The two major terrorist groups in the Charlotte Island Region, Adopengo and Hemas have finally agreed a long-term truce deal that will spell the end of terrorism in Charlotte Ryberg as a whole. After 3 years of intense campaigns that have left a total of 56 people dead, they've agree to co-operate as a private military force acting on behalf of the privatised military force in Charlotte Ryberg, where corporations are the sole contributors and benefactors.
Among the terms of the long-term true is that they will no longer turn on their civilians for trivial reasons. They also agree to stop planting bombs and land-mines in remote locations, and retreat from the commonwealth of Aveni completely. In return they will be removed from the list of illegal organizations.
Following the peace deal other small terror groups have hinted at a more elaborate move that may ultimately lead to Charlotte Ryberg being totally free of terrorism. Only time will tell.
