(OOC: Since my intro thread has received a somewhat underwhelming number of responses, it’s time to move on to the next stage of things… again, I’m RPing under the name of “Heilong”, because “Drunken Pagan Weirdos”, while good for goofing off and such, isn’t really a good nation name in retrospect. Unsurprisingly, I was a wee bit inebriated when I chose the name.)

We hope to learn more about the nations of the world while assisting in the spread of Heilongese culture around the globe. All diplomatic messages or requests for embassy exchanges/recognitions of sovereignty/trade agreements involving the Dharmic Kingdom should be made with this office.

“So? Hopefully they’ll only be the first of many. And if not, we can take the offensive, so to speak, and begin badgering other nations directly rather than wait for them to speak to us. Regardless, this Ministry is officially in business!”

While we are somewhat unable to provide direct military assistance at this time, we are willing to provide both military advisors (to help whip the East Laotian army into shape) and equipment to further your cause. Specifics shall be provided in due course.
