Due to an unfortuante administration eror in our procurements department we have purchased too many F-22N class fighters (OOC- F-22 variant equiped with swing wings for carrier use - the USA actually had prototypes but never put it into production), causing a highly embarising deficit in our budget, coming to a total of 217 fighters at 130 million US dolars per unit. In an atempt to deal with this we are offering the fighters in exchange for foreign products, or just anything shiny and cool. We will exchange any number from 1 to 217 with a foreign power, on the basis that your quiet about the entire deal, and don't draw attention to it so we can pretend it never happened.
Yours apreiciatevly,

We accept your generous offer, and are willing to throw in a fourth for free if you can give us something cool or shiny in return. Really, I'm serious. I want these things out of here as quickly as posible.

We can throw in a prototype rail gun. The project was shelved some time ago, however a few prototype guns remain. It was intended to engage and destroy atmospheric threats with special burst ammunition, and is capable of engaging air targets at long ranges. We currently are in the process of fielding a series of missiles which use the same submunitions.

It's a deal!
OOC: You know what would really seal the deal? A car dealership-style commercial about how they overbought and everything must go, go, go! Then have a dog fly by in a F-22 (that's probably a local thing that no one else will get).

OOC- good idea. Tell you what, you give a couple of mil in funding and i'll make the add, put it on youtube and then use it to get more sales.
OOC: I'm not sure if you've ever seen an ad for a car dealership but if they're spending a couple million on those then they're seriously overpaying.

OOC- my budget is this-
£60 for the cheapest camcorder i could find
£100 for some half decent software to edit it with
£1,000,000 to rent an F-22

now, do you have anything shiny to trade?
OOC: Do you have a dog to fly the F-22?

OOC: Do you have a dog to fly the F-22?
(OOC: Oddly enough, that sounds kind of awesome. Minus the part where the thing crashes.)
The San Gianpiero Aerospace Museum would like to purchase two F-22Ns. We promise to claim that they were donated by a private foreign investor. In return, perhaps you could keep it quiet that the SGAM has the funds to purchase two F-22Ns. We have our reasons.
260 million USD is being wired.
