In the virtues of goodwill and prosperity, it is my great pleasure to offer your nation an embassy in Solyhniya.

All embassies will be on the island of Serena (Серена) for the time being. There are currently two-hundred unoccupied buildings in the Compound of Embassies, and there are one-hundred empty plots of land. All are available, but if a plot of land is chosen, it will be the nation's responsibilty to pay for the new embassy to be constructed.

Serena is only one mile south of the island of Volodymyr (Володимир) - an extension of Boryslav (Борислав), the capital city - where parliament (the Verkhovna Rada/Верховна Рада) is situated. Access to Volodymyr is available via bullet train, ferry and road bridge. Access to the mainland is available via ferry or through Volodymyr.

Please note that the first one hundred buildings are, in descending order, closer to the bridge to Volodymyr, whereas the second hundred are closer to Serena Airfield. The last hundred are plots of land to be built upon, and nations will have to pay for their own buildings. Private helipads are only available on those plots, and more staff can also be harboured on unbuilt plots. To keep a helicopter at the airfield, if you wish to take a plot from B1-B200, it will cost you a renting charge.

You are also welcome to keep a private aircraft, be it only private. It may be no longer than thirty metres. The width may not exceed thirty metres, and the height is unrestricted. A hangar will also cost a renting charge, which will far exceed that of a helipad.
