The Kiravian Empire is sick and tired of this stupidity. Time after time, the Ryou Black Islands have tried to endear themselves to the international community by claiming that "teh ebil [Kiravians, Fordockians, Grestonians, Take-your-pickians] are trying to [Insert mass-murder synonym here] the Ryous and make it a colony of their [Insert Cold War-appropriate adjective here] empire!" It has never worked in the past, nor shall it now, nor shall it until some hypothetical future date in which some well-minded nation decides they've had enough and actually does begin exterminating the Ryous, at which time some humanitarian nations may come to their aid while the rest of the world breathes a sigh of relief.

The Imperium of Belkaros hopes that these photos are in fact legitimate, and hereby throws its support behind the genocidal nations. We are willing to open death camps within our own borders to purge the world of the Ryou plauge.

Reports were sketchy but rumor had it that a South Lizasaurian scientist was caught illegally immigrating to some country. Usually South Lizasaurians are renowned for respecting foreign laws and beliefs but it seemed that once he was searched it would be apparent as to why this individual expressed such blatant disregard. When the police caught him he was terrified as though someone was looking for him. Within a briefcase they found files to scientific experiments, deals and conspiracies with the Toori secret service, Photo-Co files concerning the purchase and testing of their technologies, and most shockingly, construction plans for the death camps the Ryouese took photos of. Whether he was cooperating with or against the South Lizasaurian government was unknown. All that was known was that he was found dead a few days later, the assassins were professionals. And conspiracy theorists came up with two possibilities.

A: He was with the government and was sent to exchange the files with a Toori contact when he got caught. It was then that the government authorized his assassination in order to punish him and make an example out of him. The files were supposedly destroyed but the local authorities had already placed copies of the files in their database. The local government then announced their findings to the world.

B: He was not working in accord with the South Lizasaurian government but was in fact working against them. Once the South Lizasaurian secret service smartened up to him he desperately fled, with INTEL not far behind him his capture was just what INTEL needed for the kill. The assailants left the files intact for the purpose of exposing Photo-Co as punishment for the corporations support for terrorists.

The deportation of all tourists and children from the Ryou Black Islands to their home nations is now required and must be completed within the time of two weeks as of now.
