The crowd thundered with applause as The Right Honorable Sir Jerry Striker, President of Greston, traveled up to the dais and in front of a tan podium. The flannels on his over coat flapped as his feet pushed him forward. Under the jacket was his normal suit, a black suit jacket over a white flannel shirt and a red tie. As usual the tie boasted a pin of the Grestonian Flag.

He was flanked by two Imperial Reds, each carrying their AK-104 at a resting position. In toe of their procession was The Rt. Hon. Sir John Gutted who had two Imperial Reds of his own. Close behind was The Rt. Hon. Alison Krippin and Sir Michael Richardson.

Jerry Striker placed himself in front of the podium, his mouth level to a mike, while the rest of the group took their seating behind him and his two guards. Hung from on high was an enlarged Grestonian Flag; it was placed behind the dais and chairs so that the onlookers would always be staring at it.

In front of the dais was a line of Imperial Reds, baring theirs arms in an ominous manner, silently telling the crowd of what would happen should they get rowdy. Striker saluted and stood still once again. He glared at the audience, picturing every single person standing there.

Then with a grim smile he spoke, "A Ryou is a Ryou. And shall be dealt with. They with to inflict pain upon you, emphasizing the word you, for they picture you personally dead. They wish to kill you and torture you in ways unimaginable.

But after today that shall be stopped. My fellow Grestonians, people of the world, do you really wish to live with this menace still present? Their peoples, their disgusting, backwards culture, and their so called Empire do not deserve to have a place upon the Earth that so many of us call home.

They are belligerents, warmonger. And what the past Grestonian Government learned was that warmongering gets you nothing but death in turn.

The crowd screamed, they cheered and applauded. They pushed past the guards at the front of the dais and reached out at their benevolent president. They wanted to touch him, to feel his glory. But he and his guards left to go backstage.

The Minister of Health, Premier The Rt. Hon. Sir Jude Hillenger came onto the stage. He wore a different kind of outfit; it made him look more like he was into medicine than politics. Which he was. But he was still a damned good speaker so he made his way forward to deliver his speech.

"Is the Parliament unanimous upon this act?"

In unison a dull and worn out, "Aye," reply floated back to David Telliner, the Seat of the House Member who sat one seat below the Minister of Senate and Parliament Premier The Rt. Hon. Sir Eliot Right and two seats below The Praetor of the House, also the Head Premier, The Rt. Hon. Sir John Gutted.

"Is the congressional representatives in agreement?" David Telliner raised his head again to receive the answer.

"Aye," answered a seating of eight or so representatives of the Federal Congressional Parliament.


"Then it is final, Act 174 is passed. May it be duly noted by the Praetor and by the Minister that Act 1784, The Regulation of Colonial Government Restrictions, is passed and legal by Federal and Congressional Standards." The Minister of Senate, Eliot Right, proclaimed.

"Next bill, please!"

Every party concerned in the Parliament rose and flared and waved around papers, hoping that their proposal would be the one chosen next to be voted on. The impatient lawmakers jumped and fidgeted to be seen so that they would be called up.

David Telliner scouted the room then pointed out and said, "You there! Peter, um, Reberetas of the, um..... Oh! of course, the Imperial Party. Please step forth ward."

"Yessir." A man in a grey, formal suit rose from the calming chaos. He still had his hand with the short proposal info on it raised in the air but he lowered it as he gathered the books, paper, and other info necessary. He shuffled the paper, patted them upon the table and walked to the front of them room.

"Speaker, Minister, Praetor," he nodded his head in respect to Mr. Gutted and Mr. Right as his spoke their titles, "I have come here today to propose Act 175 under the power of the Supreme Court and the Federal Parliament. I propose a disbandment of any Grestonian Citizenship to any person with Ryou Ancestry, be they alien or not. Furthermore, once without a Grestonian Citizenship and even their GLC, also known as the Right to Live, they are placed in containing centres for torture sessions, and afterward, death."

The Parliament was in awe. John Gutted store at the man in amazement at what he was saying. But Mr. Reberetas ignored any odd glares and kept on with his proposal.

"With the President's speech delivered this morning it is only correct to do what was preached and not hide behind the Humanitarian Safety Standards. For, as stated in the constitution, without a GLC you are not protected by Humanitarian Right Standards set by this government any more. This is a huge gaping loophole that, surprisingly, has gone unnoticed.

Now I leave it to the Speaker and the Minister as well as my fellow PWs to make their judgment."

He stepped away from the center seats and back to his seat. Mr. Telliner, still in awe of the bill, snapped back from his day dreams and spoke to the Parliament.

"Time for the pre-agreement vote, choose your stance, Against, With, or Neutral."

The PWs kept their eyes trained upon the small screens that they cast their vote into. They did not look up and it was as silent as it could get during a Parliament session.

Ten minutes later Mr. Telliner ceased any power to the voting systems and lowered down the electric screen which projected the votes.

It was in a bar graph form. The x axis showing the vote choices and the y axis showing how much the choice was voted for. Yes was in red, no was in blue and neutral in black.

The bars started to grow and the bolded percentage in the middle grew in size as well. Then it stopped. It read; For: 38%, Against: 45%, Neutral: 17%.

The standard for a bill to pass was above a 52% percent.

"Fuck!" muttered Mr. Reberetas. He stood again and pronounced to the Parliament, "Must we disagree? This people are belligerent, incoherent, evil, tyrannical, genocidal, fascists! All of those are things we stand against, why let it go by then?"

A middle aged man with a receding hairline and a large stomach rose above the PWs around him as well. "Yes, Mr. Reberetas, but our condoning such acts would be doing the same as they."

Peter Barrings rotated his chair to address the fat PW, "What a load of bullocks, Mr. Finch, isn't true that it was you who was the first to go on the 'Aye-train' for the war against DoubleWideville?"

A younger, richer looking PW spoke his mind upon Peter's comments. He had his boney, skinny finger pointed at Mr. Barrings in an accusing manner as he spat out at the man, "Oh quiet down, you hypocrite! Not only last week had you socked Mr. Livings for disagreeing with your allowing Admiral Cradock to stay in his command."

"Well obviously my point got through to his thick skull that way, if not the man who won us our battles against Ryou would be a poor man and we would have a dead fleet."

"Oh shut up you bastard! Punching a man is not justifiable, especially not in this honorable of a place!" Mr. Livings added while the two argued about him.

"Silence you naive PWs bickering amongst yourselves as a dark evil, darker than Hades himself, darker than Satan, of whom I as well as most of you believe in, lurks out in the world. He does so openly and takes the lives of many innocent people almost daily. That person being a disgusting group of person. This group of who is lead by a dirty whore!"

The man limped forward, having his cane suppourt him as he dragged his left leg. His grayish black beard gave his pale face an odd, ominous look. He kept a hat upon his head, the hat containing his frail curly hair, coloured as his beard was.

"I am sure you know of whom I am speaking of. That dark evil is The Ryou Black Islands. We cannot let them live amongst us honorable Grestonians. We must expel any and all life from a Ryou living behind these borders. Even the slightest Ryou Ancestry is bad enough and I agree with this proposal. If not him it would have been me proposing it. I speak upon the behalf of the Imperial Party and all of the RSoG members here, I may not agree with them but the agree with this, but it is an 'Aye' for out two parties."

The head of the Conservative Republic Party stood. "If our mate, Bob Windwood from the Imperial Party agrees then I must do so as well. I speak upon behalf of myself, Eddie Goodrich, Gordon Collins, and Thomas Peeres as well as most of the other member PWs of the CRP give a hardy 'Aye' to this proposal."

David Telliner looked anxious to get on. He turned to Mr. Livings and Mr. Finch, the two head Liberal Governizing Party members.

"What do you want me to say, Mr. Speaker?"

"I would like your answer, Mr. Livings, same goes for you Mr. Finch. Any other parties take your stances." Mr. Telliner looked back down at the stack of papers he had to study.

"Well, Mr. Speaker, let my answer show on the voting board."

Mr. Telliner nodded in agreement and he brought down the board again. The voting systems were back and the same thing as before happened. Only more vigorously.

"What the hell man!"

An overweight man with a stubble of a beard and hair only on the back of his head and the sides was screaming at a Infantry Unit that stood calm, overpowering him with just his words. The Infantry unit had his hands crossed behind his back as his store down the fat man.

Behind the soldier there were five more like him, three of which were tearing down the parts of the newsstand that contained the Shai Times Newspaper. The stacks were being ripped down and thrown onto the road. The other two soldiers ordered the three around and spat upon the papers. One had a large bowie knife in his left hand. Every once and a while when the papers were thrown he cut them down the middle.

"What the fuck man! That brings me Ryou customers I need the money, buddy."

"Sir, please control yourself. I am authorized to use force if necessary and I shall under orders of Colonel Kyle Stelltock. Please refrain from using such profanity, sir."

Then the officer with the bowie knife took out the torch and lit the scattered pile, but only after pouring a bottle of vodka handed to him for the mission.

"Fucking asshole! You cock sucking **** rag; you owe me some, buddy." He tried to push the officer speaking to him out of the way but the soldier who was directing the entire newsstand raid whipped around and punched the fat man in the face. He fell to the ground instantly and the Commanding soldier whipped out the issued batons. He extended it and put it up to the man's face.

"Please don't call me 'buddy', pal." He whipped the man across the face and the balled end dug into his skin. The officer called over the people from the patrol vans. He took off his gloves as he order, "Take this man along with the rest of Ryous around here. Back at base I have a little something in store for them."

4:05 PM Torture Room of Shai Sun Base
Unknown, Greston

Their feet dragged as more and more Ryou people were swept in. Once in they were thrown into cells and kept there until it was their turn. Usually six, sometimes seven people were put into the cells; the cells were originally designed to contain one. And the only thing worse than the sleeping arrangements was what happened outside of them.

The Infantry Unit held the squeamish Ryou by the neck, his other hand wrapped around his wrist. In front of him was an eerie silver table, covered in rusty tools. But in the middle of it was a blender. It was filled with red and pink lumps of stuff. The red was spattered all over it. The second soldier then pushed the start button the blades spun around extremely fast, wiping some of the red stains off.

The man started to scream but the soldier covered his mouth.

"Shut the fuck up!" he pulled the man's hand and shoved it into the blender. He spun and screamed and twisted and cursed, "Please sir, stop! STOP!"

He took the Ryous hair and shoved his face against a big warning sign on the side. The soldier taunted him, "Can't you read you dyslexic fuck! Read it! Read it!"

The man spat out blood and he started sobbing, his eyes had a look of despair as well as unbelievable pain. The man was hit on the back with a whip, the same kind used to hit the fat newsstand clerk. The Ryou crinkled up in pain.

"It says, it-t s-ss-say-s d-d-don't put-t your hands in-n it."

"Good boy," with a grim smile he took his head and shove it into the blender. It went off again slicing the man's nose and face as well as his eye slits.

"It said nothing about putting your face in, now did it?"

There was no more screaming from that Ryou so the soldier threw him to the floor and called in another. The next Ryou warily slid in. The first thing the Ryou did was apologize. But that didn't cut it. He was whipped across the face twice and when the soldier put his hand around the Ryou's neck the Ryou could tell it was certain death. The Ryou started crying.

"Tell me, where is the nearest Ryou Military Installation?"

"I do not know!"

"Liar!" he socked the man and the man spit out blood. The Ryou started coughing, each cough with more blood and more teeth of his.

"Tell me, what is the weakness of the Sango-17?"

"Um, I can't know!" A blow to the cut caused blow to spew out of his mouth and onto the plastic bag hanging from the soldier’s helmet. The soldier let go of the Ryou and let him fall to the floor.

"Put him in block 17, with the retards." The soldier bent down over and went up to the Ryou's face. In a sympathetic voice he said, "Would you like to get out of here?"

The Ryou gulped and nodded.

"Well you'll have to do better." He stood up fully and shot the Ryou's feet out. The Ryou was dragged out of the room much like many others were.

Kiravic civilisation's values are many, but some key ones in the sphere of Politics include: Republicanism, Cultural Furtherment, Repect for the Governed, Economic Liberty, Civil Liberty, and Restraint in Militarism.

As can be clearly seen, Kiravic values run counter to the behaviours displayed by the consecutive Ryouese governments. Indeed, the only things that we have in common are Colonialism and living on the planet Earth. However, there is another thing that our values run counter to, and that is genocide.

Truer still is that according to our views, they committed a genocide against the Cetacean race during the Bloody Sunday War. Obviously, they deserve what they did back, blow for blow, right? Wrong. Now, this is where we call in another Kiravic virtue: Individualism. One cannot be individually held responsible for the crimes of one's government, society, or ethnic affiliation unless they themselves have embraced the philosophy of such and acted accordingly. To do so would be akin to fining the entire post-Civil War white population of the American South as reparation for slavery when many in that region and at that period were opposed to it and indeed acted against it.

We also cannot condone the proposed killings of the Ryouese dissidents, infants, elderly, and univolved. They have done nothing to deserve that deaths or miserable lives that lay ahead of them. Their only crime would be having been unfortunate enough to be born in the Ryour Black Islands.

If someone were to invade the Ryou Black Islands, we would be the last to object. In fact, it would be quite plausible for the Kiravian Empire to be the one conducting the invasion. However, when destruction, gorss violation, and massacre, the murder of a culture, no matter how crude, mislead, evil, or psychotic, is involved, the Empire must stand for the final value of our culture that we shall mention: Humanity. Any organisation willing to punish through painful death the masses for the inherant faults of their society, rather than simply neutralising or containing the society at fault, is percisely what the Strategic Sociology office has labelled the Ryouese, that is, Barbarians.

The Kiravian Empire cannot condone, let alone endorse or support this gross violation of human rights. If need be, we may take action to prevent its occurance.

I am not sure, and sometimes I even try to be ignorant of what I have witnessed myself, on how humanity can be so stupid as some of my studies pointed across the world. I had a deep hope that in my article titled Recent report of memes in governments: cathobabbleism, oil tycoon baits, fursecution and would-be Jew killers and in my book Internets from serious business to sheer idiocy: a treatise on cyber-culture and memes, I would be able to create a comprehensive listing of all examples of memetic induced human stupidity, but it is clear that my work on studying the proliferation of human idiocy through both online and offline memes is as eternal as idiocy itself.

I could easily as well declare genocide against the dwarves in a stupid manner to persecute human beings of short stature, or against talking snakes as a way to get some public money into my pockets, just like I could invent a fictional nation with a fictional people to justify all sorts of atrocities against the average Joe. Why don't you just say "we are just looking for an scapegoat for our own incompetence in government and military affairs" instead of going through all the paperwork and fraudulent efforts to label innocents the government dislikes as "Ryouese" on whatever that means. I have looked on every, and I mean every, every no man's land and insignificant island across the globe in my constantly updated world map and also on my history books, but I found no single footnote about the supposed Ryou Black Islands, much less any pointer of its existence in the world. Thus my theory is that you have simply found an excellent method to get rid of dissidents, by labeling them with the nationality of a fictional nation.

Actually, if you declared genocide against the citizens of Sealand, or of the Free State Project, then it would be at least a bit more sensical than this, of course, getting into the territory where both of these nations I mentioned reside to do such would not be free of diplomatic incidents, but whenever there is a sign of incompetence or a threat to the establishment, declare war and blame an scapegoat for it... specially if such is already the "seditious enemies of the State".

Ryouese-Grestonians being evacuated and relocated to Internment Camps

Ryouese people are being placed in Internment Camps to stop any possible terrorist attacks and homeland revolts, all Ryous with history in the Ryou Imperial Army put to death!

After the genocide speech, of which it has come to have been called raised a red flare in Grestonian Policies; Humanitarian Standards. After the first speech was delivered by Mr. Jerry Striker and Dr. Jude Hillenger's speech, Mr. Striker made sure that is was known that no Ryou was killed by Grestonian Soldiers in the Grestonian Homefront.

They have, however, set up internment camps for the Ryous, alien or not, to be placed in for the remainder of the war and conflicts. As the Head Premier John Gutted duly noted earlier at a press conference, "The Imperial Government has no wish to murder the Ryouese race, but more of a goal to scare them into shape. The 'genocide speech' was our president requesting others to kill them, not his coming clean of our killing them."

However, any Ryou with history in the Ryou Imperial Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines are to be turned in immediately to your local authorties for questioning. Furthermore, Admiral Ryu of the Ryou Navy is on a wanted list, if found within our boundries she is to be obtained and put into military custody immediately.

In other news, all Ryou goods and propoganda are to be disposed of by military officials. A license must be warranted for a citizen to own any form of Ryou propoganda such as books, newspapers, movies, and news casts.

In unison a dull and worn out, "Aye," reply floated back to David Telliner, the Seat of the House Member who sat one seat below the Minister of Senate and Parliament Premier The Rt. Hon. Sir Eliot Right and two seats below The Praetor of the House, also the Head Premier, The Rt. Hon. Sir John Gutted.

"Is the congressional representatives in agreement?" David Telliner raised his head again to receive the answer.

"Aye," answered a seating of eight or so representatives of the Federal Congressional Parliament.


"Then it is final, Act 174 is passed. May it be duly noted by the Praetor and by the Minister that Act 1784, The Regulation of Colonial Government Restrictions, is passed and legal by Federal and Congressional Standards." The Minister of Senate, Eliot Right, proclaimed.

"Next bill, please!"

Every party concerned in the Parliament rose and flared and waved around papers, hoping that their proposal would be the one chosen next to be voted on. The impatient lawmakers jumped and fidgeted to be seen so that they would be called up.

David Telliner scouted the room then pointed out and said, "You there! Peter, um, Reberetas of the, um..... Oh! of course, the Imperial Party. Please step forth ward."

"Yessir." A man in a grey, formal suit rose from the calming chaos. He still had his hand with the short proposal info on it raised in the air but he lowered it as he gathered the books, paper, and other info necessary. He shuffled the paper, patted them upon the table and walked to the front of them room.

"Speaker, Minister, Praetor," he nodded his head in respect to Mr. Gutted and Mr. Right as his spoke their titles, "I have come here today to propose Act 175 under the power of the Supreme Court and the Federal Parliament. I propose a disbandment of any Grestonian Citizenship to any person with Ryou Ancestry, be they alien or not. Furthermore, once without a Grestonian Citizenship and even their GLC, also known as the Right to Live, they are placed in containing centres for torture sessions, and afterward, death."

The Parliament was in awe. John Gutted store at the man in amazement at what he was saying. But Mr. Reberetas ignored any odd glares and kept on with his proposal.

"With the President's speech delivered this morning it is only correct to do what was preached and not hide behind the Humanitarian Safety Standards. For, as stated in the constitution, without a GLC you are not protected by Humanitarian Right Standards set by this government any more. This is a huge gaping loophole that, surprisingly, has gone unnoticed.

Now I leave it to the Speaker and the Minister as well as my fellow PWs to make their judgment."

He stepped away from the center seats and back to his seat. Mr. Telliner, still in awe of the bill, snapped back from his day dreams and spoke to the Parliament.

"Time for the pre-agreement vote, choose your stance, Against, With, or Neutral."

The PWs kept their eyes trained upon the small screens that they cast their vote into. They did not look up and it was as silent as it could get during a Parliament session.

Ten minutes later Mr. Telliner ceased any power to the voting systems and lowered down the electric screen which projected the votes.

It was in a bar graph form. The x axis showing the vote choices and the y axis showing how much the choice was voted for. Yes was in red, no was in blue and neutral in black.

The bars started to grow and the bolded percentage in the middle grew in size as well. Then it stopped. It read; For: 38%, Against: 45%, Neutral: 17%.

The standard for a bill to pass was above a 52% percent.

"Fuck!" muttered Mr. Reberetas. He stood again and pronounced to the Parliament, "Must we disagree? This people are belligerent, incoherent, evil, tyrannical, genocidal, fascists! All of those are things we stand against, why let it go by then?"

A middle aged man with a receding hairline and a large stomach rose above the PWs around him as well. "Yes, Mr. Reberetas, but our condoning such acts would be doing the same as they."

Peter Barrings rotated his chair to address the fat PW, "What a load of bullocks, Mr. Finch, isn't true that it was you who was the first to go on the 'Aye-train' for the war against DoubleWideville?"

A younger, richer looking PW spoke his mind upon Peter's comments. He had his boney, skinny finger pointed at Mr. Barrings in an accusing manner as he spat out at the man, "Oh quiet down, you hypocrite! Not only last week had you socked Mr. Livings for disagreeing with your allowing Admiral Cradock to stay in his command."

"Well obviously my point got through to his thick skull that way, if not the man who won us our battles against Ryou would be a poor man and we would have a dead fleet."

"Oh shut up you bastard! Punching a man is not justifiable, especially not in this honorable of a place!" Mr. Livings added while the two argued about him.

"Silence you naive PWs bickering amongst yourselves as a dark evil, darker than Hades himself, darker than Satan, of whom I as well as most of you believe in, lurks out in the world. He does so openly and takes the lives of many innocent people almost daily. That person being a disgusting group of person. This group of who is lead by a dirty whore!"

The man limped forward, having his cane suppourt him as he dragged his left leg. His grayish black beard gave his pale face an odd, ominous look. He kept a hat upon his head, the hat containing his frail curly hair, coloured as his beard was.

"I am sure you know of whom I am speaking of. That dark evil is The Ryou Black Islands. We cannot let them live amongst us honorable Grestonians. We must expel any and all life from a Ryou living behind these borders. Even the slightest Ryou Ancestry is bad enough and I agree with this proposal. If not him it would have been me proposing it. I speak upon the behalf of the Imperial Party and all of the RSoG members here, I may not agree with them but the agree with this, but it is an 'Aye' for out two parties."

The head of the Conservative Republic Party stood. "If our mate, Bob Windwood from the Imperial Party agrees then I must do so as well. I speak upon behalf of myself, Eddie Goodrich, Gordon Collins, and Thomas Peeres as well as most of the other member PWs of the CRP give a hardy 'Aye' to this proposal."

David Telliner looked anxious to get on. He turned to Mr. Livings and Mr. Finch, the two head Liberal Governizing Party members.

"What do you want me to say, Mr. Speaker?"

"I would like your answer, Mr. Livings, same goes for you Mr. Finch. Any other parties take your stances." Mr. Telliner looked back down at the stack of papers he had to study.

"Well, Mr. Speaker, let my answer show on the voting board."

Mr. Telliner nodded in agreement and he brought down the board again. The voting systems were back and the same thing as before happened. Only more vigorously.

"What the hell man!"

An overweight man with a stubble of a beard and hair only on the back of his head and the sides was screaming at a Infantry Unit that stood calm, overpowering him with just his words. The Infantry unit had his hands crossed behind his back as his store down the fat man.

Behind the soldier there were five more like him, three of which were tearing down the parts of the newsstand that contained the Shai Times Newspaper. The stacks were being ripped down and thrown onto the road. The other two soldiers ordered the three around and spat upon the papers. One had a large bowie knife in his left hand. Every once and a while when the papers were thrown he cut them down the middle.

"What the fuck man! That brings me Ryou customers I need the money, buddy."

"Sir, please control yourself. I am authorized to use force if necessary and I shall under orders of Colonel Kyle Stelltock. Please refrain from using such profanity, sir."

Then the officer with the bowie knife took out the torch and lit the scattered pile, but only after pouring a bottle of vodka handed to him for the mission.

"Fucking asshole! You cock sucking **** rag; you owe me some, buddy." He tried to push the officer speaking to him out of the way but the soldier who was directing the entire newsstand raid whipped around and punched the fat man in the face. He fell to the ground instantly and the Commanding soldier whipped out the issued batons. He extended it and put it up to the man's face.

"Please don't call me 'buddy', pal." He whipped the man across the face and the balled end dug into his skin. The officer called over the people from the patrol vans. He took off his gloves as he order, "Take this man along with the rest of Ryous around here. Back at base I have a little something in store for them."

Their feet dragged as more and more Ryou people were swept in. Once in they were thrown into cells and kept there until it was their turn. Usually six, sometimes seven people were put into the cells; the cells were originally designed to contain one. And the only thing worse than the sleeping arrangements was what happened outside of them.

The Infantry Unit held the squeamish Ryou by the neck, his other hand wrapped around his wrist. In front of him was an eerie silver table, covered in rusty tools. But in the middle of it was a blender. It was filled with red and pink lumps of stuff. The red was spattered all over it. The second soldier then pushed the start button the blades spun around extremely fast, wiping some of the red stains off.

The man started to scream but the soldier covered his mouth.

"Shut the fuck up!" he pulled the man's hand and shoved it into the blender. He spun and screamed and twisted and cursed, "Please sir, stop! STOP!"

He took the Ryous hair and shoved his face against a big warning sign on the side. The soldier taunted him, "Can't you read you dyslexic fuck! Read it! Read it!"

The man spat out blood and he started sobbing, his eyes had a look of despair as well as unbelievable pain. The man was hit on the back with a whip, the same kind used to hit the fat newsstand clerk. The Ryou crinkled up in pain.

"It says, it-t s-ss-say-s d-d-don't put-t your hands in-n it."

"Good boy," with a grim smile he took his head and shove it into the blender. It went off again slicing the man's nose and face as well as his eye slits.

"It said nothing about putting your face in, now did it?"

There was no more screaming from that Ryou so the soldier threw him to the floor and called in another. The next Ryou warily slid in. The first thing the Ryou did was apologize. But that didn't cut it. He was whipped across the face twice and when the soldier put his hand around the Ryou's neck the Ryou could tell it was certain death. The Ryou started crying.

"Tell me, where is the nearest Ryou Military Installation?"

"I do not know!"

"Liar!" he socked the man and the man spit out blood. The Ryou started coughing, each cough with more blood and more teeth of his.

"Tell me, what is the weakness of the Sango-17?"

"Um, I can't know!" A blow to the cut caused blow to spew out of his mouth and onto the plastic bag hanging from the soldier’s helmet. The soldier let go of the Ryou and let him fall to the floor.

"Put him in block 17, with the retards." The soldier bent down over and went up to the Ryou's face. In a sympathetic voice he said, "Would you like to get out of here?"

The Ryou gulped and nodded.

"Well you'll have to do better." He stood up fully and shot the Ryou's feet out. The Ryou was dragged out of the room much like many others were.

The ASoGM is disgusted at the call for genocide. As much as we dislike the Ryouese government and military, that is no cause to slaughter their civilian population. The ASoGM will cut any communication, trade, and travel with any nation that commits genocide. We also wish to offer any Ryouese that wish it, to seek asylum in the ASoGM, where they will be protected from bloodthirsty murderers. The ASoGM will be patrolling the seas and air in the space between Ryou and the ASoGM, and will protect any Ryou civilian vessel that they encounter. Any attack on a protected vessel will constitute hostilities with the ASoGM, and will result in direct and immediate action by ASoGM military personnel.

The Government of Kahanistan condemns the government of New Greston for openly advocating genocide of the people of Ryou.

As some have maybe heard, The Imperial Republic of Greston has started persecuting Ryouese people. Those who are interested in mud throwing of everyday international politics, may have heard of international reaction, which has varied from condemnation to open praise. Obviously Ryoues replied in kind, capturing all Grestonians they found, and promising to crucify them. The situation seems to be escalating in hours.

The Ryou Black Islands is generally regarded as highly primitive state. Atleast among those who qualify it as state. Then I asked from Olmedrecan foreign ministry about it yesterday, I was said that its officially marked on Olmedrecan maps as “uncivilised area in anarchy”. For those who have heard about Ryou irrational foreign policy, that probably is not really a suprize. But my personal interest lies elsewhere. I have been researhcing Ryouese for some time, and have reached to conclusion that they can not be properly qualified as Homo Sapiens.

Many people probably consider it hard to believe that Ryounese are not really humans, but if we forget emotions and look at cold facts, then it is undeniable. I would draw parallels with Homo Cazelius (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12972112&postcount=50), who also has lower average intelligence, as I and several Londinian scientists confirmed some years ago. Intelligence tests of Ryouese give even worse results. Those results have been confirmed by several of my colleagues from Wolfenhalle. Deeper research reveals that this Homo Ryouese evolved directly from Homo Hatarianus. Unfortunately if we compare Homo Ryuouese and Homo Hatarianus, then no notable rise in intelligence has been noted. Therefore we can only conclude, that we are dealing with an evolutionary dead end. The research itselfly was not easy, mainly due total lack of Ryouese in Olmedreca. I am totally amazed that none of Olmedrecan zoo’s has any of them. I hope that this problem will be solved soon.

As Homo Ryounese are not humans, then judging them by human standards, and starting genocides, is clearly a wrong way. Then Ryouese population grows out of control it needs to be reduced with simple hunting, as is done with other wild animals. Considering their agressive nature, I would suggest keeping Ryouese only in zoological parks, atleast in more developed areas. In areas with minimal population density, they could be also kept in national parks. Although due their potentially negative effect on other, more valuable, species in those parks, I would advise aganist it. Considering suprizingly large amount of Ryouese being part of Grestonian society, one of my colleagues also suggested possibility that there exists also Homo Grestonus. I can not rule it out, but as this possibility has not been researched properly, no clear answers can be given yet.

The, thus far collected, 1,000 or so Ryous have been released and are officially ready for departure.

The other 300 Ryouese Military POWs, kept in Grestonian Military Prisons, are to be executed if the 12,000 Grestonians held captive in Ryou are not released as well.

"Hm," was all that Benjermin Harkett, Deputy Administrator of the War Ministry, could think of whispering as he stuffed the message back into the envelope it was delivered in.

"Quite a piece of literature we have here," Benjermin shook the envelope, holding it above his head, "bring this down to Jack, will you."

Alan Peireson, Cheif of Staff of the Official Decelarations and Proclomations Department, snatched the paper out of Benjermin's hand. Thrusting it into his breast pocket he promised, "It will be fine with me, mate."

Benjermin turned back to his computer screen and typed out an email.

Alan knocked on the door three times, his personal knock, and waited for the comforting, "Come on in." He slid open the door to reveal Sir Jackson Garfeild, Minister of War and Head Administrator of the Official Decelarations and Proclomations Department, shuffling around layers of paper on his mahogony desk.

"Yes, Alan? What do you have for me," Jack questioned.

"Ah, yes, sir. Well as you know already the Ryouese placed in our Internment Camps have been released and deported to other nations... ."

"Yes I know this much already," cut in Jack.

"Yes sir, well Mrs. Asuka has delivered an ultimatum of sorts in compliance of our last news publications. She still pushes foward that we are liars and she stated that those Grestonians they have captive are going to be crucified in hours."

Jack frowned. He reclined in his chair and plopped his feet upon the desk, cluttered with papers and reports.

"Well, mate, what do you purpose we do?" he wearily added.

Around a giant, cicular board meeting table sat Jackson Garfeild, Benjermin Harkett, Alan Peireson, and an assortment of aids from the War Ministry; David Telliner and Peter Reberetas from the Ministry of Senate and Parliament; Dr. Jude Hillenger, Amy Wateross (his assistant), Patrick Rossenburg, and about seven advisors from the Ministry of Health; and, last but not least, Douglas Pire, Charles Haughley, and Garret Hoanlon from the Ministry of Defence.

For the past hour they had debated whether or not to use Mr. Garfeild's said plan but it was coming down to it. Dr. Hillenger, Charles Haughley, and Patrick Rossenburg were the only people suppourting the purposed plan, other than the War Ministry members, themselves.

"They have threatened to do some thing extremely horrible! Killing this filth to show them who is boss is nothing much compared to what they want. We have to," urged Mr. Harkett.

"But what happens, pray tell, if this genocidal, maniacle bastards kill those Grestonians anyway? We can kill this pigs but it will be killing our own at the same time," stated David Telliner.

The aids started talking amongst themselves again while the rest of the people debated. As they screamed across the table the door flew open and an aid walked over to Jack from the War Ministry.

He left the table to read the note the page had handed him and he nearly fell to the ground. With a spark of rage he ran over to the table and held out the note.

"This is what you suppourt! This treacherous, evil, warmongering shit! This is what you support," screaming at the top of his lungs he thrust the note onto the table.

He turned his back and signalled his aids and company to follow. He flew out of the door with his group in tail.

Covering Story: Ryouese POWs Executed

All of the three hundred Ryouese POWs have been executed in the streets of Easen.

It did not come as a surpise when The Rt. Hon. Sir Jackson Garfeild, Minister of War and Head Administrator of the Official Decelarations and Proclomations Department, ordered the execution of 300 of the 700 Ryouese POWs.

The 700, now shortened to 400, Ryou Soldiers were gathered throughout the numerous wars The Ryou Black Islands has engaged against the Imperial Republic. The majority of Ryouese POWs were collected from the Ryou-Roman War, when the Grestonian fleet desecrated the Ryouese fleet at the Gilbratar Strait.

"Such things cannot be tolerated," released the War Minister, Mr. Garfeild, today. He continued on to say, "Such things are decelarations and fancy dick waving from pompous assholes. The Ryouese Coup Government cannot threaten our glorious republic and have no reprecations."

After the order was delivered, the selective 300 Ryous were taken from their camps and placed in Central Vision Square, where they were held and later killed. This execution was held to make an example of the treacherous deeds they had committed.

The majority of prisoners were taken out of Tartarus Military Prison, where, suppousedly, the worst POWs of all wars with our involvement are placed.

The Cheif of Staff of Tartarus, Ted Wilson said, while in an interview, "Good ridance, with this filth gone we can finally work nomally."

The Representitive Seat of the House Member, Mr. David Telliner, said in a public announcement, "If the 12,000 Grestonians are not released from Ryouese custody, we shall release the other 400 Ryou POWs. But in body bags."

Mr. Telliner also stated that the innocent Ryous were released to Kiravian, Kahanistani, Chalcedonian, and Vostroyan custody and that the Imperial Republic cannot be held responsible for their lives any more.

Furthermore, Benjermin Harkett, Deputy Administrator of the War Ministry stated, "The Ryouese pigs have 12 hours to release the Grestonians. For every hour that goes by without a comment or a living Grestonian back, 30 of the POWs shall be executed by firing squad."

Following the continued escalation of the Ryou-Greston Crisis sparked from a Greston Call of Ryouese Genocide. As well as a potential subsequent intervention by key Vetakan Honoured Ally the Island Empire of Pan Arab Barronia. Honoured Parceltongue Rising Tiger today released an Open Diplomatic Communication announcing Vetakan support to the Island Empire in any potential intervention it subsequently makes.

The communication announces that whilst Vetaka has no wish to involve itself within the crisis such involvement will be made in the defence of Barronia. The communication concludes with Vetaka offering to hold mediation within New Theeb chaired by the Directorate of Foreign Affairs.

No Comment was available on the issue from the Tribal Council or the Foreign Affairs Directorate. An Undisclosed Location

The UNS Annihliator (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/ba/USS_Ticonderoga_CG-47.jpg) sat anchored at the dockside. Rather than the regular sailors who served aboard it, men in black protective gear, full-face breathing apparatus and helmets patrolled the ship. On the dock, trucks were being unloaded. Regular equipment at first, M4's, grenades, rocket launchers etc.

Then more trucks arrived, this time escorted by M-2 Tanks (http://wiki.battle.no/images/d/db/Titan.jpg), and the troops began unloading large steel crates. As soon as they were out of the trucks, a horrific wailing came from each crate, a primal howl that seemed never ending. The troops on the dock were unbothered by this.

They began loading the steel crates into the hold, and one by one, the screams died away.
