Holy Empire of Tzerbia looking to expand its military alliances
His Imperial Majesty, the Supreme High Kanzler Franz Romanov de Tzerbia, and all his holy glory wishes to search for worthy nations that oppose the uselessness and weakness of democracy.
The Holy Empire of Great Tzerbia firmly stands for order, obedience, and power. There are no private property in Tzerbia. There is Imperial land, and all land that is "borrowed" by its citizens for purpose of serving the Empire. Is there any other nations out there that wish to establish relations with our mighty Holy Empire?

The Ixanian Empire, although not ardently anti-democracy as the Emperor of Tzerbia, is very interested in establishing full diplomatic relations between our nations; beginning with an embassy exchange and the creation of free trade. We look forward to further correspondence.

Tzerbia we will be needing the troops sent to us as soon as possible and the general will be useful. We are considering changing our political views to such as an Empire does. We are not sure yet but some of our council has proposed this new ideaology.

We wish to establish "free, but restricted trade." What his Imperial Majesty wishes to create is a balance. Your companies, whether private or government owned, must sell to our nationalized industries as there is no private enterprises. Then we will sell to our citizens. There will be no direct selling to any Tzerbian citizen, and violation of this will render the merchant and buyer a criminal and will be tried in a court of Imperial Law.
We'd also like to create a two-way criminal extradition plan to go along with the free trade agreement. What this will do is send criminals that hide in each other's respective countries back and be tried in their courts.

We are more than willing to abide by the rules which His Imperial Majesty has set out for us although we would hope that trade between our two nations remains generally free and not too restricted. A meeting can be held to discuss this if you would like.

The Imperium of Belkaros will open its ports to Tzerbian goods and ambassadors, as well as grant your nation embassy space in a diplomatic plaza. Military protection can also be granted as needed. Perhaps you should look into joining the Grand World Order's alliance.
