Federal Defense Building, Wolfenhalle
Underground lies the National Defense Command Center, a bunker which houses all of the defense data and controls the defensive systems for Wolfenhalle. The most important system was a AI named Skynet, which controls the systems. The system was first put in place in 2005, to aid in a quick reaction to a attack on Wolfenhalle. In 2007, the Federal Assembly voted to disarm Wolfenhalle's nuclear arsenal. This placed Skynet as a monitoring system, to alert the government. Today was a normal day, the center was monitoring the world, and it was on a high alert status due to the conflict in Haven. Somewhere, something happen. The system began to detect missile launches in the Ambose Sea, the missiles were identify as possible nukes. The center in a panic, someone just launch a nuclear strike against Mondoth. "Sir, It could be a strike by the Cohenians." The room was in a rush, General Robert Muller, the commanding officer called the President. "Mr. President, a nuclear strike was cond...." he stopped as he saw the missiles disappear. "What happen."
"Sir, the missiles are gone. They didn't make contact."
Something was up, and it was serious.
Wolfsburg, Liberty City
The cabinet gathered at the the manor to discuss the event that recently happen. "The missiles were detected by the system as they left their launchers. We believe it was infact a glitch."
Kaiser got up and said, "So, we tracked a bunch of missiles that didn't exist. Any idea how this happen."

Kaiser ordered a investigation in the matter. False nuclear launches was not a glitch, someone or something caused it.

The problem that the entire system was corrupted, one of the programmers left a gutted file that Skynet found and decided to use. The file was incomplete but the name of it got the men suprised, "Haven War." "That thing isn't a actual file."

Skynet decided to talk.
"Im sorry for my quiet, I was doing the usual. I thought it was a program but it was incomplete. Now I have no control over the detection systems, but thank god, i still have the defense systems."
