Green faction- This is the East Laos government controlled provinces. We believe that our people should live safely and in no harm. We need to stop all forces who oppose us.

Red faction- This faction is called the Black Sepratists. They are a group of black men and women who feel that anyone who isn't black needs to be killed and that they should have their own nation. They will kill anyone who stands in their way, innocent or not.

Blue Faction- This faction is a group of Arabic extremists who have banded together to kill any and all of the "infidels". They consider anyone who doesn't join with them or agree with them to be hostile and will kill anyone on sight.

Grey Faction- They are the East Laos Mafia. They are the organized crime circuit. They are responsible for 70% of crime in the country. Currently their terrortory is under attack by the government and the military.

Yellow Faction- These grade A wackos are the extremists who want a new world order and believe in crazy things like the end of the world is near, zombies will kill everyone soon, aliens will kill us all and that our world will slip into WW3 soon. They have killed over 1,500 police officers and 200 members of our military. They are mostly rednecks and white supremacists.

And the purple on the map are the parts that are not controlled by anyone and are the most hostile parts of the country. About 200 people die in these areas per week

BY the way, EL I can pledge at least one bomber wing to put down the rebels, but since my fleet is performing operations in a foreign theatre, they cannot transport the wing, so I would need a way of getting them to East Laos.

Fifty SU-57B air dominance fighters darkened the skies over the tiny nation as they escorted the twenty five heavy bomber craft to their targets. Behind them, a floatilla consisting of twelve battleships, fifteen cruisers, two carriers, twenty destroyers and fifteen transports waited for the beaches to be softened up for landing.

Foolish leaders of Eastern Laos, you are fortunate that the Imperium of Belkaros is led by a merciful man. He once more offers his hand in friendship, before the might of the Imperium smashes your nation to ruin and imprisons your leadership, installing in its place a totalitarian regime to bring your local population under our control. Tzerbia if you are only doing this for the money then we will perform a massacre of all of your troops in our nation. We are in this for the alliance and if we have different views but we can still have an alliance...Retaliation if necessary is an option.

His Imperial Majesty does not take kindly to threats. The 100,000 soldiers sent to your region was a benevolent gift to quell your rebellion. Massacring Tzerbian troops in this condition would not look good for your nation.

Off the coast of East Laos

"Sir, launch of enemy fighters detected." said a RADAR officer to his superior.
"I see," said the Admiral, rubbing his chin, "Begin the barrage."

Seconds later, the main guns on the battleships opened fire, targeting costal navy basses and hardened facilities.

Skies over East Laos

The bombers let loose their payloads over preselected military sites, dropping hundreds of tons of death upon their enemies.

Simhavarman I, King of Heilong, read over a summary of the current situation. When he'd finished, he smiled to himself. Yes, this was what it was all about - diplomacy and war. This was fun!

He cleared his throat. "Manservant!"

His personal servant, standing nearby, immediately dropped to his knees and kowtowed. "Your Majesty?"

"Summon Minister Syhavong, and tell him that we're going to support the Tzerbian call for negotiations in the East Laos-Belkaros situation. Go on, get him."

Though the servant (having no knowledge of other nations) hadn't the slighest clue what his King had just said, he bowed again and departed. All he had to do was grab the Foreign Affairs Minister, and he'd have to worry no more about these strange foreign things.

The Heilong Foreign Affairs Ministry states its support for the Tzerbian position, and offers to host a prospective meeting in Heilong, if necessary. It also, once more, urges East Laos to withdraw its declaration of war as soon as possible.

"This is Cobra 6, over. We are currently thirty miles off the coast of Belkaros. We will scope out where we can deploy paratoopers."
"copy that Cobra 6. All other jets, get your hand on that trigger, get ready to attack them" yelled General Kris over the radio.
As soon as the jets hit the coast, they were greeted by several SAMs. Several jets went down right at that spot. Then they were greeted by at least thirty Belkarosian fighter jets.
"Oh..shi...." murmered the pilot over the radio, which was the last thing any of them would ever say again.
"Shit, incoming planes on our coast!" said Kris to the council.
"We're screwed now..."

The Imperium of Belkaros will send a representative to these peace talks, but will not cease fire unless the East Laosians recend their declaration of war.

His Imperial Majesty has invested I, Josef Romanov, Minister of Foreign Affairs, with council over these matters.

Due to the declaration of war without a casus belli on the side of East Laos, neutrality will remain for Tzerbia.

East Laos should immediately recall it's fighter jets and any other military plans. And change it's DEFCON level to "3." It has internal problems that need to be dealt with first.


Balkaros has no need to attack East Laos. East Laos is a small nation that isn't worth the time of its grand nation. It should remove itself from affairs of East Laos and do not interfere, as of now, with East Laos's internal affairs.

In effect, a white peace is being pursued with both sides returning to pre-war time status.

(OOC: True, Tzerbia; there's really not much to talk about... Laos, buddy, you really screwed yourself over. Stopping the war would probably be the best idea.)

His Imperial Majesty still wishes to end the civil strife inside East Laos, but will not cross the border into East Laos until their leader renounces his threat of "massacring" Tzerbian troops.

The populace could see the bombs raining down on them, unable to do anything about it. They rushed into their houses only to see explosions all around them.

Now me and my nation have a question. When we become a large enough nation to protect ourselves could we pull out of Balkaros?

To Tzerbia we do agree with you that democracy hasn't gotten us very far and we will change our system within 12 hours. Belkan Protectorate of East Laos, Sector 17

The VTOL craft fired a barrage of rockets at the house, causing the munitions stored within to explode. The troops had been working 'round the clock to cleanse the area of extremists in an effort to stabalize the new territory. Belkan flags fluttered over the towns they passed through and cleansed, killing as few non-combatants as possible and leaving in their wake humanitarian relief packages and builders to repair damage. Soon, the once chaotic East Laos would be an effecient, orderly Belkan territory. Mundus's will be done.

There still seems to be the problem of the mafia (I forget which color).

It is my suggestion that East Laos should declare that any mafia member that surrenders to the new government will be forgiven. Any mafia member that surrenders and brings the heads of their leaders, will be rewarded.

The 42nd Gunnery unit was riding in humvees, and other transport vehicles when they saw a cloud of smoke ahead. They reluctantly headed toward the smoke cloud only to find a small town completely destroyed. When they searched the town they found several hundred guerilla troops. After scoping the town they headed onward to the next town. On their way up the hill they spotted at least 50 Belkian soldiers peering at them.
"Just a few days ago if we saw them, we wouldn't be making it out of this town." muttered a soldier.
"Yeah, good thing they on our side." replied another soldier.
They continued on to the next town, not knowing what was waiting for them.

On their way to the next town their convoy was stopped by a road block. Ten of the soldiers got out of their vehicles to check the cars that were blocking their way. One of the soldiers saw what he thought was a suit case. Until he heard it beeping. "IED!" yelled the soldier.
All the soldier ran into their cars and tried to back up only to have shards of shrapnel flying at them.
"Connor! Check and see how many dead!" yelled the commander.
"18 sir." replied Pvt. Connor.
All of a sudden five RPGs fired towards them, followed by massive gunfire. The soldiers were dropping like flies.

Yes we were actually coming today to pick it up. Our navy is enroute to your country. We thank you once again for your generous donation.

Belkan troopts in the area saw the convoy being attacked and called for support. Seven Xiphias Assault helecopters flew to the location, firing their chainguns at the enemy locations and launching well aimed rocket volleys at designated enemy veheicles. Currus tanks charged up the road to re-enforce the besieged Laosian forces. Ahead, SU-57B craft struck at targets and populations suspected of holding terrorists. These pitiful insurgents would not stand in the way of progress.

"Dayumn! Glad to see you all are on our side now." said a soldier, dumfounded by what he just saw.
In the distance they could see several Hig attack helicopters and a dual rotered transport helicopter flying towards them to provide suppourt, take the injured away.

On their way to the last town of the day they noticed several people walking along the roads. The weird thing is they seemed to be rotting and covered in blood. The convoy stopped and the soldier driving the humvee in the front stepped out and headed towards the moaning people.

All of the people stopped and looked at him with a dark glare, he blinked once, fatal mistake. All the people ran towards him, tackling him to the ground. One took a bite out of his neck, then another, and then another until he was just a bloody mess. Several soldiers ran out of their vehicles and began to shoot at the "zombies".

Well there is currently 500 dead, and 50 injured. 450 of them have died to to this odd "zombie" thing that has been going on. They are cannibles who appear to be rotting and have killed over 2,000 people. 450 of which are your troops.

"Up ahead, sir. Something unusual." said the scout to the Sergant.
"Damn. Why we are not killing all of these people is beyond me. The last thing we need is some biohazard or neurotoxin being used against us," said the Sergant. "All units, full protective gear," he ordered.

Moments later, five fighters screamed over the town, and behind them, ten fuel-air bombs hit the ground, incinerating man, beast and machine alike. Laosian military forces and civilians were instantly vaporized and the buildings of the town were turned to sticks and cinders. The armored, masked troops waited three hours, and advanced cautiously into the ruins. No chances would be taken. No mistakes would be made.

"Sir, I'm afraid we have bad news. Belkian jets flew over our nation and dropped fuel-air bombs on our citizens, troops and vehicles. What do we do?" said an advisor to Prime Minister Kris.
"I don't know, we need to get the Balkians on video now and ask them why they did it!" replied PM Kris.
"Ok sir, we are live in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and we're on..."

Greetings, new citizens of the Belkan Empire! I am your Emperor, Gnaeus Mundus, and I would like to personally dispell any concerns of undue hostility on the part of our forces towards your people. We did, in fact incinerate a town, and in that attack civilians and military forces were accidentally killed. This colateral damage is a regretable side effect of the cleansing of the canabalistic raiders and terrorists who also resided in the town. Reports suggest that the vast majority of the cannibals and several dozen terrorists were destroyed in this operation. I have issued 10,000 special operations soldiers to be deployed to the region. When the people of East Laos see the might of our armies come together, they will respect us. I will order the Minister of the Truth to broadcast the uselessness of democracy. This is a prime example as to why our nation does not have to deal with these problems. The Minister of Foreign affairs entered the room, and the Belkan operative stepped from the shadows. The Malus agent removed his goggles and mask, stepping into the light, his red eyes and ghastly white skin reflecting in the chamber's dim light.
"Time grows short, good minister," spoke the Malus, his raspy voice filling the room like a cold wind. "The armed forces of your nation are abroad, and defenses are weakened. If you wish for power over this territory, under the mighty flag of Belkaros, you must act now."

With that, the Malus slipped into the shadows, dissappearing, leaving behind only a cell phone with no numbers, only a call button, as the only evidence of his visit.

The Minister of Science has told me to inform you to quarantine all of our troops that have been infected. Do not send them back to Tzerbia. We authorize you to conduct experiments on them to find their weakness. Because they are no longer people, they are no longer citizens of our great empire.

I regret to inform you that the border between the Holy Empire of Tzerbia and East Laos has been closed until further information. All those that wish to travel have been denied due to this outbreak. His Imperial Majesty will take no chances in his populace being infected.

"Ugh, why did we let these asses tread all over us and pretty much control our country?" asked PM Kris into the small microphone, overlooking the council consisting of hundreds of old and young people.
"Sir what do we do? You saw what happened when we tried to have a war with them! They're much more powerful than us!" said a council member.
Suddenly the whole council got into a long uproar and everyone was talking at the same time.
"We can never win, can't we?" said PM Kris to his top advisor.

In the Imperial Palace, the Minister of the Interior, Lord Clemenceau approached the High Kanzler.

"Your Imperial Majesty, I have alarming news that needs to be put forward to your attention."

The Kanzler looked puzzled and questioned him "Yes? What is it?" It's not often that the Minister of Interior needs to worry about his people. After all, they are firmly in line.

"It appears that the people are beginning to question what is the point of sending our men to East Laos, your Imperial Majesty. It's not that they don't agree with the war; they don't agree with who we're supporting."

"Tell people, we are fighting a holy crusade of which will Imperial power and glory to other realms. A nation like East Laos, will benefit much from totalitarian example. I have spoken, you're dismissed. On vit pour m'obéir." declared Franz Romanov.

''Thank you, most benevolent of rulers. On vit pour obéir'' and having said that, the minister left his majesty's presence.

"Well, we have to try something to get Balkaros off our asses!" exclaimed a council member.
"I know, we need to adapt a geurilla way of getting them off our asses." replied PM Kris. "I have managed to make a truce with all the rebel factions, well accept for the new world order nutjobs." said PM Kris into the mic.
"All the factions have agreed to post themselves in the forrest and jungles of our nation. Our military will trick the Balkarians into going in the forests and jungles. And the factions will lay out booby traps, stalk the soldiers and intimidate them. Then once they have played with the soldiers minds and driven them crazy, we will announce that there has been a tragedy and all of the Balkian troops were killed or lost and convince Balkaros to pull out and not to bother us." explained PM Kris.
All of the council members applauded at this plan, but there was someting they overlooked, something important. They forgot to plan what they would do once all the Balkian troops "died".

His Imperial Majesty has heard the pleas of the East Laos government for fighter jets, and has decided that it's in the best interest of the Holy Empire of Tzerbia to send over five fighter jets of Prime Minister Kris' choosing.

The recent news of Tzerbian troops behind enemy lines, although upsets his Imperial Majesty, he doesn't wish you to strain over it. If it's impossible to get them out, leave them to die for their most holy of nations. They embarked on a crusade, and will be forgiven upon death. If their lives must be sacrificed for the High Kanzler, his Imperial Majesty will honor their deaths with a monument in the capital.

I personally, suggest that you execute the quarantined soldiers. They're no longer Tzerbian, they are something else.

We find that what you suggesting is rather disturbing. We will not execute the soldiers. Instead we have come up with a vaccine. We have cured almost all of them and they are applying for citizenship of our nation. We have given all of them large houses on military bases. They will have access to pools, stores, food, drinks, entertainment and other things. And the ones who are behind enemy lines we plan on rescuing using the remaining Balkian troops. We will not put ours in harms way but will risk they're troops to rescue yours. And your troops have read the message about killing them and they all don't want to go back to your nation. They feel that you have betrayed them.

His Imperial Majesty is furious and this is a clear violation of our laws. We order those soldiers to be returned home immediately for reeducation. We demand that East Laos obey our simple instruction of returning our citizens to the Holy Empire of Tzerbia.

Little after midnight the primeminister's and LL office
the lord admiral enters
"still up sir?"
"Hmm , yes. have we launched yet?"
"bomber command signaled me a few moments ago all planes airbourne and enroute."
"The Navy?"
"advanced force is in position and preparing to launch attack."
"the cruisers?"
"will launch missile strikes against radar and aa positions, this will make it easier for the bombers to do their work."
the pm pondered for a moment.
"I'm going to bed admiral...wake me if we begin taking casualties otherwise i shall see you in cabinet tomorrow. make sure the usual letters of condolence are prepared."

the Pm left for his appartments at Goverment house.
