Let it be known:
The Commonwealth Government General Corporation, a subsidiary of the Department of Commerce, hereby announces its intentions to form an international design and trading consortium, with a name to be decided by its members.

This consortium will be producing starships for civilian and military groups, and will also trade in personal and capital weaponry. The Corporation feels that such markets are lucrative at the present time, and feels that it is its duty to alert other design and trading corporations to the opportunities present.

The Corporation therefore wishes to invite other businesses in these markets to form this trading group, which will operate as a single commercial entity and share equally among the businesses the profits from their hard work.

If you are interested, please make your interest known in a public response to this invite.

As you requested in your flashmail to the Ministry of State, the Kvengenar Domestic Production Redoubt has been added to the Consortium; also per your request, Senior Ship Works Assessor Kussik Krossen has been appointed as its representative.

The Corporation administrators remember Mr Krossen from the Government's relatively brief but nonetheless productive period working with the Kewen on the Cyprian Circle's Raython-Veltar Arms Consortium, and are delighted to be coordinating with him again.

No further candidates will be allowed. No company may vote for its own choice of name, thus removing bias. If no consensus of 50% or more can be reached, another vote will be held immediately, and so on until such consensus is reached.

On behalf of East Ventish Aerospace Corporation (EVAC), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Honourable Eastern Arm Company, allow me to express my highest esteem for the companies of the Consortium and their parent governments.

The Honourable Company is of the opinion that it would benefit the Company and the United Worlds of Ventuus to involve the named subsidiary in the Consortium with the following clarifications:

- EVAC shall not, at any time or for any purpose, act against the laws and ordnances of the Ventish Empire and the United Worlds of Ventuus.

- EVAC shall not, at any time or for any purpose, release such technical documents as are deemed Classified-4 and above, in accordance with the Defence Secrets Act. The release of technical documents deemed Classified-1, Classified-2, and Classified-3 have been made exempt from the Defence Secrets Act for the purposes of the Consortium, on condition that such documents do not leave Consortium offices in any form, for any purpose.

- The Consortium shall not, at any time or for any purpose, supply equipment of any sort to those governments or organisations opposed militarily or economically (such as through sanctions) to the Ventish Empire, its Dominions, Dependencies and Territories.

The Honourable Company is further of the opinion that the addition of EVAC to the companies of the Consortium will prove beneficial to the work of the Consortium, with its access to the Shipyard Construction and Defence Program of His Majesty’s Government, its long history of excellence in the field of aerospace and trans-system civilian and military ship production, and its affiliation with the Honourable Eastern Arm Company.
