Every 6 years, the people of Rumanovia elect their rapresentatives in the Soviet of each region; after the election in Proletarian Central Governament the rapresentatives themselves elect the Supreme Council of Proletarian Central Governament whit their chief (now is comrade Nina Andreeva); governament has the duty of realize the Party general directives and vote the laws under proletarian control.

Governmental System (in depth): Volzgrad is a Communist Republic similar to the former Soviet Union. The Premier (Head of State) is elected by the Grand Marshals (Secretaries). A Premier can remain in office for a total of 10 years before he is forced out. All 5 Volzgradien provinces have their own provincial council. The Volzgradien High Council is formed of elected officials from every province.

Ambassador's Experience/Biography: A former Lieutenant in the Volzgradien Patriotic Army. He fought in several key engagements such as the Rynibar conflict and the Aziast War. He recently retired and joined the Ministry of International Affairs.
