"What the hell is going on!?" came the Secretary of War's harsh voice. As he spoke, a Black Op's team came rushing into the room. The man who must have been their commander spoke. "Sir, I'm sorry. We need to leave, right now." "First you tell me what the hell is--what are you--?!" Two of the soldiers seized the older man by his arms and dragged him off. As the final one exited the room, he dropped a case. A slight ticking could be heard form the case, if there had been anyone to listen. As the team exited the building, Jumzraway's capital building, they boarded a MH-60K Black Hawk Helicopter, the Ruler, Charles Kain was on board as well.
The secretary, Roy Campbell, sat across from the man he had worked with for the past 15 years. "Sir...do you mind telling me what the hell is going on?" Kain's face was grim. "There's been...an event. In the Black Eagle testing facility, under the Larkson Desert." Campbell's face dropped. "You don't mean...X-29?" Kain nodded slowly. "The very same. Bio-Weapon Lab X-29. The containment field on lab 19 collapsed...releasing several experiential bio-weapons loose. They seem to have taken the entire facility...and a large group of them seem to be headed for the Capital. We're going to blow the building, blame it on rebels...hope other nations come to our aid. We can blame the bio-weapons on them too, claim them to be "the result of nerve agents." Campbell looked back at the Capital, now at least 20 or 30 miles behind them. Kain nodded to the Black Ops Captain. The man removed a trigger from his vest, flipped up a cover, and flipped a switch. Moments later, the case that had been dropped in the Secretary's room, the one containing a tactical nuclear weapon, exploded in a brilliant, white light. Martial Law had already been declared on the city, not a single person left their homes. But they were all watching...

Approximately 30 minutes later, a special news broadcast came over the JBN.
"This is Ron Jackson, reporting from the edge of the containment zone in the capital...a nuclear weapon has been detonated within the capital building. The Ruler and the Secretary of War seem to have escaped. Although nothing is certian at this time, the attack appears to be that of a terrorist group. Stay tuned to JNN, your only source for Jimzraway National News, all the time. More to come on this developing story."
