The Rebellion against the cries of freedom.

Across Virginia province, and notably in its Southwestern region, black laborers began to disappear from their workplaces. Many were shocked, while local "Freedom Party" officials knew the truth. The laborers were upset with their wages, upset with the primarily capitalistic system, and wanted to make a rebellion against the fascist government that ran a nearly single-party state. The amount of black laborers in Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Danville shrunk, with people noticing large groups of negro individuals traversing through towns in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The number of noncitizen black laborers that went into the mountains was estimated at 90,000, with inflated numbers of them being seen around the port city and large naval base of Sufolk. It was then two weeks after the mass exodus that a large number of negro individuals raided the Marine armory at Suffolk, killling twelve East Congaree paramilitary "guards" and two East Congaree Marines. Numerous others were captured, with the blacks seizing the weapons and driving westward. The blacks now had weapons the standard infantry didn't have-automatic and assault rifles.
The next day, East Congaree president Reginald Deere pushed the all but one individual Freedom Party-dominated East Congaree congress to pass a statement that declared the exodus from the cities a mass rebellion- and thereby an act of high treason commited by all of the negro individuals that had left their respective counties and fled to the Blue Ridge. The bill was passed, especially when news of a large truck with rifles was seen meandering through the blue ridge mountains with "dangerous cargo aboard", of which they used to kill four paramilitary guards.
On the national television station that day- East Congaree Freedom Party Chairman and East Congaree President Reginald Deere adressed East Congaree citizens.
" These acts are no more than infringements of freedom! We have been confronted by the anarchist, marxist devil that threatens to upheave the great things the nation was founded upon- the great things which the great Freedom Party provides today! Such a revolution will not be tolerated as I declare the Blue Ridge Mountains- and her foothills- in Virginia and North Carolina to be warzones. "
With that, 1,000 army infantrymen at Roanoke River army station were put on standby, clinging their Lee-Enfield rifles. 25 MiG-17s took off from Lynchburg Air Force base-carrying two 23mm cannons, one 37mm cannon, and two 500 pound bombs. They began to drop bombs on "camps" of rebels in the mountain, suffering the loss of one MiG from assault rifle fire below. In return, though, an approximate number of 17 rebels had been taken out. The acts against the rebellion through the mighty Freedom Party had begun.

We're afraid that our marxist and anarchist rebels are passing into North American province West Virginia, utilizing it as a "safe haven". We ask that you make this our concern, and send an infantry force after we're ready to begin ground operations on the rebels. This will be in one to two weeks time, as our airforce will need to go through the troubles of scattering them and putting a dent in them.
With best hopes,

Province of North America, Capital of GWO North America
David Winchester was the Baron of GWO's North American provinces. He came from a family well known for its service to the GWO Government (Sorry, he's not a member of the Winchester family that makes rifles). His son had recently become an Ambassador, one of his brothers was a Rear Admiral in the Federal Navy, another was a Colonel in the Marine Corps, and the last was the Commissioner of the Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit.
He was in a tele-conference with the Counts of North America, talking about the recent events in East Congaree, a long-time ally of the GWO.
It was the Count of San Diego Province that suggested a military intervention. Of course, the others agreed, and so GWO North America quickly requested permission to deploy Federal Military units to East Congaree. Meanwhile, the North America State Militia was already on their way.
For the Province of North America, security was stepped up. Law enforcement agencies as well as civilians were told to be on the lookout for illiterate blacks.

MiG-17s toook off at 5:30 in the morning. They opened up bombs on the rebel sites, then hooked around again and let out all their cannon fire before streaking back to base. They went back, refueled, and got weapons on again. This happened three times for each pilot before 7:30 PM, by which they were exhausted by the rapid pace. At that time, twenty MiG-29 pilots did the same until 9:45 A.M., then the 15 SU-17 pilots until 11:50 P.M. . By this time, nine rebels had been taken out. However, one MiG-17 and two SU-17's had fallen from the sky. The L85 rifles the negro rebels had stolen were coming in handy, but to shoot down an aircraft they had to expend a lot of ammunition- something they were begining to run low on.
Regardless, the rebels raided two mountain towns and captured several hunting rifles and semi-automatic pistols. Even these and some collectible rifles they had would come in handy. They burned several churches and mosques, before going on and killing and raping several women to serve themselves, burning more houses, breaking children's arms and legs- before throwing them whole into an oil-fed fire they had set on the town-and recruiting any of the few black laborers in the towns into their forces. They had killed 100 civilians, with only 4 of their kind taken out. With this, new pilots were sent in by rail to the airbases for the SU-17s, where they conducted two anti-rebel bombings per person before ending the air assaults for the day. These bombings weren't very productive, taking out two rebels, and taking out two more SU-17s. With all the aircraft being shot down by their assault rifles and automatic rifles. In addition, two civilians had been killed by accident from the air raids.

Number 1, real name kept hidden from even the duke, stepped into the room. His footsteps broke the eerie silence inside, followed by lifeless "hello's" and "greetings". Blank faced generals and royal family members sat around a large circlular table, covered by a dark blue tablecloth almost unseen in the dim lighting.
Sitting, down at the table, Number 1 spoke, "Gentlemen," the group of people looked at 1, "we are here today to discuss the East Congaree crisis." 1's white plaster mask covered his face, and two holsters were attatched to his belt. With his dark brown trench coat, he was a intimidating sight, which was needed in his line of work. Amazing that there's an occupation called "Proffesional terrorist." Well, what some would consider a terrorist. Others may consider him a hero. The saying, "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" suited 1 well.
Suddenly the Duke spoke, "Now, Mr. 1, we all know you want to use your way of dealing with this situation." 1 glanced at the duke. Most government officials never fully agreed with him, yet they still knew he would get the job done quickly and quietly. The Duke continued, "We of the royal family believe that diplomacy would be the best way. Try to settle these problems like proper gentlemen, don't you concur?"
"No, I don't concur," 1 snapped. "All you royals think diplomacy is simple, and everyone will listen to a new fur coat...well your wrong!" The generals and other royals were shocked at 1's outburst towards the Duke. Even the Duke himself was stunned.
"Not wanting to help these oppresed people trying to rebel, who will be crushed if we don't! You maybe royal, but if you don't agree to help these people, I'll do it myself!" 1 slumped back in the leather chair, sweat dripping off his nose. Deathly still silence followed.
One minute later, breaking the quiet the Dukes mother spoke, "I'm sorry, but I have to agree with Mr. 1. Words can't solve everything." With his mother overruling him, the Duke jumped up in rage, screamed something in Old Zanjabobian, and stormed out of the War Room. As soon as he left, preperations were being made to get Number 1 and his squad into East Congaree. That moment, Zanjabob's Army of Four were at war.

All across Roanoke, screams of MiG-17s doing afternoon sorties could be heard. Bombs erupted against rebel hideouts in Catawba mountain- sites that had been searched out for hours beforehand. This day, the third day of bombing, cessnas had flown out to do recon missions on the rebel hideouts- and found quite a few on the account of eight recon cessnas being shot down. Regardless, the work had payed off, with only one MiG-17 being shot down in the air raids with an estimated 20 rebels being killed. Dialogue broke out between two officers. "If any nation tries intervention, and we haven't even heard of that yet, they'd have trouble getting enough negros to fight up in those hills. White men or latinos or anyone else wouldn't fit up in there, eh?", one stated. The other replied with a simple "Feh" before preparing for his next bombing run. Scud-C missiles were being prepared for bombardment of the rebel sites, all of which would be obliterated by a lucky blast of a SCUD warhead- unless they had more than the expected thick earthworks.
Surprisingly, three infantry companies were just two miles from the mountain. Over the radio, a crackle was heard that explained their reason being there "We've got niggers headed straight down here, they're gonna try to campture the city. 300 of 'em with assault rifles, 1000 or so of them with sticks, stones, knives, and whatever else they've got," a pilot in a cessna spotter plane stated. The city only had an infantry garrison of 1500 troops-all with outdated standard issue lee-enfield rifles. On the horizon, negro rebels scattered down the mountain. 1000 troops (in addition to the 190 extra at the mountainbase companies) were quickly rushed to the mountain base to counter this threat. In all likelihood, this East Congaree force could not stand up to what was coming. Radio signals screamed for the Grand World Order to paradrop militiamen to defend Roanoke on the direct front that the East Congaree forces in the region were getting ready to confront.

"We will not let this happen!" Mr. Fleischer exclaimed loudly, slamming his fists into the conference table, The nations many military leaders sitting around it.
"I have sat for long enough" He said, raising his hands to his chest, moving them as he spoke, much like hitler. "Watching and hearing about my kind being Murdered, Raped, and Pillaged, These barbaric niggers will not come out of this alive. The front three companies of infantry were easily worn down and expended by rifle fire from the negro rebels. Some withdrew, with 93 of the 190 in the three companies being killed. The rattle of assault rifle fire whizzed around the heads of the 1000 re-inforcement troops, driving them back slowly and slowly back to the Roanoke River as they faced heavy casualties. The spearhead force of negro rebels suffered only 30 or so casualties, and when a laborer fell, another one picked up his gun and ammunition. The same fate occured to infantrymen on the East Congaree side who fell- the 1000 poorly supplied negro rebels coming in to back up the ones with assault rifles gathered up their Lee-Enfields and ammunition. Within two hours, the forces had fallen back a mile from the face of the mountain, and were being pushed back into Roanoke. Their Lee-Enfield rifles faced trouble against the L85's the top negro rebels were using, and 230 of the re-enforcement infantrymen had fallen with only a total negro death count of 40 (with assault rifles) and 85 (without assault rifles). In total, the casualty rate for the battle thus far was 323 on East Congaree's side and 125 on the rebels' side. Steadily, the rebels were gaining on Roanoke.
North Carolina Blue Ridge
A mass exodus of negro rebels had reached the blue ridge mountains in North Carolina province. They had come from Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Durham, Rocky Mount, and Charlotte. An estimated 110,000 escaped into the mountains with a raw combination of knives, pitchforks, bolt-action rifles stolen from minor infantry armories, sticks and poles. They were headed North to the Virginia part of the mountain range, where they would meet up with the original rebels. A total force of 200,000 total negro rebels would be a much more daunting figure than the original 90,000- and with this number, the number could rise higher as motivation rose from mass groupings and victories.
Roanoke River, North Carolina Province
Negro rebels that weren't in the blue ridge yet began to sabatoge naval bases along the Roanoke river in North Carolina, sabatoging East Congaree's ability to send more navy ships up the river to support the operations in Roanoke. Seven East Congaree Light Gunboats ('30 Flat-bottomed jet boats with one 25 MM AA/Anti-Infantry/Anti-Ship cannon) were destroyed in the operations. An unkown, but small amount of black rebels were killed, and it is known that they took a few assault rifles from marine and stalwart armories across the state at night.

The withdrawing forces were glad to see the Rykarian forces, whom they would counterattack the negro rebels with. The East Congaree forces had a simple plan- Rush the rebels, drive them into the woods, then keep a force about five miles from the mountain to prevent a rebel advance again. The leading East Congaree officers proposed such an idea to the Rykarian officers, whom they thought would agree as such an assault would be a slaughter against the rebels. With 5,000 well-equipped men backing them, the only 200 or so well-equipped rebels armed with assault rifles remaining would be worn down in a few minutes before hell would be lashed out upon the majority force of poorly armed assaulting rebels.

With this and the captures of other negroes that could join the rebellion, the total number of red rebels could not grow higher. The man well-respected within his nation thought to himself about just keeping a division of infantry up against the Blue Ridge and have constant air patrol so supplies could not be snuck in. If he could gain cooperation of the Grand World Order, who would prevent anything from coming in from Grand World Order North America, the area could effectively be covered by a military 360 of forces- causing the rebels to run out of resources and wither on the vine within months. Getting onto the wireless, he quickly conveyed this message to the Grand World Order.

With the greatest deal of respect and honesty, I believe we should just shut these mountains off from the outside world. Innocent villages could be quickly evacuated by rotary aircraft, and we would maintain coverage of both sides of the mountains. Nothing could slip in, especially if we had air coverage, and they would be forced to surrender or die due to the lack of arable land and resources. The International community is entirely ignorant to this situation- that, or they don't care, as I haven't gotten a single diplomatic message other than from you and IFA allies.
