by on-site personnel of the charges of "Detrimental Acts Against the Nation" before being immediately hauled to Magna Polis's labor prisons. Most of the reporters, writers, and editors stayed inside though, hoping they could hide from the CCU and Federal Guard.

When the lawmen charged into the building, the remaining staff quickly found out that attempting to hide or resist was futile, with the lesson being delivered by 950,000 volt electrobatons and 3-foot long batons made of steel.

We're deeply concerned by the rumors of a secret police in the Grand World Order, a nation that we already consider a fascist den of persecution and human rights violations. If the rumors of international operations are true, please do not expect any agents sent to Zinaire to return. We're not fans of foreign agents– especially fascists. However, what you do in your own nation is your own business, and we won't interfere with your sovereignty as long as you keep ours intact.

Sir Miller's communiqué wasn't entirely true. Zinaire did plan to interfere with the GWO's sovereignty just a tad. Two ZINNIA (Zinairian National Intelligence Agency) operatives were preparing to take the flight to Magna Polis (but not before taking a series of absurdly unnecessary connections through half a dozen countries). "Trevor Grey" and "Melissa Grey" would pose as a married Kinstantian couple displaced by Hurricane Amanda and with family in the artificial city.

(OOC: Is there any possibility of Zinairian expats in the GWO? If so, could they get ahold of some guns? What kind [categories or specific models]?)

We have reports from the Jimmy James Center, in the Grand World Order capital of Magna Polis, that GWO police have surrounded a foreign news agency, and are storming the building. Such reports are sketch at best, but this comes just hours after reports of the GWO operating secret police are leaked out of the nation. We will continue to keep you up-to-date on the situation in the GWO.

((OOC: Definately. The GWO also has extremely lenient gun laws, permitting most citizens to obtain weapons ranging from handguns to AK-47s and M-16A4s. However, only Civilian Militia members can obtain heavier weapons such as full-on machine guns and whatnot.

Despite the weapons permitted among our populace, each weapon must be registered and whatnot, with ballistics information being stored on a computer, along with who owns the gun and where they live. Thus, CCUs don't even have to obtain a weapon to get a ballistics match from a bullet found at a crime scene.

Also, Beatus, your post is perfectly fine.))

Jimmy James Center, Magna Polis

Just like the other news studio, several MPCCU cruisers, along with APCs and troop transports showed up at the building. However, these forces were taking a different approach. They stormed into the building, with the Major in charge of the Entry Group approaching a receptionist and asking, "Which floor is the news studio!?" while the other officers stood semi-idly around the room.

Commander Wolf,
It has been quite some time since we've had to deploy your unit. We tend to use Fox's more...flashy, tactics, but in this case, absolute secrecy is key. Recently, rumors have sprung up that The Grand World Order(GWO) has created a secret police force, being used to curb "leftism." As you know, we strive to be a socialist minded society here in Jimzraway, and along with the rumors of creation, also come rumors of operations in other nations. None of this has yet to be confirmed, but this is where you and your team come in. You are to take a team of 5 men, yourself included, into the GWO nation, and confirm, or deny, these rumors. If they prove to be true, you are to do anything in your power to hinder their abilities, even if only for a short time, and get back to Jimzraway immediately. If they prove to be false, you are to quietly leave the country, as if you were never even there. In either case, you cannot be linked to Jimzraway in any way, shape, or form. You are to use all unmarked equipment, including the Black Hawk that you will be using to get in range of the nation. Once you are 10 miles off the coast, you are to take an unmarked tactical operations boat into the nation itself. Do not, under any circumstances, reveal that you are from Jimzraway. If captured, death before admission.
May the wings of the Eagle carry you,
Charles Kain

The Kinstantia Airlines flight arrived with Trevor and Melissa aboard. They picked up their bags (two each) from the baggage claim before heading to customs with their forged Kinstantian passports ready.

Their checked luggage held nothing but clothes, books and toiletries but in Melissa's carry-on, there was the mission brief (disguised as an home and garden magazine) and a pair of ceramic knuckles kept in a hidden pocket at the very bottom of the bag.

Half expecting the worse, Trevor and Melissa stepped up to the window and answered the official's questions, telling him of the hurricane and of Melissa's aunt living in Magna Polis.

((OOC: Also, I figure I might as well explain how Magna Polis is laid out.

Magna Polis is an artificial island built around a real island known as Unalga Island, which measures at one square mile and is located near the tip of the Alaskan Archipelago. The city itself is about several times the size of New York and its surrounding cities and has a population of 205 million. In the center stands the Spire, which measures at over 9,000 feet in height, and the entirety of Unalga Island serves as its foundation.

The city's populace resides mainly in buildings that have interior layouts extremely similar to the city of Rapture from Bioshock, or semi-Soviet-style apartments and tenements. In the "rich" areas of the city, the streets are actually white and shiny, as they are constantly cleaned and maintained. Like most GWO cities, large flat-screen televisions are set up on almost every block to pound propaganda into the populace's heads.

The city's exterior wall houses an extreme amount of defenses including GBL Lasers, Metal Storm systems, massive artillery cannons, vert-launch anti-ship tubes, and SAM missiles. You can also find at least one anti-air site per sector, and the few parks of the city house randomly placed bunkers (No ammunition or weaponry is in them).

The city, like all GWO cities, is divided up into square or rectangular zones known as Sectors. Sectors are marked by 50-foot walls with blast gates. This helps the CCU capture fugitives and contain riots and biological outbreaks, as they can easily quarantine each Sector. Each wall has a "Press Box" for Civilian Control officers or military personnel to observe the street below in. In times of combat, these can be turned into guard towers, as they provide decent angles of fire for machine guns.

The Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit is the largest and best trained Civilian Control Unit in the nation. Like all Civilian Control Units, each officer carries an MP7 SMG and an MI-P57 handgun. NCOs carry additional weapons, such as MP5A4s, Kriss Super Vs, FSARS Shotguns, or P-90s. Each officer also carries a 250,000v-950,000v Electrobaton with adjustable voltage, as well as a 3-foot long metal baton for better range. Each officer wears body armor, which includes their Government Issue Protective Undersuit, DMHPS-enabled PASGT helmets, gas masks with basic HUD systems, loadbearing kevlar vests, knee/elbow pads, and a black BDU field uniform. The standard loadout for CCU officers of all GWO cities is called the "Enforcer" Uniform. "Enforcer" is also a derogatory term for a CCU member. CCU Patrol cars are also armored.

During times of extreme violence, CCU officers equip MOLLE Platecarrier vests. This is referred to as the "Heavy Enforcer" loadout. CCU officers also have access to "Vanguard" uniforms, which are designed for CQB and focus nearly all of their protection to the front, slightly limiting mobility and leaving the back somewhat vulnerable.

Magna Polis is also surrounded by five Artificial Defense Platforms, which belong to the Federal Navy. Each platform houses a warship, several Marine Attack Boats, vertical launch missile tubes, and SAM sites. One platform houses an 800mm Supercannon.

If you wish to know any more about Magna Polis, please ask.

Those wouldn't be out of the question. As you probably have read, MP7s are also what our CCUs use.))

Magna Polis International Airport #2

The only additional search to be performed on the two foreigners was a sniffing from a dog. The dog was a large German Shepard, trained to sniff for drugs.

The airport was crowded, as usual. The security of the airport included Federal Guardsmen, Army Personnel (Not that many, obviously), and Magna Polis Civilian Control Officers.

The receptionists said, "News studio, news studio, hold on a second while I look that up on the computer." As here hands moved rapidly across the keyboard, her foot tapped a button on the floor. Security was already well aware of the situation though, as they watched from the cameras in the lobby. Security protocals were enacted. The elevators were stopped at the nearest floor, and locked there, doors open. All floors were alerted of the situation via computer messages. The security force rushed into the armory on the 12th floor, of the 22 floor building, even though the elevators only listed 21, the observant passenger to the 20th or 21st floor would notice a gap of time twice as long between the 19th and 20th floors than between any other, which was because the elevator passed the real 20th floor. On the twentieth floor, people were running around shredding documents and disks, and throwing hard drives into fires started in waste buckets, which did not cause a fire alarm, as the real 20th floor not existing on any blue prints, and only accessible via the stairwell, had no smoke detectors, it had sprinklers triggered by a manual alarm mounted on the wall, as fires were normal occurences on the real 20th floor. The weapons in the armory, technically shouldn't have been there, as when they were imported, they were listed as boxes of packing peanuts, so they would not show up on any lists the government had. The 20 man security team grabbed their M14 rifles, colt .45 pistols, and incendiary grenades. They hoped they would not need the other items in the armory. A message was also sent out, via the satellite uplink, requesting assistance.

We are now receiving reports that the GWO police are targeting all foreign media outlets in Magna Polis. That is all the information we have at this time.

Relived to be through security, Trenton and Melissa made their way towards an exit to hail a cab which would take them to a hotel about five blocks from where their "aunt" lived. The aunt was actually a 50 year-old Zinairian expat that the government had bribed into registering several guns and a SUV for the agents. As part of the agreement, the woman would be returning to Zinaire with the agents.

Upon exiting the airport, the agents got into a cab and gave the driver an address in the sector next to the one they would actually be going to.

There are also 15 Federal Guardsmen in there, five with FSIAAS fully-automatic shotguns, and the rest with MI-8A2s. Plus, there are about 70 various personnel outside of the building.

The lobby was quite empty when the CCU agents entered, really only the receptionist was there. As they moved towards the stairs, she placed a laminated card reading, "Gone to the Restroom, be back soon," with a little smiley face on it, before rushing off to the bathroom. Just after that, the 12in steel plate security shield slide from the ceiling over the glass walls, and doors of the lobby, and all other windows and doors on the first and second floors. At the same time, the Security Agents, waiting in the stairwells, received the single, and pulled the pins on their white phosphorus, incendiary grenades, waited until the fuses in the grenades were at the point where the would explode seconds later, and tossed them into the lobby, from both stairwells, on either side of the lobby.

The CCU officers and Federal Guardsmen were completely caught off guard. Five men were caught in the immediate blast of several of the grenades, propelling pieces of them across the lobby. Ten more were set on fire, with their GIPUs preventing serious injury. However, being on fire hurt. The two 25-man teams quickly dove for cover, with the ones being on fire rolling on the ground to help put them out. They quickly began spraying bullets towards the source of the grenades, some shooting blindly over their cover. Several tear gas grenades were lobbed back by the wiser Federal Guardsmen.

"Officers under fire! Requesting further assistance now! We're trapped in Jimmy James Center! Help!" shouted a Corporal into his gas mask-mounted communications set.

The call was recieved by the exterior officers, who immediately called for a Cobra. However, the officers in the lobby would have to hold out for a few minutes.

OOC: Okay. The AVIR's too big anyway, I think (and it has a 50-round magazine, which may be a problem).

Once the cab was out of sight, Trevor and Melissa went back through the sector gates and walked a short ways to the apartment building where the expat lived.

They went up to the eight floor and knocked on room 812. There was a pause then a pudgy woman with greying hair opened the door, a government-issue pistol in her hand. Melissa quickly compared her to the picture in her brief (except, in the brief, she was captioned as the winner of a table-setting contest), then, satisfied, she and Trevor showed her their ZINNIA badges. The "aunt" stepped aside and Melissa and Trevor walked past her into the small apartment. Trevor took the pistol for the older woman's hand as he passed.

"I assume this is ours."

The woman nodded and closed the door. "That's yours. I have the rest in my room, just a second."

She left for a moment and returned with a duffel bag which she put on the coffee table and unzipped. The bag contained five guns which Trevor and Melissa pulled out and put on the table. There was one HK UCP (OOC: the companion pistol to the MP7) in addition to the one that Trevor held, two MP7s and two G36Cs. These weren't the sort of weapons that Zinairian soldiers or police normally used and they had been chosen for exactly that reason.

"Those are all registered under my name, so don't do anything stupid."

"Speaking of your name, what is it? They didn't tell us." Said Melissa.

"I'm Betsy Walker. I assume they told you that I lived in Zinaire for ten years before me and my husband came here for work."

"They did. Where's your husband now?"

"He's passed."

"Oh. I'm very sorry to hear that."

"Bah, the old bag got me into this hellhole, I don't miss him. Come on, let me show you the car."

The agents quickly packed the heavier weapons back into the bag and put the pistols into their jackets. Then the three left the room and descended to the parking garage.

Betsy led them to a large black SUV with tinted windows. Trevor took one look at it and gave a snort.

"Boy, that doesn't say 'government spooks' at all, does it?"

"It's what they told me to get, don't blame me."

"It's not a problem, let's just go back upstairs."

The three went back up the stairs to Betsey's apartment. The two agents stowed their luggage in the tiny guest room. Trevor removed the camera (with telescopic lens) from this carry-on and put it in the duffel bag (which, in addition to the guns, contained a pair of binoculars, holsters for the pistols, several silencers and scopes, and extra clips).

Trevor picked up the bag and waved to Betsey in the kitchen. "We're off. Remember, if anyone asks, we're your niece and nephew from Kinstantia. We'll be back sometime tonight."

They put the bag into the back seat of the SUV and left the garage for the streets of Magno Polis.

As the Zinaire agents pulled out of the garage, a common scene was taking place. A BMW Motorcycle with a sidecar (Which had an empty weapons mount on it) was parked sloppily, with the front wheel on the sidewalk. "CCU" was painted in white on the side of the sidecar. The two CCU officers who owned the motorcycle were beating a black citizen, one of them using an electrobaton (The electricity coming from the baton was visible, and every time the officer struck the man, sparks flew from it), and the other using a Longbaton. The snickers of the CCU officers almost drowned out the sobs of the man. One could imagine what racial slurs were being muttered by the officers.

"Calm down, it's not our job to care. If those were the secret police, we could care, but we're not here to form a racially-tolerant utopia. By the looks of this place, we'd need a lot more guys to do that." Said Trevor.

As the Zinairians drove, they passed the Jimmy James Center.

"Isn't that the new agency that was broadcasting information about the Thought Police?"

"Yeah," Said Melissa, "That's the place. The Jimmy James Center."

Trevor stopped the car around the corner. He pulled the binoculars out of the duffel and began watching the police at the scene intently.

"Let's see how this plays out."

The CCU officers outside were darting in every direction, with officers carrying weapons ranging from their MP7s to M-14s and MI-8A2s. A couple of APCs resembling M113s were present, with CCU officers manning the FHASAWs mounted on them. One of the men was clearly a higher-up, wearing a pristine black dress uniform. If the Zinaire agents looked closely enough at the man's arm patches, they would see "Gedanke-Polizei". The man was an officer within the newly formed Secret Police, present to oversee the destruction of any evidence of the unit's existence. He was speaking with a Federal Guard Lieutenant who was wielding an M-14.

Across the street from the Jimmy James Center was one of the many Propaganda Screens of the city. Suddenly, the screen changed footage, showing the face of Heinrich Slaag, the leader of the nation's elite Special Tactics Force. Slaag resembled Heinrich Himmler.

"It has come to my attention that several... disturbances have recently begun regarding the supposed Secret Police within our government. I would like to take the time to assure you that we have done no such deeds. You all are safe under the watchful eyes of the Grand Commander, myself, Admiral Buwan, Marshal Briggs, and my loyal kin, the S.T.F.. We promise, as long as you stay loyal to us, no harm will possibly come to you.

Even though we do not have a secret police, Leftism is still a problem in our nation. Foreign aggression and Leftism has polluted the minds of many of our own. Remember the Cazelians? TPF? Lyras? They were all Leftists. They tried to kill you because you were Right! They dropped Napalm on our nation, only to turn tail when our mighty regime struck back! We are determined to protect you.

I would also like to forward this message from the Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit. Rewards are being given for information leading to the capture of leftists. You will earn a minimum of 50,000 Federal Credits per leftist, sometimes even more. Uncovering societies, rebellions, or foreign operatives will automatically earn you 1,000,000 Federal Credits, in addition to the 50,000 per arrest.

We are kind to our people, but we do indeed carry a big stick."

It shone high and bright on that night. But storm clouds seemed to be moving into it's path. This might make their job a little easier. As they neared the drop point, the men all began checking their gear, sub-consciously going through a routine that had been drilled into them time and time again. They checked, rechecked, and then for good measure, checked everything one more time. The helicopter began to slow down. When it came to a halt, the RIB insertion craft attached to the bottom of the helicopter was dropped. It made a soft splash as it hit the sea below. The men of what would for this operation be known as the Scorpio unit, began their drops. One after they other, they dropped the 30 feet into the ocean, then clambered aboard the RIB. Once they had all gotten on the craft, Bat, code name Scorpio 4, moved to the controls. He started the boats silent engine, and they began making their way towards Magna Polis.

Rural Area Near Magna Polis

Two men, dressed as tourists, were riding up to a small farm, they had been told that they could find a UH-1N Twin Huey up here. Their old 4x4 bounced on the bumpy country road. They hoped their informant was right.

Lobby
As the CCU officers fired back, and the tear gas grenades entered the stairwell, the Security Forces were running up the stairs to the third floor. They had succeeded in delaying the CCU officers, and holding them in the lobby. They hoped it would take them a while to realize there was no one in the stairwell. Outside, something was happening, but no one in the building was paying attention to it. As the Security Forces reached the third floor, the large metal plates were already sliding across the stairwell, the final stage in sealing the 2 first levels, air tight. If any of the CCU officers were observant, they would notice that the vents were no longer putting air into the lobby, they were sucking air out, like a vacuum cleaner. The men had 3, four minutes tops before the men would black out from lack of oxygen. The air system was not perfect, it could not take all of the oxygen out, but it could bring it to the level where it would no longer be able to support human life.

16th Floor, News Division

The decision was made, and a live transmission was beamed up to the James Satellite Network, broadcasting it world wide. They would remain on the air as long as possible. "This is Jillian Baxter, reporting live from the James News Studio, in the Jimmy James Center, Magna Polis. Grand World Order troops have surrounded the building," the screen cut to shots being filmed out the windows of the building at the GWO troops below. "They have forced entry into the building, and are attempting to stop our operation here," shot cuts to live feed of security cameras in the lobby, showing CCU Officers firing at the stairwells, and the scars from the previous fighting. "We will continue to broadcast as long as possible, in what ever way possible, to keep you informed of the situation. We apologize for this interruption of regularly scheduled programing, and we will now be broadcasting commercial free, thanks to our E-Z-Cut, 'the lawnmowers that do it for you'." This single was being broadcast on each of the 257 television channels broadcast by Jimmy James Industries world wide. Then the editors got all three feeds on one screen, on one side, taking the full hight of that side was Jillian, and the other was split vertically with the external shots, and the security feed.

"Damn it, do something!" shouted the Gedanke-Polizei officer on the scene. He quickly rushed over to one of the three APCs on the scene, ran up the rear ramp, and pulled the CCU officer out of the driver's seat. He sat down in the seat, started up the APC, and pressed the accelerator pedal with both feet. The LAAV-like APC lunged forward at the steel block.

The officers inside the building quickly stood up and moved forward in a more disciplined fashion, as the confusion of the original attack was beginning to fade for most of them. They slowly moved towards the stairwells, still firing shots through the walls. The older Federal Guardsmen, two of whom had experience from foreign deployments (If you hadn't known already, Federal Guardsmen are also deployed to warzones to act as military police) did notice the vents sucking air out. Instead of heading for the stairwell, they began to plant furniture in front of the vents ((Assuming the lobby has couches or tables)) to slow down the effect of the vacuums. The others progressed up the stairs until they saw they were locked in.

Outside

The APC crashed through the glass, into the steel barricade, placing a large dent in it, but not piercing it.

Inside

Alarms were sounding through out the building, and most of the workers were being told to remain where they were, and to surrender to the CCU Officers, as it was believed that no harm would come to the average worker, who was simply doing their job, and had nothing to do with the situation at hand. Those who knew what was going one, however, had planned for such an event and were busy, papers were being shredded and thrown like confetti out of windows, to scatter the remains making it harder, to try and put them back together. Whole, half burned computers were dropping from 18 stories up in hopes that between the fire damage, and the force of the impact, the hard drives would be to damaged to read. The largest act of destruction though, was in the accounting department, where the vault containing hard copies all documents on company, and employee bank accounts, payroll, employment records, corporate expense accounts, and other things, exploded. The emergency protocol was activated, which caused to things to happen, first, explosives inside the safe burned all documents inside, and second, explosives around the safe, which was the size of a medium office, ejected it from the side of the building, sending it, a large smoldering hunk of metal, down into the street.

As Trevor and Melissa watched, a giant, charred hunk of metal fell from the sky and landed a couple meters in front of the SUV. Trevor looked over to Melissa.

"What'dya say we get out of here?"

"Oh, come on. How many of those can there be. Just pull around there so we can see."

Trying not to attract attention, Trevor pulled out from behind the safe and drove through the intersection so they were almost directly across from the building.

The Gedanke-Polizei officer muttered, "Damn it," before backing the APC up. Seconds later, another APC rammed the barricade before backing up, allowing the third one to have its turn.

Meanwhile, the Super Cobra was arriving. The pilot quickly announced via radio for the APCs to back up. And so the APCs did.

Then the 20mm M197 chaingun on the helicopter spun up before hurling the massive bullets at the steel barrier. The helicopter fired at an angle so that the rounds wouldn't injure the officers inside. However, this meant it was within throwing range for smaller objects.

As the Zinaire agents came closer, an MPCCU Private fastwalked to the SUV, stepping in front of it before shouting from behind his gas mask, "Back up!". One arm was extended towards the vehicle, with the officer's open hand signalling for them to stop. In the officer's other hand was a P-90.

Trevor sighed, then did the one thing ZINNIA agent were never, ever supposed to do. He pulled out his badge and flashed it at the private.

"You probably haven't heard of us, we keep a low profile. Now what can we do?"

In any other situation, he might has well have shot himself in the head. But Trevor figured that since ZINNIA was hardly a household name, even in Zinaire, some low-ranking pawn in a foreign security force wouldn't know the difference between a foreign intelligence agency and a security contractor. Now he just had to pray he was right.

Not convinced that Trevor's plan would work, Melissa directly reached backwards and pulled the duffle bag towards her. She unzipped it and put her hand on a G36 inside– just in case this private was smarter than he looked.

The door was opened by a large man. He wasn't wearing a helmet, gas mask, or even a balaclava. He was chewing tobacco, and before he spoke, he spat his current mouthful into a cup next to him. Two pins sat on his jacket's collar, each one showing two bars, indicating he was a captain. The walls were virtually tiled with rifles and sub machine guns, and a lengthy table sat with blueprints of the building. A few more CCU officers and Federal Guardsmen were sitting idly around in the truck.
