"Thank you Gail, It was at 6:15am this morning Lord Cain was Killed while en-route to a meeting at the Bascillica Council Chambers, As usual the Lord was being driven by his Chauffeur to the Chambers when a Car swerved out of a near-by alley and in front of the vehicle trapping it.
Eye witness Reports that Three Men stepped out of the Car armed with Handguns and One out of the Alley armed with an Assault Rifle where they proceeded to fire through the front and side window panes killing Lord Cain.
Vostoryan Police and National Guard have Sealed off the area for further Investigation, While Civil Tension rises as Rumors of Terrorism or That the Killing was linked to the Not to long ago Cypron Conflict, Although I have received news that Governor Golomovitch will make an official statement later today, This is Jenny Fall for New Bay News Signing Out."

and loved member or the Council here, Vivius Cain was one of the Founding member of this Countries Democracy and in a Cruel Twist of Fate this great man was murdered this in the Early hours of the Morning as he was driven to the Bascillica Council Chambers, such News had brought our dear Capital to a stand-still as we realize the burden of his Death.

The Crime Scene. . .
Commissar Raikov stepped out of the truck and into the Rain and adjusted his peak-cap, He surveyed the Street.

The Task-Force had already closed off the street and set up a Hugh Olive Tent over most of the area, Raikov stepped into the dry only catching the attention of a young officer.

"S.s....Sir! Sergeant Nathaniel Reed, I'm heading up the Task-Force here"
Raikov gave a simple nod, the young officer nodded back he knew the Commissar had been sent by the Council on a Confidential matter, He would just let him carry out his task and let him leave.

Raikov stepped towards the Lord Cains car, The Windows Panes and Drives car door were riddled with bullet holes....The Interior was Soaked in blood.
Clusters of Police-Officers patrolled back and forth looking for clues, but Raikov knew something they didn't.

The fact that a member of the 5th Intelligence Corps had located One of the Terrorists who was en-route to Ryou...The fact that the Terrorist chose Ryou was due to Ryous Coup and political Tension
between both Countries it would be all to easy for them to disappear into the conflict
(From what was known they shared no bond to the Ryouese Government)

Raikov lent forward into the car and flipped open the Glove-Compartment, grabbing the scraps of paper and shoving then into his trench-coat.
And began making his way back to the Van,Trying to avoid the Officers attention, He knew all to well 5th Intelligence would "quietly" remove the problem, but at what price?
They had assassinated Vostoryas Chief of Staff (Commander of all Armed Forces)
