From the Western Civil Alliance:
Western Civil Alliance Forces are gathering and starting Military exercises in the Northern Military district. Although no one has officially stated the purpose of these exercises, it has been leaked that preperations for an invasion have begun. The only question is who might be the unlucky nation that may be invaded.

I had the insane urge to RP a crisis in Hachihyaku because everyone thought you where going to steal there bins in your "invasion".
Zanziim forces across the globe have begun preparations in order to become battle ready, following rumors of militarization by the Western Civil Alliance. Authorities have made it perfectly clear that any attack by the Western Civil Alliance on any foreign nation will be met with force from the Zanziim military.
OOC: You do realise you have a population of 20 million meaning, your military is low in numbers, which points to destruction of your armies and victory to the defenders?

Not neccesarily ... Say if the defenders had a small military budget, defenses or even just a small defending army. That and who knows, maybe the OP conscripted a large chunk of the population inot his armies.
(OOC: Even if he did conscript a large percentage, declaring war this early into NS is foolish. Hopefully he'll get the picture with me involved.)
Hearing that the Western Civil Alliance army is being mobilized, slakoth has put its forces on Amber alert fearing the worst, and asks all countries involved to act logically without malice.
OOC.Economy and population are the major factors in a war, as well as military spending I guess, i just hope WCA has read the stickies. Doesnt look like it, and downright asking for war this early in is foolish, i am only putting my forces on alert to resemble a frightenned country not one asking for war./OOC
