the areinnye imperium had been an self-secluded empire for over 60 years now, allowing only refugees to enter, and restricting traders to secluded, walled markets.
however, it was because of the recent influx of refugees that resources whre drained much faster than expected.
it was therefore that the imperial council, led by God-Monarch Maglor, saw no other choise than to invade their small, yet rich in recources and technology, neighbour nation of Renmei.

saturday the 7th, 03:15
the black silhowettes of the seven old EVA submarines slowly approached Renmei isle, on the decks stood the marines, ready to deliver the surprise attack.
on the bridge stood field-general von Klingendahl, slightly nervous, together with his staff, but he couldn't show them his nervousness, he thought, we're allready at war, and I mus show them that I've faith in this stupid plan of the higher-ups.
"how's the situation, boy? do you think that they suspect our attack?" the general asked.
"No, sir", sayd the captain while peering though the telescope, Renmei capital is looking unprepared for an attack.
the rest of the oastline was also clear from suspicous activity.
von Klingendahl sighed, looked at his watch, sighed again and climbed down the ladder while muttering "I'm to old for this business" under his breath...
on the command nucleus, he told the communications officer, tell the big shots it's time to launch the first airwave, and let the marines do their job on the land, we'll then block the habours while remaining submerged.
it was 03:35, they all prayed to the emperor that they'd be victorious tomorrow.
