OOC: Ok everyone here is the IC thread. The first thing I want to do is set up embassies and peace talks. The we can carry on.

IC: The New Republic of Repto now requests the setting up of embassies. We will provide a map and you may merely tell us the location you wish to set up then we will talk of personnel and the such.

OOC: Absolutely, the war position is all yours. Just let everyone know on the OOC/Sign up thread so no one else gets upset later on. Here is a map. ((I know its from Google Earth except is altered a little but cut me some slack.))

The capitol city of the planet is Zoland.

OOC:Also I don't want to got to war immediately. Let's say that during the peace talks we have a big disagreement and that sparks war.

There will be a landing pad at the capital that is prepared for your delegate's arrival.

Twenty minutes later came a slight gravataional disturbance as a Greywatch frigate emerged from PSR. It immediately began re-orienting itself and lauched a small transport. Onboard was the diplomat and a Leanorian guard. The transport touched down and the back opened up, the two people came out quickly and stood waiting for further instructions.

Grand General Ag'Tra, who was waiting on the end of the landing pad, began walking towards the delegate of Greywatch.

"Hello friends! Welcome to Planet Repto." He began, "I have a hoverlimo awaiting us. It will take us to the capital building where we can begin."

Ag'Tra motioned towards the hoverlimo and the two Guardian troopers that were standing behind him began escorting the three to the craft.

The diplomat said nothing, his white suit was just washed and very crisp and professional. He ran his hand through his short black hair to make sure it was back. The Leanorian was a female dressed in her ceremonial priestess armor, mainly cloth with some light chainmail to cover the chest. Her golsen fur shimmered and her tail slowly wagged back and forth. Both of them got in and took a seat.

It was a silent ride, but within 10 minutes they were at the capital building. Two more Guardian troopers opened the door. The three got out and strode into the building. In Ag'Tra's office. "Now, is there anything you need to know about us before we start?"

The diplomat looked around the office, "Well, perhaps what you stand for... some other basic information about your nation." The diplomat had a small device in his hand. "It's mainly for our records."

Ag'Tra smiled. "Ok. Well as of a few years ago we became a Republic, so we stand for the rights of the people. This is due to the previous owners of the Planets oppressive rule. It is covered by 4 continents, a large ocean and ,on three of the continents, massive forests. It has one polar ice cap where we are setting up a WA embassy because eventually we plan to join."

OOC: WA actually is for MT nations fyi. And pop counts don't matter in FT threads either.

He smiled back. "Your right this isn't our only planet. We have around 16 currently. This is only because the Kaaras people who owned this planet previously lost their empire to us. However only Reptoids live on this world."

"There are currently 13 races, the other three worlds are uninhabited. All are within this galaxy of course."

"Interesting, we have 4 races in our Emprie. Along with 2 sub-races, or so they're called." The Leanorian nodded, "The Leanorians would be the favorites wouldn't they? Humans and Leanorians do so much with one another." The diplomat smiled, "She's right, we share the same ancestors and thus we get along very well."

"Hmm..I see. Yes we are fortunate enough that most of our planets had different races, but most were refugees that went their when we Reptoids took this planet. Us Reptoids and the sub-race Dragonoids are very similar. The Dragonoids live on the planet closest to ours and we believe we are their descendants."

"Yes Dragonoids are much like us in appearance. Males are red in color and Females are light blue. They can stand on two legs and speak and have wing on their back. Is that similar to dragons on Greywatch?"

"Not at all Dragons from Greywatch come in various sizes and shapes but the basics are this: Typically four legs, reptillian, large wings, and they have some very... interesting abilities. Breathing fire, shapeshifting and so on..."

"A two story building will be fine, a few vans will be fine. Me mindful, most of our civilian vehicles have no been upgraded to hover standards yet. A landing pad for small shuttles and transports would be nice. A possible underground area for an armory, garage, and a gym or swimming pool, which of course we would pay for." He paused, "Weapons will be slightly minimal, we'll just need to store ammo."

"We have the equiptment neccissary to perform the construction, thankyou. I believe a single Worldstarter could have the structure up within a day if not less."

The large capitol ship 'Saber' slid out of sub-space and into orbit. A smaller landing pod detached and flew down towards the landing site. As the Alaxian stepped out his scaly orange skin shone in the daylight. He walked forward greeting the Reptoids with a firm handshake. A few more emerged from the craft and were talking on inter-planetary transmitters.

We have been satting up trade outposts in areas around Greywatch, we can set up orbital ones inside your space but only if you wish it. We are a non-hostile race, we'd rather not fight lest we are forced to. So I suppose an NAP would be most in order, I can contact my council and have them send the document to my ship and then have my ship send it here. What exactly do you want to go with this, if anything?"

We have been satting up trade outposts in areas around Greywatch, we can set up orbital ones inside your space but only if you wish it. We are a non-hostile race, we'd rather not fight lest we are forced to. "Yes I do suppose we should set up trade. You may set up up an outpost. We too would rather not fight unless forced."

The ship moved towards the dock slowly and prepared to be brought in.

OOC i was thinking we could get into an argument over a mining planet we both tried to claim earlier before this and had a small skirmish that you won due to our lack of resources at the time and your new abundant supplies.

We may provide weaponry, years of war with our neighboring planet has lead to massive steps in war research. We also do a lot of mining to supplement our efforts and would love to import and export. We are interested in edible flora and fauna as we are currently in a bit of a food crises.

Ah and here is something more we could offer... a joint colony in a new system. How does that sound? It could further solidify our relationship..."

There are 5 planets. Only 3 are inhabitable and the others are Gas Giants. We know that the first two are the safest."

Just then a file materialized in the diplomat's lap, he was caught off guard and was a little suprise, as was the Leanorian. "Ah, this is the NAP agreement." He said while opening the file.

"Ah, they all signed it. That's very good to know." He took out a pen and wrote his name on a dotted line where it said, 'Diplomat's name.' John Hawk. He then gave the document to the man. "Yes, its arcaic but we still use paper for things like this." He said with a smile.

OOC: I know this is random but because this document is important I thought you should know, Grand General is our version of the the president and such.

He held out his hand with a smile, the Leanorian took the folder and held it close to her.

He held out his hand with a smile, the Leanorian took the folder and held it close to her.

He reached out and shook the mans hand and smiled at the Leanorian woman. "Peace be with you sir."

"Thankyou. Now could you please lead me back to the limo? I'm afraid I haven't yet grasped how to get there from here." The Leanorian bowed in respect, "May the gods watch over you and your worlds." SHe said in a gentle voice.

"Oh forgive me of course you may. I will accompany you." One of his horns grew, the symbol of embarrassment on a Reptoid. Outside the Dragonoid delegate sped up and walked beside them. All four got into the limo and it sped off to the landing pad.

The two took no notice and sat quietly in the car. This time they were looking more at the world around them, taking in all that they could. It was rare for their not to be a Drone but Leanorians were just as effective and didn't carry the odd aura that Drones did.

They arrived at the landing pad and got out of the limo. The Dragonoid finished babbling about something to Ag'Tra, then took flight towards the capital. He smiled at the two.

"I hope you have enjoyed your time here. Is there anything else you need before you depart? Space Command 1 is allowing your frigate to orbit back at its original position now."

"Thankyou, I don't believe there is anything else we need. When the Worldstarter in charge of the embassy arrives, it should bring the Council's response to the join-colonization idea. Until then." The transport was ready and waiting, the diplomat and guard took one last wave before stepping in. The transport was off he ground and flying away in no time.

The frigate had gotten into postion and had bay doors open, waiting for the transport. When it was inside the frigate pulled away and when it had gotten sufficiently far enough away, opened PSR and vanished into the rift. Once the rift closed there was no indecation that any ship had every been there.
