Please ignore the inane accusations of the South Lizasaurian government claiming that we are really pawns for the NWO bent on global enslavement. Our directive is to better civilized life for all. All our data suggests that Ryouese are a race of belligerents who make life worse for those within the civilized world, thus our wise and benevolent leaders have concluded that instead of killing them we'd make them return that which they have taken away from the modern world. We are willing to make a deal. If your governments are interested please send a representative to a meeting taking place at the Photo-Co headquarters.

There were large holographic images of the camps in construction and a robotic female voice assuring everyone that those camps were not death camps but were indeed "betterment" camps where the latest on their newly developed medical technology has been tested. Judging by the advanced technology in the headquarters and by what the ads promoting their products had on them Photo. Co. specialised in energy, quantum physics, chemistry and their application to technology. The word Photo in their company name referred not to pictures but as "photon" only shortened in an attempt to create a catchy company name. They are currently developing holographic street signs, plasma weaponry, applications of certain energies to medicine and of course upgrades or replacements to already existing technologies.
