Dear comrades of Bulgislavia, people and workers,
our strong socialist motherland of RUMANOVIA want to make a gift to your friendly socialist country demonstrating a strong solidarity and comradeship between our workers and proletarians. So, by issue of our great beloved leader, the general secretary of Communist Party of Rumanovian Workers comrade Petr Petrov, we send to you this artistic monument:

It's the "People's International Friendship Monument", made by a great rumanovian socialist realism artist: A. Ivanov. It's made of steel, 35 metres high and rapresents the great revolutionary friendship of our 2 peoples.
Shall our heroic workers and proletarians march togheter for the construction of socialism and communism!

Izhevskia commends our comrades and workers in Rumanovia on their great gift of socialist unity to Bulgislavia, a great workers' paradise.

The Bulgislavian Workers Party was ecstatic to recieve the great gift.

Infact it has been installed at the base of Provoçe Square but at the entrace of the Workers Party Victory Boulavard.

The Party wanted it to be a true secret and so when it was installed travel in that area was banned and sealed off. It currently has a large sheet over it for the big reveal on the 18th of July for the 80th anniversary of the Party Foundation.

The Great Comrade Leader Ion Milencu and the Mother of all Bulgislavian's Irena Milencu and the Bulgislavian Workers party look foward to a delegation visiting out capital on the occasion
