- Order are preferred to be RPed, however I don't enforce this. You may use OOC to help clarify, ask questions, or provide answers.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We will provide a reason for the denial.

- All documents will be marked with a very tiny signature indicating our creation of it. This should in no way detract from the overall look of the document. Letterheads and signatures will be exempt from this. We ask that if you use or link the documents that you include somewhere in that post who created the documents for your use. That is all the payment we ask.

- Depending on your orders, specifications and probable consulting to make sure you are getting the exact product you want, orders can take 24-72 RL hours or more to be completed after being acknowledged. Please be aware, depending on the number of orders, we may have a backlog of other orders to clear before we can reach yours. You will be given an estimated time of completion after your order has been confirmed.

- We suggest ordering well in advance of your use the documents. This will give us enough time to fine tune your documents and for you to host them where you wish.

- We provide rush deliveries however that is at our discretion to accept or fulfill.

- For custom creations, a mockup (quick and dirty MSPaint-like image) is very helpful to understand exactly what you want, however it is not required.

Hello, we would like to purchase something. We need several fake passports and documents to get 5 POW's out of a concentration camp their in inside Balkaros.

(ooc:Here is a passport for you as requested. I couldn't find a good Ukraine passport to modify, so I created on from scratch but used the same layout and wording as a Ukraine Passport uses. I decided to do something like the new US passport has. If you look at the US passport (http://blogit.digitoday.fi/berkeley/pics/epassport.jpg), the artwork is nice so I thought that Belkaros may do the same for theirs. I wasn't able to get a reply back from Belkaros so since this is a passport for his/her country, they have the final word on looks.)

ooc: I'm not quite sure which letterheads you are referring to at the moment. To create the letterhead in a way you would like, the major elements I would need to know would be wording, coloring, font type (if you have a preference), and images that you would like to see in your letterhead. I can certainly start work on one based on your flag if you wish.

Below are two flags- the bottom is the one I would like. The top is only if you need to access the original falcon/eagle image. I would like ther entire thing to be spruced up, of course, but I would also like to request that three stars be placed in the areas marked by circles. OOC: These are simply amazing...what do you use, Karshkovia? I was looking for someone to do watermarks for my money, I'm fairly good but you just can't do those kind of things in MS Paint, which is all I have.

Blackhelm Confederacy: No problem. A letterhead containing a golden griffin. I have some ideas with gold, purple or red lettering that may look nice with a golden griffin.

South Thasland: I am able to remove that banner, but I may try to find an eagle with a higher resolution. The flag should be pretty simple, though the letter head and seal may be the tougher ones to solve.

Antigr: I am using the following: Photoshop CS2; Photoimage CS2; Macromedia Fireworks

No problem. If you end up going for a different design, would you mind making it a falcon, and keeping the ship in the picture somehow? My nation historically made it's living from the sea, so I liked having that reference in the flag.

I know this should ideally be IC, but I am excessively short on time, hope you don't mind. I'd like a silvery watermark for money, not too big but by no means small, with the crown and the big star from my national flag, see here (http://www.nationstates.net/images/flags/uploads/antigr__3.jpg).
Saved in .png so I can incorporate it into my money. Remember, watermarks are shiny so a slightly glinting bit would be much appreciated. Tanks.

This design we took middle-eastern griffins and solarized them for a true "Gold" or oil look. We tried black lettering but that was too dark. Gold lettering and type-set lettering took away from the griffins so we settled on light yellow.

This design we took a simplistic approach to. The walking Griffin portrays more of it's lion heritage which is that of a strength, nobility, and security. We extended the wings as if it were about to take off into flight. The slogan "Put a Lion in your Tank" was thought to portray that your company's gasoline products were superior to that of other oil companies; that by using your product the consumer would have more power (power of a lion) in their vehicle. We decided to stay with a plain black as it felt to have more strength in this design than if we went with gold (though you could use gold foil on your products in place of the black.)

We could see a whole advertising line based on this slogan:

Picture a TV commercial where a race car is screaming around a race track near the lead car in a race, the camera catches them thundering by then we are sitting behind the driver. The camera is vibrating and the masculine male voice is stating the facts about the race car driver's winning history. In the pits, the can used to refill the racecar has the Griffincrest logo and the voice-over states the driver's winning history was done using only Griffincrest petroleum products. The race car thunders out of the pits and we follow it out on the track where the race car driver sits behind the lead car; then suddenly the driver shifts his gear and we start to pass into the lead position. As it just starts to pass in front of other car to take the lead the image warps and changes into the driver sitting in his sports car (old muscle car or new mustang...to connect with the average man) on an open road (possibly a convertible with the top down and the wind blowing through his hair or with the windows down on a hard-top). The voice over states that "if Griffincrest is good enough for XXXXX driver's #(whatever his racing number is) XXXXX (brand of car), shouldn't Griffincrest be good enough for your car?" (at this point we could have the driver standing between his racecar and personal car and state "I us Then we are roadside at ground level, looking at three or four Griffincrest petroleum product containers (oil, general lube, engine treatment, and gasoline octane booster). The car passed by on the road behind going off into the horizon and the slogan states, "Griffencrest. Put a Lion in your tank."

Another commercial may have the driver giving a testimonial with scenes of his wins inter-cut with him and possibly his family driving along in their personal vehicle and stating that he uses Griffencrest oil products in his race car and his personal car. "What do you use?" or "I choose the winning performance of Griffincrest. What do you choose?"

This design we decided to go with something more modern/conservative. We went with golden wings but left he contrasting black and white design to add emphasis to the gold wings.

This design was done to show a more stable company. One that had deep roots into the past. This shows that the company is established, strong, long-lived. In turn that tells your consumers that your products are tried, tested and true. The Griffincrest products their fathers and fathers-fathers used are the same as they use today. The products are formulated to work and the company is not a 'flash-in-the-pan' coming out with all kinds of new 'flavor of the month' products.

This design was more art-deco. We decided to go with a clean, duel color design. The Griffin head is very prominate and regal however the chest of the griffin also doubles as a drop of oil. The circle around the griffin represents the wings or the wave spreading away from the oil drop. This design tested well with the 16-28 year old male crowd and we would suggest to use this on your products designed for the youth or extreme motorheads. Perhaps a commercial with young men riding their sports bikes on an open city highway, bright lights of the city illuminating their motorbikes and the slogan,
"I use Griffincrest premium race oil because I need top performance from my engine at all times so it needs a top performing lubricant."

We stepped away from the golden griffin idea because this design seemed to work well in blue, more than gold (though it did look fine in gold). This design tested very very well with women 20-35 years old. If you have a line of products designed to attract the average woman, we would suggest this be your logo on those products. Perhaps some commercials with an eco-friendly message and how Griffincrest is putting XXXX millions/billions into XXX (feeding the hungry, preserving endangered wildlife and keeping the world green, educating the less fortunate, helping disaster victims). Playing off the disaster victims, you could do a commercial based on how after a great disaster, Griffincrest employees were the first to donate their time to help the victims, and Griffincrest had provided xxxx (shelter, food, jobs, monetary relief) for the victims. We did test runs of these commercials and they ranked very high with all age groups and both sexes.

The same design as above, however we added the slogan to make it slightly more masculine. Again, a play off of the first slogan. This slogan suggests that if you use Griffincrest products, you can get better mileage (go farther) from your vehicle. The spreading wing design portrays the Griffin which is about to take flight...it senses the wind and is ready to leap skyward. This is suggesting pend-up energy just waiting to be unleashed into the consumer's vehicle.

This was a cross between the 'established' logo, the 'art-deco' logo and the "modernized" logo. We felt black, instead of gold, added real strength to this design.

ooc: for those wanting money made, I need to know are these Fiat currency, Commodity Currency, or Metel-Standard Currency.

For those wondering:

Fiat Currency is money whose usefulness results, not from any intrinsic value or guarantee that it can be converted into gold or another currency, but only from a government's order (fiat) that it must be accepted as a means of payment. (US Federal reserve note..IE, the US Dollar.)

Commodity Currency is is money whose value comes from a commodity out of which it is made.

Metal-Standard Currency is money those value is that the note is backed by it's printed value of the said metal. The Government is obligated to give the holder of a note gold, silver, or any specific tangible metal in exchange for the note. Think the 1930's US Silver Certificate.

Just clean up the eagles and add a few stars around or behind it. I could do a standard cleaning for you, then I would make two or three re-designs using new double-headed eagle designs and possibly different colors instead of black. Also, if you would like we could use some British colony flag (http://www.crwflags.com/FOTW/flags/gb-colon.html) as a new base since the original country is now defunct...

I was thinking along the lines of THIS (http://www.crwflags.com/FOTW/images/y/ye_adn.gif) flag only we would replace the boat crest with a gold or white double-headed eagle. This would keep the small british flag in the corner as a reminder of the country's history yet signal that you are now a nation of your own, independent from their reign.

ooc: no problems with that :) The main reason is certain wording on the bills. (On fiat it would look like THIS (http://www.kornfieldusa.com/images07/new-5-dollar-bill.jpg). Notice the Federal Reserve Note at the top.

On the Metal-Standard bill, it would look like this US SILVER CERTIFICATE (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/47/Silvercertificate.jpg). The wording at the top is "This certifies there is a deposit in the treasury of the United States of America." and at the bottom "FIVE DOLLARS, in silver payable to the bearer on demand". If a person took this to a bank in the 1930's, they could demand $5 in $1 silver coins (that had about 90%AU (silver) in them).

Commodity it wouldn't need any wording as the money itself is made out of the gold/silver or whatever else.

This was a smaller logo that we though would be best for when you were sending communications/letters to those interested in your products. We used various greens throughout this design and the green leaf in the center to represent the eco-friendly products you have. White lettering also implied the clean/pure products you have.

This logo we went with a cleaner, less cluttered design. Using green and black, we decided it also could convey a pure eco-friendly feel. The tree, of course, represents the environmentally sound store you have and the green lettering in each word re-enforces the 'green' idea.

This was a play off of the above design with a globe representation with a leaf embedded in it. We thought this represented a corporate design used by a major firm such as yours. Something that could be used on a side of a building or on a corporate sign near the drive-in/drive-out access to your business.

The clean, pure dew on the green leaf represents just how sound your products are. We used small, subdued fonts and allowed the picture to represent the store more than the words. We thought the image describes more of what the store is about than any number of words in the same small space.

We often use the phrase "A picture is worth more than a thousand words" and in this design, we show a green field with deep blue skies and white, pure clouds. We used little in the way of wording, allowing the picture to again enforce the idea of what your store is about.

*My borders are defined by Mediterranean lines, however only the western coast is accessible coast. All others are lined by very high mountains.

*All sides are surrounded by oceans. But like I said the northern, eastern, and southern coasts are all lined by huge mountains.

*There are three major rivers.
-The longest one is near the northern shore going north to south. The length does not matter to me, but it needs to of considerable size and length and must be longer than the other two

-The second river is located in the middle of the continent in the middle of a large mountain region.

-The third runs east to west and meets with the ocean on the western shore.

*On the western side, it is mostly plains with a small desert.

-On the northern side, it is covered with snow capped mountains and snowy forests.

-The southern side is covered with mountains (not snow capped) and lush green forests and plains. This is the same for the eastern side.

*The capital city is located on the continents only lake (and I mean floating on the lake). It's name is Volkner. It location is far inland on the western side.

Others would be in the norther mountain region, named Windstar and the last major city, is on the western cost, named Torbart.

*And finally there is a crater in the center of of the continent and an active volcano, which is the tallest mountain on our continent, which is located in the snowy northern mountains. You may name it whatever you want.

It takes time for that to compile the image and then I need to convert it to an image I can use in Photoshop, create a layout of your country, then mask the topography image to your layout. Finally I have to go in an add the cities, roadways and naming. That takes about 6-8 hours.

Those logos you made me were awesome!! I've been getting compliments all over the place, I am definitely coming back if I need any more logos or letterheads or anything.

Hey, I got another favor to ask. Think you can make a logo for the Paradise City Stock Exchange. It goes commonly by the acronym PacSE.

Just some background, the islands in question are roughly southeast of Bermuda between said island and the US mainland. The island is mainly tropical and has a small mountain range north of the lake located in (south) Eastern Oseato. (More on that below)

The nation of the Ne Behemes has just joined, after a nasty conflict with Trafica and Roen to its east, the regional peace alliance of SANT (Schliserian Allied Nations Treaty). SANT has only existed for 2 years and the Ne Behemes would like to bring a little more life to it, as well as a new emblem! For refreence SANT has 8 nations in its treaty (including the Ne Behemes). SANT tries to maintain the peace and stability of Schliseria. Schliseria consists of many, many small and tiny (mostly)tropical islands in the SE pacific,soo many focuses of the culture include water and the sea and many towns are built as shallow water villages. This design was as close to the basic request as we could come. We used just the wording you wanted; no more and no less with the black dragon you wished. We used the dragons to enclose the words.

This design we added some color and the full name of your nation. We also wished to try a Celtic designed dragon and logo

We moved away from the white background and tried for something on a weighted paper stock. The dragon design was a medieval-type dragon with a foreboding stance. Definitely a 'Don't-Tread-On-Me' feel. We used a font that helped accent that feel with a coloring in the font that worked well with the dragon and does not draw your attention to or away from the artwork.

In this design, we tried more of an art-deco dragon looking as if it is ready to strike. We added the single point of color to the eye of the dragon to help accent the feel.

This was a well liked design. We used a stylistic dragon with a dark silver instead of black tone. We designed this to look like a crest of the nation with the Official Communication wording separate (and larger) than the crest wording.

This is our personal favorite design. Instead of a black dragon, we went with a black background and white outline for the dragon. It implies the dragon is black but it is shrouded in mystery and the details of the dragon are not easy to see. This would imply your nation has many facets that are hard to see for an outsider. That it keeps its secrets close but has the ability to project it's power without reveling those secrets.

Now in both designs, we removed the orignal stars and replaced them with higher quality stars. We also used your original black and yellow iron cross, and then tried a fully yellow Iron Cross. We were thinking of colorizing opposite corner levaels but it didn't feel right so we just went with these two designs.

This is our personal favorite. It has an old-world feel yet shows a modern design. We believe it radiates power and wealth.

This design was interesting because we used a 24-caret gold watch's band for the top crest (modified heavily of course). We felt that a logo for a financial institution should have something that shows money and wealth. What is better than gold to do that?

We went with a clean font with silver lettering to offset the gold crest.

What we thought of when you relayed your country's history was that of a nation in search of a new national identity apart from your foundation, yet wanting to keep that foundation in your collective memories.

In this, we went with a design that took the original flag and shrank it into the top left corner while moving your eagle away from the orginal flag. We also enlarged the eagle in this.

The reason we did this was we wanted to show that you country (the eagle) had moved away from it's foundation and grown (enlarged eagle) strong. You still remember your past (the original flag in the corner) yet you stand proudly independent and un-affected by the old country (symbolized by the while color in your eagle opposed to the black eagle which symbolized you were controlled.)

Now we went with two other designs as well that include stars above your eagle. We did some digging in your history and thought that you could either have the stars represent the separate areas controlled (but unified) by the empire or your could use them as symbols for the main leaders who make the significant strides in unifying all the areas under your empires control.

Angenteria: since your eagle is so close to Drakonicum's I used his eagle (which was a near exact match of yours) to make this letterhead for you.
Oh, I saw your national flag and thought, "Hell I can't have him, an established and reputable player, using a nice letterhead but have such a low quality national flag."
So I went ahead and created a new flag for you, that is under the 10k limit so you can use it on your NS nation's page. (http://www.nationstates.net/page=display_nation/nation=Angenteria)

I hope it's not too early but I wish to commission you again. I need a money design, a one Nikal coin that has a dragon imprinted and under it the words "Strong and Fearless." and on top of the dragon the name of my nation. I also need a 5 Nikal coin with another dragon however have it spread sort of like the eagle on the U.S. quarter, it needs to say the same things on the coin as the first coin. I also need a paper money bill which shows three ruined buildings on the front and a just finished building on the back, the face-value for the coin is 50 Nikals.

Edit: I'm willing to offer a full 10 billion Nikals since I know how hard it is to make cash.

ooc: yes I can just let me know what language you want it in (it will be duel english/whatever), and if you want it based off some current passport (a link to one would be nice so I don't have to spend hours looking over the internet to find one. I have all the US and Russian ones but something like Greece or Zanier may be hard to find). Normally military passports look just the same as regular passports, it's just that their outside cover is a different color. Inside it has all the same information (but does not include any rank or a military photo. International rules.)

A military ID is probably more what you may be looking for.

I lost a close family member recently and had taken time off from the forums. I really don't want to go into it but just know that I will get all requests done but as you can understand it really depends on how I feel over the next month or so before things may get back to normal.
