It wasn't to long ago AHSCA was struck by it's first hurricane of the season. It was expected to be bad but turned out to not be quite as bad. The islands themselves had a few nasty ones blow through since then but non others had ravaged the entire islands. But now one of Amanda's (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=559804) Protégés was hurling it's self at the island chain, and not a single soul was aware of it.


Embassy Isle-3:30 P.M.

The only station on earth capable of monitoring weather conditions from afar was barley in any state of upkeep. It was up to AHSCA mostly to build it up and with no new applicants, the Government wasn't seeing it as a priority. So it was up to the militia and other parties to maintain the facility. Right now two that had been watching the situation with Amanda were anxiously trying to fix the satalite receiver. Not only did this help them monitor weather conditions it was their only other way of communicating with the outside world. Neither of them had the slightest of clue how to do this and radio contact between islands was generally reserved for emergencies.

"Any luck?" Pacifica asked.

"Not a bit." Said fellow militia man Quenten "I don't know who designed this thing, but they are obviously not from around here."

"We need that to keep track of storms and to call for help if needed."

"Yeah I know. But what can we do? We are simply guards."

He hopped down wiping his hands. "But the odds of anything from that hurricane over in the next region blowing in, it's widely astronomical."

"I hope your right."

OOC: So why can't anyone else pick up on the hurricane with their radar or what have you?

(There's only one radar station and that is the one that is disabled)

Aurora 5:30 P.M. The sky had turned dark and stormy. Typical thought most islanders, including Shino and her little Marcella. Her husband was currently visiting Mokastana but was due back tomorrow. Shino was doing her best to be courageous and brave with her small daughter, despite the fact she was frightened beyond all reasons by the storm. Shino was simply afraid of storms. Rain was fine but when you added thunder and lightning it made it hard for her, especially when she was alone. But Marcella seemed to give her an ease.

"Marcella, are you hungry baby?"

"Yes mama."

She handed her a bowl of rice.

"Papa is coming home tomorrow isn't he?"

"He sure is. Unless this weather is bad then it might be another day or two."

"I hope he comes back, I miss him."

"I do too."

The wind was blowing hard. "Some stormy night we have. I don't imagine anyone is going to do any traveling for Session tomorrow. Well that's good because I get to spend more time with you." She picked up Marcella and kissed her.

Hello you forgetting About Me and the Man Made Island

(then you could pick the storm up on radar maybe you wouldn't be able to land any planes on AHSCA islands. The Embassy isle Ships maybe could dock up or send smaller boats to come ashore. )

As the night began to drag on the storm seemed to get progressively more intense. Shino put Marcella to sleep and tried to sleep her self.

One island over it was equeally bad. Aya was unable to sleep as a result of it and the swaing tree could be felt. Their treetop hut was blowing in the wind along with the others. "Marco...." She said quietly. She didn't want to wake her husband but she did somehow. "Hey Aya, what is it?"

"This weather. It's terrible."

"Must be a squal. It's very intense out there."

"What if it's a hurricane?"

"Impossible. We would have been warned."

"There wasn't always a time when we had warning." Aya refered to the pre-united days when storms just came and went. The islands were getting used to the info they could get from the Embassy Isle and fellow nearby islands and bases.

"Damn, why does paradise have to have its devils?"

"To make sure we remember that we are in reality and not paradise probably Corporal."

Two Mokan marines stood guard as the last of the equipment was being brought into the concrete bunkers for the coming storm. Already the concrete hideaways had hid the patrol boats and the four recently stationed Hatchet-class frigates that were starting to bob as the water got worse and worse. This storm was going to be bad, and so far they had prepared for it and were almost ready to pack it up and hide for the night Until a commander noticed that the islanders had not done much preparing for the weather. Captain Marco Hernandez decided to try and get to Shino to ensure that the islanders were ready for the incoming storm. Despite protest from his higher ups, they knew that they were also responsible for the safety of the people here.

With that the Captain and the two marines that were on duty got on their ponchos and loaded up into an Amphibious assault craft rather then a Humvee or a Fox to get to Shino to make sure everything was alright.

Turning over the engine they raced out of the naval station as the chain link fence gates automatically closed behind them. They had 20 minutes to get out and get back, or else it would be to dangerous to try any type of moving, much less a rescue mission.

Aurora was now getting the first blow as the eye walls were slowly moving onto the island. Shino was still unaware that this was a hurricane but she held Marcella close to her, keeping a constant vigilance of her surroundings. She gentley set Marcella down on the hamock and decided to get dressed. She wasn't sure why, but it as almost an instanct to dress her self in her usual attire. She really wished her husband was here.

Kaori kept busy going around to the diffrent areas of government to see how they were doing, today her stop was the International Intelligence Agency (IIA). "Good day ladies, gentlemen."

"Good day Madam State Holder!" They all stood to salute her.

"As you were, how are things?"

"Things here a fine madam."

"Madam, take a look at this."

He showed her the computer satalite with a large hurricane moving over the islands.

"My word, look at the size of that hurricane, it must be a Super."

"Estimated wind speeds might be putting it there."

"Any threat to us?"

"No ma'am it's miles away and it will likely weaken by the time it comes here, but those islands are taking a heavy beating."

"Population?"

"Unknown but they are pretty primitive there, they may not be aware of such a massive storm coming onto them so suddenly. It's estimated path shows it may have switched courses suddenly."

"The United Island States of AHSCA. I think I read all about their nation online, yes, they are in a world of trouble."

"We've tried reaching through their communications line but nothing."

"Do we have an embassy?"

"I don't know ma'am that is something you would have to ask the Secretary of State."

"Get me Otani on the phone, please."

"Yes ma'am."

"Looks like Embassy Isle may not take a big hit, just the islands."

"Islands full of people. I don't care if we have an embassy or not we need to do something to help those people."

She sympathized with them, growing up poor and with out many of the modern world. "Otani is on line two."

"Otani, there's a major storm moving onto the AHSCA States, can we mobilize a relief station?"

"It will take time."

"Do it now and as fast as you can."

"Yes ma'am."

Shino was getting more anxious about the storm. It was bad, and it seemed like it was getting worse. It seemed Hurricane like.

Alekia stumbled and struggled through the storm a lantern in one hand. She found Shino's hut and stumbled right into it.

"Alekia." Shino helped her up. "What on earth are you doing out in this weather."

"Oh milady-"

"You can call me Shino."

"Just, I wanted to look in on you all night since the storm began, I fell asleep then my hut just caved in. Now it blew away. Shino I'm scared right now."

"Me too. My husband is gone, it's me and Marcella. I think we are having a hurricane right now and somehow the warning never got to us."

"What do we do?"

"I don't know, we just have to take shelter. Our nursery may be able to act as shelter, but there are so many people."

"The people are smart they'll take shelter."

Before they knew it a wave of water crashed.

"Come on, come on!"

Shino picked up Marcella and went out into the rain and wind.

Captain Marco Hernandez rode in the AAAV towards Shino's and George's house/hut. The storm was getting very bad, really any vehicle shouldn't be out here, because the roads were becoming a thick mud that was causing the vehicle to slip and slid, luckily the Corperal was a skilled driver, or they would have ended up in a tree by now.

Soon they made it to the nursery, which the private recommend that they check out to make sure it was taken care off. The Captain knew that they needed to get to Shino, but the nursery was just as important. Sliding the large and bulky vehicle next to the nursery the Captain opened the turrent and climbed out with the Private in tow. Marco slid off the vehicle and landed into the mud but stayed on his feet, while the private slipped and fell straight into it.


"Mendez, you ok? i don't need and injured man out here?"

"I'm fine Captain"

Private Mendez got up with a new brown glaze over his pancho and equipment. Luckily they left the rifles in the AAV so none of those got damaged.

"Corporal, stay in the vehicle, keep us up to date on what is going on."

"Copy that."

With that the two Mokans made it to the front door and began knocking, hoping to be heard over the storm.

Shino and Alekia huddled into the nursery as the wind continued to pick up and blow things about. "It's bad." Alekia said.

"Mama, I'm scared."

"It's okay Marcella baby. It's okay."

"How will this hold up?"

"Mokans are fine builders. I'm sure this will endure as long as it can. But I know Hurricanes, and I know they can be strong. We'll last longer than if we were still in our huts but I don't know, I just don't know. Brick and stone and mortar may be may be strong but all we can do is wait."

Alekia sighed. "It's going to be horrible for everyone. Think how many will be homless."

"We'll be okay. We always are. George must be frantic hearing about this."

"Do you think news has reached all the way to Mokastana?"

"Well we have a Mokan Station so I'm sure they would have reported it, or at least the Embassy Would have."

FSS Valkyrie Blade, LAC-23

Captain Gregory Marcus looked at the doppler radar images coming in. The storm that tossed the amphibious carrier around was a large one, and it seemed to be pummeling the island group to the south of their position.

"Sir, Flash message from Command," the Comm. tech announced.

Captain Marcus looked it over...Command was explaining the situation of the islands, and that the Valkyrie should be ready to offer assistance if needed. It also said that the escort carrier Red Star and her support vessels would be sent in if needed.

George was in the embassy complex working over the next steps of "passive modernization" in AHSCA, the idea was to get the basic abilites to the islans to funtion as a first world nation, but also remain as simple as they are now. So far in involved the placing of many Mokan sites around the islands, such as Radar, and helipads to that medical supplies could be airlifted in. Currently Mokan Naval Station was the corner stone to this achievement. Giving the island chain an ability to defend against modern naval targets as well as giving them the chance at electricity and other modern marvels. However everything still needed to be reviewed by the island's government. Then the news of a horrible storm came across him. His family was still in AHSCA and now he was worried sick...

"Good god I need to get back to AHSCA as fast as I can."

"What about the plans to-"

"Screw the plans! I need to go home now! Get my Chopper ready, I need to get on the marine relief force being sent there. We do not have time to waste."

With that he was out the door and running towards the elevators to get to the helipads for the long journey back home

Haruhi and others nestled themselves in the caves but these would fill with water in a matter of hours once the eye wall fell onto Animalpolis.

Anja was scared stiff her hut was holding for now.

The local islanders were still unaware of the true nature of the storm. They were hoping it would pass but this was going to be a monster and deadly storm.

The Astro Class Aerial Destoryer Hurricane was forced off course. Its crew and the 16 Dingo Fighter Pilots were upset about the change of course as they passed by a hrricane about to form.

"Skipper! We've lost contact with the rest of the convoy and we've found some form of land below us," reported in an operator.

"Inform the crew that we're going to Code Orange and Pilots to Code Yellow," ordered the skipper. "See if you can find out where we are as well,"

The Hurricane appeared out of the clouds as they started to head below the low presure system towards the island. They realised it was possible for anyone below them to have seen them by now.

"SAM Rader locked on target over our no fly zone"

"This is Captain Jonathan, we're over ASCHA at the moment not yours. To make you happy, our course have being altered to portside," replied Jonathan who was beginning to get fed up with Imperial Personal. Personally he didn't mind seeing them perish but it wasn't his place to judge.

The aerial destoryer altered course and went out of what presumed to be Imperial airspace and entered friendly airspace.

"Sir, we still have a lock," said the lieutenant to Jonathan.

"I don't understand why we can't simply go over them. I mean, we're just here to help and leave. Those guys make life so hard for us," replied Jonathan.

The crew laughed in response as a joke was cracked afterwards. The captain ordered the joke to be kept to the crew on the bridge and strictly not to anyone else.

Jonathan was pleased with the fact the issue was over and the SAM lock was turned off. He quickly went over to the radar as the operator sent a telegram back to base about the new island they've found just near friendly airspace.

"Keep moral up," said Jonathan. "Infrom everyone we're about to make a landing and prepare themselves. Also get some guards on the cargo. That is pirceless to us,"

Jonathan laid back on his chair as the destoryer started its apporach before the red light went off. He rolled his eyes as he jumped to his feet alongside his lieutenant and checked up on the operator.

"Sir we lost engine two and we're going on a single engine," said the operator as the pilot started to struggle hold the destoryer up.

"How the blazes did we lose them?" snapped the captain.

"Well sir," replied the operator. "It's a simple measure. Because we're not in action, we don't use the Lynx Metal Armour. However, because we had the regular armour, its possible that something smashed against the side of the engine which, caused it to increasing overheat. Which means, we need to make an emergency landing..."

"Skipper! We're going down hard!" shouted the pilot. "We got one two minutes before impact!"

"This is the captain speaking!" started Jonathan into the PA system. "We're about to make a crash landing. All hands to crash landing positions! Tie down anything especially the cargo and the eight Dingo fighter jets!"

"1 minute to impact!" shouted the pilot.

The captain turned around as the destoryer sent out a red flare hoping to get the attention of someone. He watched as he hid behind the steel desk as he braced himself for impact. Jonathan pulled his lieutenant behind him as the pilot suddenly ducked as the destoryer crashed landed. The destoryer groaned for a moment as the trees were snapped by the front end of the destoryer and the sand parted ways like waves crashing against the side of the ship. The captain staggered up as he realised the other crew members were injuried, knocked out or dead. He pressed the button again before blacking out as the destoryer sent out two red flares.

Mokan Naval station, Aurora

"Sir, we just picked up a faint red flare from the storm."

"Which direction?"

"To the east of us sir, Radar confirms that an aircraft was in the area."

"Who in their right mind would try to fly in this mess? Do we have anything capable of helping any down crew?"

"We have one AAV outside the base looking for Shino, they claimed to have found her and are hiding out in the nursery. One man is driving the AAV back here."

"Any chance they can get to the crash site?"

"Not likely."

"damn we need to get to them but I don't think we have anything capable of getting there. As soon as this storm settles at all, gets remotely friendly send three AAVs to the crash site and find survivors.

Shino responded to the captain's question. "We ran here from my hut. We didn't think it would last much longer so we came to our nursery." Shino scooped up Marcella into her armes. "If you are taking us to the Mokan Base than we will come."

Embassy Isle

Embassy isle wasn't taking a beating like the other islands but it wasn't immune from the storm.

"What the hell is going on with that radar?" Pacifica asked.

"Still nothing, it's a blank screen whatever we had before it's gone."

Soon two blazes of red light filled the centeral controll room. "What was that?"

"Seemed like flairs."

Taking the binoculars she peered into the storm. "Who on earth would be out here?"

"Our people?"

"No, I can't think of a single islander that would have flairs. Well we have no choice we need to investiage."

Pacafica and a few other Milita men and women ran down to the docks, hopping on some of the special cutter boats beloning to who knows they raced into the blinding wind and rain to find who may be in distress.

"Vith"said the Major as he hits the brakes and gets out with his side arm drawn an puts his back to side of the M21

"who the hell be firing a smg" the Major asked as he scans the area where he saw the flash over the hood

"Who are you and what are you doing firing a gun" the Major yelled over the wind

Jonathan and his lieutenant woke up from the crash as they looked around. He went around to the side to the radio as he talked into the PA System.

"This is Captain Jonathan to all crew members! Sorry for the crash landing but we need all medic crews and engineers to find the other crew members and start repairing the engines. Pilots, get a damage reports on the Seekers and Dingo's," ordered Jonathan into the PA System.

"The pilots dead sir," reported in the lieutenant.

"So are Rod and Troy," stated another.

'Three dead in the bridge,' thought Jonathan as he rushed over to the intercom radio.

"This is Captain Jonathan on the Vamperial Aerial Destoryer Hurricane to anyone out there. We crashed landed further inland about 10 kilometers from the coast. We have a few dead and several wounded, if anyone out there, can you please respond?" said Jonathan into the intercom.

He pulled up his hand as he noticed blood was coming from a wound.

"1 minute to impact!" shouted the pilot.

The captain turned around as the destoryer sent out a red flare hoping to get the attention of someone. He watched as he hid behind the steel desk as he braced himself for impact. Jonathan pulled his lieutenant behind him as the pilot suddenly ducked as the destoryer crashed landed. The destoryer groaned for a moment as the trees were snapped by the front end of the destoryer and the sand parted ways like waves crashing against the side of the ship. The captain staggered up as he realised the other crew members were injuried, knocked out or dead. He pressed the button again before blacking out as the destoryer sent out two red flares.

Mokan Naval station, Aurora

"Sir, we just picked up a faint red flare from the storm."

"Which direction?"

"To the east of us sir, Radar confirms that an aircraft was in the area."

"Who in their right mind would try to fly in this mess? Do we have anything capable of helping any down crew?"

"We have one AAV outside the base looking for Shino, they claimed to have found her and are hiding out in the nursery. One man is driving the AAV back here."

"Any chance they can get to the crash site?"

"Not likely."

"damn we need to get to them but I don't think we have anything capable of getting there. As soon as this storm settles at all, gets remotely friendly send three AAVs to the crash site and find survivors.

Jonathan and his lieutenant woke up from the crash as they looked around. He went around to the side to the radio as he talked into the PA System.

"This is Captain Jonathan to all crew members! Sorry for the crash landing but we need all medic crews and engineers to find the other crew members and start repairing the engines. Pilots, get a damage reports on the Seekers and Dingo's," ordered Jonathan into the PA System.

"The pilots dead sir," reported in the lieutenant.

"So are Rod and Troy," stated another.

'Three dead in the bridge,' thought Jonathan as he rushed over to the intercom radio.

"This is Captain Jonathan on the Vamperial Aerial Destoryer Hurricane to anyone out there. We crashed landed further inland about 10 kilometers from the coast. We have a few dead and several wounded, if anyone out there, can you please respond?" said Jonathan into the intercom.

He pulled up his hand as he noticed blood was coming from a wound.

FSS Valkyrie Blade LAC-23

Klaxons sounded as the crew and Marines onboard headed to their action stations. In the CIC, the Captain and the Marine detachment commander, Col. Dmitri Borichev, looked at the situation.

"Comrade-Captain, distress flare at reference grid 24-K-45," one of the spotters reported.

"Distress signal being recieved," the Comm tech reported.

With high winds, it was decided that they would be cat-launched instead of VTOL. For backup, three CH-53E Super Stallions were being prepared in the hangar. With the 'go' from the cat officer, the first Vogel was airborne, heading to the distressed ship.

"The engines were damaged by a lightning strike but they can be re-charged and ready to fly within two hours..." started the lieutenant.

"Do it but keep us on the ground until the storm goes over," ordered the captain as he went over to the intercom.

"This is Captain Jonathan to FSS Valkyrie Blade. We have 15 dead and 20 wounded. Our engines are down but we can get them online within two hours," replied Jonathan into the intercom.

The Yanbanian 5th fleet, nicknamed "Hotel Fleet" was on the open ocean, waiting for a call back into combat.

"Seriously, why are we out here?" one board sailer asked.

"Hey, just be happy you're on 'The Hotel'," another sailer said, moving his hands in a fancy way.

"Right, the BORING hotel," snapped another sailor.

"All of you, shut your flappers," commanded the Captain, Henry XII.

"Boo!" shot back a cocky sailor.

"Hey, say boo one more time," shot Henry.

"Boo?" asked the confused sailor.

Then Henry shot him with a revolver.

*Splash*

The sailor screamed.... then fell silent.

"Anyone else got any smart ass comments?" asked Henry, keeping his revolver handy.

The sailors murmered,"No... Not me... Nope, I'm fine..." and then got back to work.

Five days later, a massive storm rolled in.

Most of the ships sank, but only a few casualties were taken. Out of the 1000 men in the fleet, 900 were still left. And all of them were aboard the pride of the 5th fleet,
the (Yanbanian Naval Service) YNS Caprella.

"Sir, we're sinking!" screamed a sailor before he fell into the water, and into his death.

"Keep this hulk afloat as long as you can!" ordered Henry.

"I can't keep her afloat! We gotta bail!" coughed the engineer over the smoke.

"Send out the beacon! Send it on all frequencies!" Henry screamed to the radio man.

"Already done sir!" the radio man coughed as he bled, "Urgh....."

Henry ran to the radio room, which was on fire.

He turned on the radio and screamed into the reciever, not caring if it was on all frequencies or not.

"HELP!!! THIS IS YMS CAPRELLA!!! WE ARE SINKING!! ANYONE, OUT THERE, PLEASE!!!"
screamed Henry, his voice filled with desperation.

Then, the boat sank. Only 3 sailors made it out alive. The engineer, the radio man (who was bleeding but the engineer bandaged his wounds), and Captain Henry.

They slowly drifted toward the AHSCA islands. On day 5, they saw islands on the horizon.

"We've made it! We're alive! [maniacal laugh]" screamed Henry to the sky.

And it was true. They had made it. Now all they had to do was get to the island... which was 20 miles away...

"My name is Anja Kama, I'm the Island's Elected Leader."

With the cargo ships secured at Union, the 3rd Armada and the 4th Rescue Fleet was sent out to find the missing Hurricane destoryer which went off course shortly after the fog they went through. Admiral Kennedy was in charge of the operation with his lieutenant, Sky Ace Captain Sonic Edwards.

"HELP!!! THIS IS YMS CAPRELLA!!! WE ARE SINKING!! ANYONE, OUT THERE, PLEASE!!!" came a voice over the radio.

The operator isolated the signal and the holographic map found where the signal was and predicted a line if there was any survivours. Kennedy looked at the route and turned to Sonic.

"Skipper, take a squadron of Dingo's along with four Seekers and two Blackhawks MK 2's, and find any survivours on the route," ordered Kennedy just as a beacon went up as they entered the zone where the distress call was from.

"Sure thing sir," replied Sonic

10 minutes later

Sonic and his squadron was scrambling off the aerial carrier as the Seekers and Blackhawks followed behind them. Sonic on plane was far off in the lead as they sighted the islands. He barrel rolled his Super-Sonic Jet and noticed something in the water.

"Lead Red to HC 1 (Blackhawk MK 2's)," said Sonic into the intercom. "We've got something in the water. See if you can get close enough to find out what it is,"

"Copy that Red Leader," replied HC 1.

"A plane down? Oh my." Shino was concerned for everyone's safety now.

"I do not know, I will keep you posted."

radio: "Captain, the AAV is ready to head out."

"Copy that," (To Shino) " Its up to you, if you and your daughter wish to go to Mokan Naval Station then you have priority, or we can go see if we can help the plane."

Onboard the Hurricane, they were desperately trying to restore power to the engines. Jonathan's head was being stiched with what few supplies they had left. With the medical section being overhelmed with injuries as Jonathan watched the pilot being taken away.

"Lieutenant, send up the last two flares up. I doubt anyone can find us in this mess," muttered Jonathan to the lieutenant.

"It will be done," replied the lieutenant.

The last two flares and the last of the batteries of the radio were used as the distress call was given.

"This is the Hurricane to anyone out there. We're stuck, our engines are badly damage and this is the last of the batteries. The last of our flares have gone up and the crew can't survive for much longer...." the radio went dead as the air tight destoryer sat in the jungle waiting to be found.

"I do not know, I will keep you posted."

radio: "Captain, the AAV is ready to head out."

"Copy that," (To Shino) " Its up to you, if you and your daughter wish to go to Mokan Naval Station then you have priority, or we can go see if we can help the plane."

Shino had to think about it seriously for a moment, she had her little girl to think of, but as a leader she was partly responsible for what happened on her nation's soil. "If I go, can someone please take Marcella to the Mokan station?"

"Very well then, We will take you both to the Mokan Station, since you are the VIP here, and we only have one vehicle out there....call back the private we are getting out of here!"

Soon enough the AAV was turning around and would soon be at the Nursury, the storm was bad, so he would try and park it giving them the quickest route into the vehicle.

Once they left they would head back to Mokan naval Station and figure out what to do from there

"Heavy-5-1, Roger," the pilot replied as the casualty estimate was relayed to him. He passed it along as he continued, "Havy-5-1 on site, deploying personnel."

The Four Vogels found clearings close to the fallen vessel, and Marines began to pile out as soon as the gear touched the ground. Medical equipment and personnel accompanied them as they approached the Hurricane. One of the Marines found a hatch and pounded on it, letting them know that help had arrived.

Pound! Pound! Pound!

Lieutenant Edward Johnson responded to the call of the pounding as he staggered. His sight was bad as he tried his hardest to open the hatch. He threw his rifle aside as he pulled open the hatch as he staggered back from the light. He noticed a marine and smiled at him before waving his hand.

"I'm part of the Assassin Corps on board this destoryer. Most of the crew are knocked out because of the fall but there's several wounded and we're still getting more dead," started Johnson as he stepped outside. "Medical section is still going but we lost contact with the bridge a few moments ago so we could've lost the captain for all I know. We need engineers to the engine room to re-bot the engines and turn the power online,"

The boat the militia were driving came upon the survivors in the water.

"What's in the water?!"

"Shine the spot light!"

The large spot lights flooded the rough seas with light. "We have marrooned sailors! Careful drive towards them!"

Pacifica removed her riffle and militia uniform. She wasn't fully nude she still hand general island cloths on. She was a strong swimmer, she could rescue the seamen. Diving in she pulled one out.

They went through an open centre as the medical crews were tending to the wounded. One the medic's came over to Edward and the other medic's and he was ranking lieutenant.

"Lieutenant, take two of these medic's and head to the bridge. We lost all communications with them and we're praying their asleep not dead," said the lieutenant. "If the rest of you can...can find any wounded and treat their injuires,"

"Aye, Comrade-Lieutenant," the leading Corpsman replied. He led his team over to the next compartment as he crouched next to a wounded Lynion. He appeared to have a concussion and several blunt-trauma wounds.

Meanwhile, the other two medics, Corporal Grant and Sergeant Stiles, followed up to the bridge. They wondered if their kits would be enough, wondering what had happened to the bridge crew.

"Easy mate," whispered the Lynion as he felt the thing go across his head.

Jonathan took the two medic's as they passed through the hallways. They went pass a bunk area being used to keep the wounded asleep while the rest managed to sleep on the floors or helped with the engineering. They found the doorway to the bridge open. Jonathan went first as they found the men asleep and a handful wounded. He went over to the controls and found the pilot dead, the captain knocked out and the lieutenant standing up with blood coming from a wound.

Reaching forward and carefully, the Corpsman examined the Lynion's neck. He then went on to examine his ears and nose, to make sure there was no bleeding. With a penlight, he had the wounded man track the light, assessing his mental status.

"Did you lose conciousness?" he asked, "From what direction did you fall?"

The medics split up and examined the captain and the other wounded. The lieutenant was ambulatory, so Grant asked Jonathan if he would tend to his comrade as they tended to the more seriously wounded.

"Lieutenant," Stiles said as she picked up her radio, "We need a team in here now. We'll have to medivac."

"The ship was on a stable condition and then we got hit. I went flying forward against the floor then into the wall," replied the Lynion. "I lost conciousness for awhile. I don't know how long,"

Jonathan went over to the lieutenant and looked at his wound. He wasn't a doctor but he could tell something was wrong.

"Hey medic, can I get a bandage...and something to pull out this metal object?" asked Jonathan as he noticed a slice of metal was sticking into the lieutenant's arm and gone straight through.

"Damn storm," muttered the lieutenant.

The other crew members were knocked out badly, some were in werewolf form and had wounds on the head while others had metal sticking out of their skin. The vampires were coming around but were still dizzy about the crash landing.

"Wow," muttered one. "Whose these guys?"

"They're medic's so keep calm," replied Jonathan.

The Corpsman picked up the man's arm, looking at a wristwatch.

"We can assume that this was when you hit...and since you were conscious when I found you...you weren't out long. We'll need to continue to monitor your status for any permanent damage," he said, moving on to treat his other wounds. Reaching into his pack, he handed a pair of painkillers to the Lynion. "I'll have to set some of these," he told the wounded man, "There seem to be a few breaks."

As he said this, another pair of medics moved in to assist him.

"Grant, we'll ask questions later," Stiles said as she rushed over to the lieutenant. "We'll have to remove this surgically..." she reached back to her radio, "We need an immediate transport for surgery!"

As she said this, the second group of Vogels arrived, landing more medical personnel packed with supplies and equipment. One carried an engineering team, which the Marines escorted into the ship.

Jonathan pressed a button and bought the intercom over to him. He looked at a screen and pressed three buttons.

"67, 85 and 98 report to station hand," said Jonathan over the intercom into the ship's PA System. "We need stretcher bearer's to report to the birdge,"

During this moment the engineering team from outside entered the area. They looked around as three rolling droids appeared. They opened up into standing formation as one had two machine guns as arms, one had two arms that open doors and another was taking watch over the hallway. All three stood 5 foot 10 off the ground, each had eyes and a mouth to speak from.

"I'm 67 and this is 98. We're prototypes and we've being sent to escort you to the engines," said 67. "Follow us to avoid getting lost,"

67 and 98 went back into a ball and started for the engine room. They passed through several locked doors by 98 opened them with ease. In the room next to them was more droids stacked up and to their front was a door. 98 unlocked the door but couldn't open it. He tried again before it opened from the other side.

OOC: It's an Aerial Destoryer and the moment you start to cut, sentry droids have orders to stop the cutting.

During the radio transmission, it was picked up by a partol on the deck. The partol contained two Lynion Hunter's and a pair of sentry droids told to keep an eye out for any activity. The sarge lead the partol as the droids went into stance positions before stopping at the railing. They raised their rifles as the men on the ground came forward looking to find a way to cut. The sarge raised his rifle as he fired a single shot into the air.

"Don't try to cut into the destoryer," started the sargent. "So are you engineer's or medics?"

After the shot happened numerous rifles were raised from the marines in the direction of the shot. All of them looked around to see if they were under attack, and if so, from where. Since all marines had seen combat elsewhere in the world they let their natural instinct kick in for that brief second.

As the eye wall began to make it's move damage was increasing. People were scrambling to find sturdy shelters in caves or other dwellings. The island huts were no match for the ferocious Category 5 winds. And this was only Aurora, there were still 4 more islands in the path of this storm.

By landing on the water boats could come out to pick up the passengers and bring them to the mainlands. Refueling was done by the Mokan Naval Station, who had modified a few Tomahawks to be able to refuel the planes, that or by landing in Paradisa. However on this particular flight sat George, who was thankful to hear that his wife and child were safe. even now he was on a Sea plane flight back home, despite the hurricane that was tearing the island chain apart.

"Mr. Villa, we cannot land anywhere until the storm subsides. We will have to circle it around. Possibly land on the Paradisa airport to refuel, depending on how long it takes."

Therefore they would have to try and land on the actual runway of the embassy center, but there was one problem, the boat didn't have the proper landing gear to land on land. As the pilots and George argued he finally came up with an even crazier idea.

"Give me a parachute and I will jump into the Island."

"Mr. Villa, your crazy."

"Yes, yes I am."

"I do not want to help you kill yourself Mr. Villa."

"Then i suggest you keep the plane at a good height and keep it steady."

The storm was whipping the man around and you could never tell where he was aiming for....then a noise could be heard, it was either the wind or something else, but it sounded vaguely like "WOOOOHOOOO!"

The eye was now begining to move over Aurora, soon the storm would pass onto Hoshino and the remaining three islands. The devestation was still only growing and only one eye wall had passed.

The militia escorted George down to the water deck. "I don't care, I want her at the Mokan base, now, we need to get them set in a safe location."

Kicking start the hover craft they went full throughtl into the slightly calming seas. A patch of stars was now becoming visable.

Rain soaked Shino continued to look on at the accident scene.

She was placed into the humvee and evaced back to base.

George felt the slight sting of being torn between the two homes, but his family was here, Shino and Marcella. There was still the pain from Mokastana, the memories that came every so often, but the Mokastana now children were growing up in was a far different one he remembered as a child. It was prosperous, tame, and secure. He could only hope that he could create an AHSCA just as safe.

At the Aqua Anu storm center they too were watching the Hurricane. They weren't far from AHSCA's region so it was plenty likely they too could be hit. "Look at that, it's going to tear those islands apart."

Mokan Naval Station

As Charles changed out of the now torn up business suit he found a set of sleepwear reserved for him next to the bunk. Being a Mokan and the Duke had its perks, especially when the military base was put their by you and the soldiers there loved the nation almost more then their own. Lying back down with his wife he smiled and held her close. Then began to drift off to sleep.

At the gates two marines armed with AVIR assault rifles stood in the heavy humidity that remained from the storm a night before. Besides the two men at the gate a third remained in the Concrete Bunker outside incase the main base needed to reach them. Besides these three men another two sat in positions called counter-assault zones. In the event of an attack on the main gates these strategic positions would open fire with grenade launchers and heavy automatic fire. For obvious reasons these positions were not to be given away. They didn't expect anything to occur, but as with most Mokan bases in foreign lands, they had the firepower to deal with it.

Engineers and soldiers were unloading the weapons and doing whatever the Lynion troops needed them to do. Captain Hernandez remained outside with Shino in the event something occured. Before they left he told shino to wait, it would be safer to take one of the Amphibious Assault Craft (AAV).

"Take an AAV, it won't get stuck in a flood and it is more resistant to the wind and rain blowing around."

As they loaded up to get to the base he continued to monitor radio signals and waited for the word from the Mokan base that they should abandon the post. However what he got was a little more...unusual...
