Cultural Learnings of Uiri for Benefit of Lucky Nation (Sign-up/OOC/Interest)
Well, I have had this idea basically since I saw Borat but I never really thought I'd have the time to flesh it out. Basically, [your nation] sends over a few people to make a video of Uir culture for the benefit of your nation and hopefully vice versa. Any takers? I am willing to do this exchange with multiple nations.

Great timing. I am going to be overseas starting next week, so you two will have to wait until August. I knew it was a good idea. Perhaps it will be best for me to send over a team to you, Kirav, see just how different your culture really is. Those quotas of yours might not be in vain after all.
Ameriganastan, you too will have to wait however your guys can come over to Uiri. The ending of -stan always begs the question, middle east third-world?

Where overseas, by the way?
Either Africa or the Middle East, whichever is more immersed in Coscavian culture. I would put Antarctica in the list too but I think that its too cold over there.
I'd say your best bet is Austro-Africa out of those two(or three, but I'd say that Penguin is the dominant culture in Kiravian Antarctica), because it has the largest settler population. Or, you could come to one of the bigger colonies on this list (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=13414519#post13414519), or Kirav Proper.

Yes, Austro-Africa looks like the best bet, seeing as how it is only a short sail from Daresalam and the good relations between the colonies.
