The Imperial Congress, Shai, The Ryou Black Islands

The Imperial Congress was in session, talking about the world turning its back on The Ryouese, even calling for their deaths. The Ryouese Empire was in trouble.

"Where is the Premeir?" one Congressman asked, then in came trouble.

Grand General Asuka, flanked by two Imperial Heavy Infantry Troopers. "Welcome Politicians." She said, "I am here to say that Premeir Khan can't make it because she 'lost her head' " She soon show that it was real. one of the Troopers had a Box in his hands, which Asuka Grabbed and soon pulled out Miss Khan's Head.

Cut off by a Katana.

"I am takeing full Control of The Imperial Congress and I declare that all of you are under arest!"

The Congressmen were soon surounded by Troopers.

The Great Coup had begun.

Three hours ago, the Intelligence Commissariat noted increased wireless traffic amongs military units of the The Ryou Black Islands stationed in and around the capitol city of Shai. The few un-encrypted intercepts indicate that the deployment is consistent with that of either a internal security sweep or a power grab by the military.

Given that at this time there is some civil unrest directed at foreign ethnicities inside Ryou, the former is a concievable possability, however these deployment orders only extend to units in and around the city of Shai when there is rioting going on in a number of other cities. Therefore, all indications so-far point towards a Coup'd'tat.

In the overall trend of things, the Intelligence Commissariat believes this will affect nothing in regards to the current war involving Ryou nor the current negative view by the international community of Ryou. If anything, this new military government will be met by even more hostility on the part of the International Community if it consists of the hardliners who had started the war.

Official Communique from the Volzgradien Government

Understandably, the Volzgradien people are somewhat worried about the intentions of the Ryouese people. Seeing as the Coup d'etat was led by hardline Imperialists who started the Cypron War, we believe that slightly more "drastic" measures must be taken.

Even though our intelligence has so far failed to reveal the intentions of the new government, it seems that the Ryou Black Islands have fallen under military rule. One "Grand General Asuka" seems to be the head of the Ryouese insurrection.

As stated earlier, the unknown intentions and military aggressiveness of this new faction seems to point out that the Ryouese people aren't about to give up. The Volzgradien Military is currently on full alert and will respond immediately to any Ryouese aggression.

The Capital city was in painc and total Anarchy with the coup, no one knew who was in charge now, with Isabella Reported Missing.

but that would change with Asuka sending her Amazonian Guards out, showing that The Premeir was no longer in control of the civilian government.

The Colonies were still not under Army rule, they were still civilian controled. But it seemed that The Army was in trouble in the Colonies, as The Colonial Guards were prepareing to drive off any Army Attack.

back in the Home Islands, something odd was happening, Two Orca Class Battleships disappeared, headed off to Kurona, where Grand Admiral Ryu was.

and day after day, Marines were leaveing the Islands, all headed for Kurona. The Air Force also was getting out.

Something was up.

When the Empire saw that the Ryouese colonies were still independant, it saw an oppurtunity. It could offer its services in their defence, in exchange for the decmocratisation, capitalisation, and demilitarisation of the colonies once they were secured as independant states.

Regarding: Impending Attacks

It has reached our Intelligence Agency that the militocracy in control of the Ryouese home islands is preparing forces to secure your colonies under their rule.

We are willing to offer our forces to defend your colonies, as we do not a want a Ryouese authoritarian regime to expand its power any further than it already has. However, in exchange, there must be some concessions made and procedures followed proceeding victory.

❖ Each colony must establish itself as an independent state. No relations, be they commercial, diplomatic, political, or military, may be established with ANY government of the Ryou Black Islands.

❖ Each of the said states must become a democracy. Further, to prevent partisan coups and governmental overtrows as have happened in the past, they must become Democratic Republics with Constitutions.

❖ The Capitalist economic model must be followed in each State.

❖ The Citizens of the States must be accorded a decent degree of human, civil, political, and economic rights in addition to those provisioned above.

❖ Each State may only maintain a defencive force equivalent to 2% of their respective populations. Nuclear, Chemical, or Biological weapons may not be purchased, developed, or otherwise acquired.

❖ The States cannot enter into a federation, league, alliance, unified state, or other collective entity with each other, but trade relations may be established.

❖ The States cannot seek to establish colonies, intendancies, overseas bases, extensions of their metropolitan territory, or any other territorial acquisitions other than their current administrative areas and nominal extensions of their territorial seas within reason.

Upon learning of the Ryouese colonies' autonomy, the Volzgradien Military quickly sprang into action. With the nation of Kirav already trying to establish "democratic" and "capitalist" colonies, they knew they had to work fast. Almost immediately the NVID sent agents to the colonies in order to raise support for Communism and the Volzgradien troops. The Ryouese colonists were already familiar with dictatorial rule would have no trouble conforming to the Volzgradien laws.

It has been noticed by our intelligence services that you and your people have broken away from the Imperialist and fascist yoke of the Ryouese government.

Of course, your former rulers are not happy about this. They will obviously retaliate soon. This is were we may help you. If your colony embraces Communism or Socialism, and shows its loyalty to the Anti-Ryouese Coalition then we promise that our soldiers will defend your colonies with their lives. Simply agree to these rules and you will be protected and nurtured.

1) The colony must declare its independence from the Ryouese government.

2) The colonies may form independent states or band together into a coalition.

3) The Communist or Socialist economic systems must be adopted by the colony.

4) The colonies MAY expand their influence through warfare and trade.

5) An armed force of at least 1000 trained police/soldiers must be stationed in the colony.

6) Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical weapons MAY be produced, acquired, and to an extent used.

You may notice that our concessions are much more lenient then those sent by the nation of Kirav. Unlike them, Volzgrad wants to see your newly independent nations flourish and be free. Not be strangled by bureaucracy and punishments.

When the Volzgradian message sent to the Ryouese Coloneis was intercepted and brought to the attention of the Empire, there was a degree of frustration. Instead of cutting off the expansion of Ryouese stupidy, the Volzgradian offer would effectively create a second Ryou Black Islands to irritate the international community.

There wasn't much to be done, but the Foreign Wars Office gave it a shot anyway.

It sounds nice, doesn't it? A peaceful, equalitarian paradise, where the ever-protective State, who has the best interests of the people at heart (It is the People's Republic, after all) regulates your existance for the betterment of all.

It sounded nice to the Russian peseantry and the Cubans, too. And look where it got them. Cut off from world trade, poor to the point where bathroom stalls had coin slots.

But it does succeed at makign everyone equal! Everyone gets to be poor! The corporate and upper-middle classes that have worked hard to attain comfortable lives are bumped back down to the working class. There is no hope of advancement. Just continuing to go about the wonderful life that the State has planned for you. Eventually it hits you that you're not working for your own goals anymore. You're working to keep the state afloat. There's no investors to invigourate your economy so that you can have your salary raised. There's no competition in the market, meaning that the State will continue to supply you with mediocre, possibly substandard goods and services.

And forget about freedom. Once it finally kicks in what a dismal situation your country is in, you want to speak out and change it right? Expect yourself to be dead in the morning or sent off to a gulag to work. For no pay at all! And you thought it could get worse. There is something in this world called socioeconomic gravity: You can always get lower. The State can only stop you from going up. In the system we had intended, such things would not happen. If you work hard, you can advance the lives of yourselves and your families. If you don't like a policy being made, you can speak out against it. Better yet, you can vote against it. Stability for stability's sake shall, at the end of the day, always be prevailed against by stability through dynamism.

Don't be Cuba. Don't be post-Soviet Russia. Be a Hong Kong or a Japan. Be a Ryouese Tiger, under capitalist democracy.

The Principality of Kurona

The recent matter has concerned us, countries fighting over what the Ryou's domestic government should be. Kurona believes for now this is a regional matter and should be handled by Kurona and her allies for the time being. Kurona's allies consist of both Monarchs and Republics, and we are still for the time being a member of the Stevid Empire (something we wish to keep).

Kurona is also tired of seeing the Ryou's waging war over just about everything, and for now we respect and condone the decision of Stevid to expel them from the Empire. But Kurona wants to help out it's long ally. We want Ryou to abandon it's old way, we want General Asuka Soryu jailed or killed and we want the current Imperial Family to forgo it's remaining control of the country.

Please don't blow us off, take our word, for now let Kurona and her allies handle the situation. What you do with Asuka is up to you. If we fail, you have my permission to march in and seize Ryou. We'll even let you use Kurona as a staging point.

"My goodness the world is a busy place, not even a month officially on the job and this comes up" Daniel said as he sipped a cup of tea on the deck of the property. From his location he over looked the entire mountain town and could see into the country side. The mountain air was cool and crisp for early morning tea "I wonder what that man would of done? heh god only knows where the former chairman is, its been almost a year since he retired" he said looking out over the town. He then heard foot steps coming up the hill "Who's there!" he shouted down as he heard multiple foot steps crunching the gravel road and then it suddenly stopped "It is only us your excellency" came a voice Daniel recognized.

Daniel put down his tea and went to the front door down stairs and greeted the group of three, two men, one woman "There was no need to greet us your self sir, you could of sent one of your servants" the man said bowing to Daniel. Daniel moved to the side so the three could walk in "The staff don't start arriving for about ten minutes" he commented as he lead them to the deck. When they reached the deck they all sat down and Daniel poured them some tea.

"So then I'm guessing you have something to talk to me about? isn't that right General Hiyo Kuzanki" he asked sipping his tea "Thats correct your excellency" the young woman said as she picked up her tea cup "No need to be so formal, i'm not on duty, now I'm guessing this is about the situation over sea, other wise I wouldn't have the youngest female General in the history of our nation, the defense committee chair and a colonel wanting to see me all at once"

"That is correct, the Colonel brought to my attention our assets in the surrounding areas" NDC chairman Joshua Nellis told him as he put the tea cup down. Daniel raised a eyebrow "I wasn't aware we had assets over there" he said folding his hands after putting the cup down "There trade assets, trade routes, vital centers for trade in near by nations and the odd trade ship going to the nation in question" Colonel Tahou Nakamura said as he stood up and walked over to the railing "Ah you people of Japaneses heritage are always so keen with these matters, I guess thats where our nations high sense of honor, freedom and justice" Daniel commented as he laid back in his chair.

"Sir I do urge we deploy the navy to protect our trade assets" the Colonel then said as he leaned on the railing "Vary well, I'll leave preparations to you, I'll draft an official message, after breakfast that is I can hear my staff already arrive, care to join?" Daniel offered with a wave of his hand he pointed to several people walking up the hill. The three agreed to stay in a few hours a message would be sent out to the world.

Naval command was currently making the preparations for operations for the navy to protect the nations trade assets "Do we currently have anything deployed near by?" asked a member of the command staff. It was a general question to the personal manning computers in the command room, a massive open room with personal sitting at rows of computers with command personal at there own computers on a elevated platform. Massive screens were on one wall for which all information was displayed on. A image came up on one of the screen from satellite feed "Sir the 18th carrier group is currently on maneuvers and Nine hours away from point Delta"

"Well send word to them that all exercises are canceled and they are to begin convoy protect operations until releaved by the 16th and 23rd escort fleets when ever they arrive on scene"

18th Carrier group
Eight in a half hours from point delta

All was relatively quiet in the carrier group. There current operational plan was to continue on course for another day and then begin combat exercises. This changed when they got the order change and changed course approximately half an hour ago. The captain was just outside the bridge over looking the flight deck as crews went about regular routines. His XO then came out and joined him "We've reached best position to begin combat operations" he said resting against the railing "Vary well, begin at once" the captain said giving a quick tug to his hat. The XO turned around and signaled a crew member inside the bridge who intern made the call to the CIC.

The captain walked back into the bridge and went fleet wide for a message "Attention all hand, many of you noticed we changed course just over half an hour ago, this is because of new orders. Due to the instability in a near by region we are to begin Operation Guardian, this operation is to protect our trade routes. All pilots proceed to the briefing rooms and flight crews begin preparations" Within a short time planes were being prepped for take off at all launch catapults and then taking off to fly total air cover for all ships on the trade route.

The command staff on hand in the situation room watched the large screens show a map of all currently deployed forces and the location of trade and civilian vessels. It made it easy for such a operation when the location was easily displayed "Any one got the computer results on the situation?" one of the command staff members asked. A young woman wearing the rank of a ensign turned her head "Right here sir, at current situation we are looking at a 80 percent chance of the conflict in question escalating, and a 37% chance we will get pulled in, however this is vary rough due to little information on the known factions, however the longer the conflict goes on the higher chance we will get pulled in. At current rate we can see it reaching 50 percent in around a week, and 75 percent the week after that" she reported.

"However you did say these are extremely rough and passed on the current situation, if more factions and nations appear in the conflict it could swing either way" the man said taking his hat off and putting it on the table in front of him "I recommend we put a expeditionary force on notice just in case" a female office standing behind the man suggested. The others there also agreed with that idea "Put the 82nd expeditionary force on twenty four hour notice, including the designated naval assets"

While The Colonies were against Asuka, they were not against The Empire it self, They Answer only to Isabella and Hirohito.

The Colonies were Governed by Morarch-Governers, who only Answered to The Imperial Rulers them selves, The Two Colonies in Xanadou (Jan-syu and Kalbail) were ruled by King-Governer Malsai, a Surporter of The Empress.

The Colonial Guards of all three Colonies were ready for fighting off not only Imperial Army attack, but Invasion from the Anti-Ryouese Nations, who were known to want to kill all Ryouese.

In Short, The Colonies were not to belong to no Foreign Devils who want to destroy Ryouese Culture.

He unfolded them and began to read aloud, "According our intelligence, the Ryouese colonies do not seem to have very adequate defenses for their importance. Within a few days, every bit of Ryouese hardware will have hopefully been sabotaged or ruined in one way or another."

The incredibly loud clang of hastily opened doors alerted the men of an approaching person. The Generals, not really sure who could have the clearance or determination to get within the Ministry's inner compound, began to draw their pistols and take aim. A few seconds later and the last door opened with a loud clang, it was the Premier. He took several more angry steps before he froze. "What the hell are you doing!? Stop pointing your guns at me! If this is a coup then I'd like you to know that you all suck at your jobs!"
Many of the Generals dropped their pistols and broke down into hysterical laughter. Alexandrovich attempted to explain the situation.

He bowed deeply and began to talk, "We apologize Comrade Premier. We all thought that you were in Stavinvast. We are currently finishing a meeting about the Invasion of the Ryouese colonies." The enemy Spies were not smart it seemed, as the colonies were loyal to the Empress and fallowed the laws against Spies.

In the Colonies, Foreigners were being deported and sent out of the colonies. In short, No spy was ever staying in the colonies to ruin them.

Spy that were captured was sent to a fast Trail and death. For enemy Spies, they had no choice in the matter. They were ether Killed by a Fireing Sqaud or Hung on a Rope.

and Spies were Tortured to find out who sent them, then killed. The Spy's body was then Cut up and sent to the nation he came from.........as a warning.

Actually the IC post CLAIMs that they supported it, when if you are reading the meeting thread you will realize that the reason they supported it was because they were scared of the Army.

In The Comoros, the people were boarding boats and ships, all heading for Kurona, which was safer then the home Islands. Queen-Governess Saiunko was sent to Kurona, while The Comoros Colonial Guard started Burnt Earth.

Oil Refineries were blown up, Shipyards destroyed, Factories burnt, Fields on fire then sown with Salt. Mines blasted to bits, Cities in Ruin.

In The Xanadou Colonies, the same thing happened.

The Ryouese would leave nothing for the evil Kalbaki Sataini*

Dingo Fighter jets soared overhead and recon one of the Ryou Colonies.

"Get this, they're destroying what they have so we can't use it," radio in a pilot.

Vamp smiled as this was a victory for them. He turned around as he held up his sword as he proclaim something.

"We've being granted the colonies which we'll use as a military base of operations. The aerial transport carriers are already on their way to check out the former colonies of Ryou Black Islands," proclaimed Vamp.

Meanwhile

Aerial transport carriers were coming over a colony and allowed the Ryou civilians to leave. Fire crews were set down as an airfield was about to be constructed by the engineers. They knew they wouldn't save anything but they might as well reconstruct.

6:45 AM, GMNS Ares
Xanduo Sea, Xanduo

Admiral Riley Nigel Cradock stood in the conning tower's deck, deep in thought. The sky was bright, the seas calm and the sea life energetic. A few feet off to his side, a pod of dolphins swam in the wake of his massive superdreadnought, jumping occasionally. It was a beautiful scene, and for a time it made the 48 year old fleet commander forget that he was aboard one of His Excellency's Imperial Navy's finest ships, and that that fleet was partaking in war on a global scale. It was rare for a ship to go straight into enemy lines, even in peacetime, and Cradock took in the sights with a mix of happiness and melancholy. It was true, Ares' defenses were top notch, but even still he knew not when he would see the Grestonian home again, or even if he would.

The Republic, Internationale, and Jupiter Fleets hadn't stopped running since their victory in Cypron. After the Ryouese soldiers left, the three fleets refueled and supplied themselves, then after three days of rest took off to be some of the first to land on the homefront of Ryou.

The Lynion and Volzgradien air craft frequented the skies above as the Republic fleet mades its head into Xanduo. Cradock was rarely frightened, but knowing that twice now, his namesake had been the cause of the desecration of massive Ryouese fleets in which trillions of USDs were invested.

His thoughts were then rudely interrupted by the frightened, squimish voice of his firstmate, Admiral Peter Cripe.

"Sir, telegraphics reports that three thousand civilian innocents of ours have been murdered by the Ryous. Should we continue on and risk the other nine thousand meeting their fate?"

Cradock's thoughts, once happy only a few moments ago, were then fueled with hate and disgust. He showed utter disregard for the lives of any Ryou that would come in his way.

His order came out grim and gruff. But clear.

"Full steam ahead. I want to be at their first islands in little than an hour."

"But sir-," Admiral Cripe was cut off by Cradock.

"Now," he said. His eyes seemed to light up with hate.

Skies of Kalbail, Ryou Black Islands

"It looks like the Ryous left."

Below the air fleet of three, it looked like hell. The land was ravaged by fires and the pummeled debris of once factories stood out above all rest. The land was nearly destroyed but a small force was holding it. Containing the fires, revamping the factories. Military bases were being erected. And it meant one thing for the Grestonian fleet.

"Send out a message to them, Woodrid," ordered the head of them, Patrick Anderson

He flipped on a few controls and put the radio signal to the same frequency as the one below.

"This is the 3rd Air Fleet of the Republic Fleet, straight from Greston. Do we have clearence to land?"

The three Eurofighters dived down and landed.

A decorated pilot with the rank of Captain walked into the meeting room.

"Honorable and noble ladies and gentlemen, if I may please have your attention, I have been sent on a special mission on behalf of my Commander, from the Republic Fleet of the 1st Battlegroup to this base, to make a presentation before all of you. I am deeply eenjoyed to have been chosen for this mission. Please, I ask you to listen to my message, please grant me this honor:

The reason I am telling you this is that recently, after the rightful execution of 300 murderous Ryouese POWs, we believe that 3,000 innocent civilians of Grestonian desent were kidnapped and mercilessly killed by the vile forces of the evil, treacherous Ryou Black Islands at war with us. The flag of the nation was hung over 3,000 dead Grestonian bodies, kidnapped from Merchant vessels, from vacations, from peace corps mission, their lives taken away painfully and horribly. They have committed far worse atrocities than any yourselves can think of. Which is why I come to you with this proposal; your fleet, the Volzgradian fleet, and any other national naval forces we can gather will surround the disgusting, black islands and stop any foreign aid and any trading goods from going in or out. The Grestonians were soon to see what Asuka was doing. Her own Spy Satellites showed the enemy fleets heading into Xanadou. a Invasion.

and in Shai, she prepared a welcome for the Invasion, the other nine Thousand Grestonians were on Gallows, ready to hang if the enemy entered Ryouese Waters. They were not to hang by rope, but by Barb Wire, to kill them faster.

But the enemy will not face The Imperial Navy or Marines. They were leaveing, heading for Near by Kurona. even the Large Floating Cities were being moved, going to Kurona to escape the Evil Grestonians.

The Imperial Air Force was also escapeing, heading for Kamami till the war ended.

But the enemy was to face The Imperial Army, all 40 Million of them.......

and they controled The Coastal Guns and Missile Launchers. If they gone into The range of the Missiles (120 Miles), The Grestonians would have a tase of their own style.

In Kurona, Isabella was giveing birth to her babies.

"Report Vamp," said one of the holograms.

"Vamp here," started Vamp as he looked at the Vamperial Order via hologram. "We've taken one of the main colonies of Ryou after they retreated back to their main nation. We've contained the fires and we've started building airfields and a naval base nearby,"

One of the figures rose up and approach Vamp.

"This is a great victory for us," he started. "However, until we get the colony secured, there'll be no military actions just yet. Have those new aerial cruisers dock in alongside an aerail aircraft carrier and aerail frigates and destoryers,"

"Very good sire," replied Vamp as the hologram telecommuniction was turned off.

But the enemy will not face The Imperial Navy or Marines. They were leaveing, heading for Near by Kurona. even the Large Floating Cities were being moved, going to Kurona to escape the Evil Grestonians.

The Imperial Air Force was also escapeing, heading for Kamami till the war ended.

OOC: Logistically speaking, you can't run an army without supplies brought in either by sea or air. Just saying. You can't live off the land forever, just look at Hitler and Napoleon in Russia. Especially for 40 million (!) soldiers (who seem to have been teleported there).

OOC: he does have a point. You need a major supply route but I doubt anyone is willing to do it with you. No offense, but you'll have to lose part of your defence force to do so.

Recently promoted High Admiral Parovic paced impatiently in the command gondola of his ship. They had recently broken off from the Grestonian fleet and were now on a direct route to the recently abandoned Ryouese colonies. Even though a Venkov class Aerocruiser could stay in the air for weeks without re-supplying, it always annoyed Parovic if they were in the air for more than 5 days.

"Stuvack! What the hell is our ETA!?" Parovic shouted as he glared at a wiry figure staring at a computer. The man flinched then turned around very slowly like a child would do to an angry dog. After a few moments of frantic button pressing, Stuvack found an answer. "Comrade Admiral, we will be arriving in approxiamtely 30 minutes."

Despite his earlier anger, Parovic actually smile. He hastily turned and jogged back to his command chair. Only a few moments later and he was fast asleep.

7:31 AM, VAS Vengeance
Ryouese Colonies

Despite the barren wasteland that was beneath them, the silence and calmness proved to be almost tranquil. Having recently been woken up by one of his aides, Parovic was definitely not in the best of moods. Almost immediately he put his hand in his pocket and began searching for possibly the most important thing in his life. A few annoying moments later and Parovic pulled out a shining flask of vodka.

Several of the nearby crew members began chuckling upon seeing this. The second most famous thing about Parovic other then his anger was his alcoholism. Parovic quickly grabbed a shot glass and poured himself a few drops of the clear liquid. He opened his tired mouth and poured the vodka down his throat. An almost unearthly grin of satisfaction came upon his face as he swallowed his treat.

"Nothing wakes you up better than a shot of the liquid fire!" Parovic laughed stupidly as he stumbled back to his chair. One of the nearby RADAR operators turned toward the now wide awake Admiral and began to speak, "Comrade Admiral, we are currently passing over the 22nd Fleet. Do you wish to speak to Comrade Admiral Stavin?

Parovic nodded and approached the comms-terminal. He quickly tuned the radio and began to speak, "This is High Admiral Boris Parovic to the 22nd Assault Fleet. We are currently approaching your current position. May we have an open comm-link?"

Several seconds past before a response came. "This is High Admiral Danil Stavin. We have received your message and have approved it. What exactly do you want Comrade Parovic?" Parovic looked out the windows to the majestic fleet below and began to talk, "We have recently received orders to launch a full scale invasion of the Ryou Black Islands themselves. Of course, we'll need your fleet to actually land troops there."

This time a different voice responded, "This is General Gorovich, we only received orders to capture the colonies and not the TRBI. Why were we not informed?" Surprised by the presence of a general, Parovic paused before speaking again, "Your orders are correct, we in fact are the ones who were supposed to deliver your new orders."

The general sounded much less apprehensive, "Confirmed, you lead the way Comrade Parovic."

Sattelia was the closest KE posession to Xanadou, a small island with an excellent natural harbour. This island and the base upon it had been the KE headquarters in the Echoese Wars, and would now serve as the lunch port for Operation: Spanking.

The goal was to enter Xanadou, take control of some of the Ryouese colonies, and turn them into proper democracies whether they liked it or not.

Naturally, they were incredible angry at their former rulers because of the salting and burning of their fields and homes. The first step of course was to give them shelter and food. Once they Ryouese colonists saw the kindness of the Volzgradiens, the process of turning the colonies into Communist Republics would be much easier.

In a stunning official press conference, Premier Kavinkov himself confirmed the surrender and flight of the remaining Ryouese people. The tyrannical Ryouese empire, which has long oppressed countless peoples and lands, has been completely disassembled. Only the last remnants of the Ryouese people have fled to the allied nation of Kurona.

During the historic press conference, the Premier himself had this to say. "This just goes to show that all Fascist and tyrannical empires will fall! The free people of this world united under one common banner and drove back the evil Ryouese military and government. We have won on both the military and political battlefields."

High General Seskov added to the Premier's speech with these rather threatening words. "I have been a soldier almost all my life, and never have I seen such a victory as this. The Ryouese empire had countless lands and people under its oppressive grip. Now they have been set free by the heroic armies of all the allied nations.

The press conference truly was a humbling experience. The Military Chiefs of Staff have confirmed that a Victory Parade is already being prepared for. Of course, it is in honor of not only the Volzgradien military, but also the armies of all the other allied nations.

We have also recently heard of the acquisition of various islands from the former Ryouese empire. Until the rebuilding is complete, these locations shall remain a military only area. Happy Victory to all!
