There was a Spanish nation awhile back, but he's gone now.

I actually have been thinking of creating a Hispanic nation, but my lack of command of Spanish and minimal knowledge of Iberian culture forced me to abandon it.

I'm hispanic, but do not RP as a predominantly hispanic nation. I know that Third Spanish States RP's as some wacko commie/anarchist spanish nation. But other then that i know of know, or at least any done "well" or any semblance of "well".

Not in my opinion, but I'm not an ethnographer, just an enthusiast. Their language and culture are different, and the only thing that they have in common with Spaniards is that they live in a nation bearing the name of the latter.

i rp Mokastana as a large Hispanic nation, however my personal knowledge of Spanish is lacking....

of course we are more Mexican/Central American/Cuban then Iberian.
