Dyelli Beybi

OOC: This RP is basically going to be a 'cloak and dagger' type RP... with time travel!<size=1>TM</size> What we are looking for are people who might not mind having the Dyellian factions making merry in their past, present or future. Without giving anything away, one faction will be handing out the technology the Dyellians use quite freely while the other will be somewhat inclined to try to exterminate anyone who gets given it.
EMERGENCY TEMPORAL SHIFT DETECTED
The hard metalic voice echoed in the control room with a deafening clang that shattered the prior silence like a brick through a window at midnight. It caused Colonel Tudor, who had been dozing at his command desk to jerk forward suddenly, knocking his nearly full mug of tea across the floor. He winced, that would really piss off the cleaners... but now wasn't the time. He sat forward, pushing his palm down onto one of the many buttons on his comm link, "How long till it hits?"
FIFTY SEVEN SECONDS
"Bugger." he grunted, mashing his hand down on a second button, "First squad, gate room C now, this is not a drill."

Caitlin Davies stumbled forward as the world moved under her, the light was blinding, but as she blinked she could see a familiar concrete room, empty... then suddenly spilling full of familiarly uniformed soldiers. She was home.
"Identify yourself." a soldier in dark grey body armour had stepped forward, waving an assault rifle inches from her chest... the room seemed to be spinning.
She took a step back, the soldier seemed to divide into two, she blinked, trying to shake away the nausea, "Commisaar Davies, Blackbridge."
This was definitely Dyelli Beybi. Nobody else wore helmets with cheek guards, a computer unit just over the brow and a stylised extension at the back that made it look for all the world like a modernised 'Galic-G'.
"Stand down Corporal." Another man stepped forward. He was holding something, some kind of white box. Davies blinked, trying to focus.
Roughly the soldier grabbed a handful of her hair. She squwarked in protest as he dragged her face down, pushing the box against her eyes... a retinal scanner. For a few moments light danced in her eyes, serving only to increase her feeling of nausea.
There was a beeping noise, then the soldier withdrew the box, stepping back and saluting where a moment ago he'd been manhandling her into compliance, "Commisaar."
There was a hint of distaste in his voice, but right now Caitlin didn't care, "Message for high command...." she croaked, "What is the date?"
As the soldier gave the date, the hint of distaste even stronger now, Caitlin swore, "I need to see Colonel Tudor, now."

The Commisaar looked ready to vommit Tudor considered, watching the pretty young girl across the desk, he had last seen her two days ago, yet she looked like she had been away for far longer. Her eyes had aquired the haunted quality of those who had seen too much, she seemed harder, "Take your time." as he spoke he added the slight inflection that implied that it would really be appreciated if she didn't take her time.
"I've been away for two years Colonel. You think it's two days, and for everyone here it has been, but it has been two years for me. The emergency shift is pretty inaccurate, there are no coordinates, it just dumps you somewhere... I've been trying to get back for so long..."
"We gave you a beacon to set off, what happened to that?"
"It fell overboard when I was crossing the river Nile about 3000 years ago." the Commisaar grunted in reply, "But that isn't important. I don't quite know how the emergency shift works."
"It is designed to take you back here as quickly as possible following existing temporal trails." the Colonel replied, for the first time showing some interest in the Commisaar, or more accurately at the opportunity to discuss technology.
"Could say... someone else jumping throw you off?"
The Clonel considered this question then nodded, "I guess if enough people did it, they would 'muddly the field a bit', but I don't see how this is relevant..."
"Were you involved in the North War Colonel?"
"No." he shook his head, "Can't say I was."
"Are you briefed on Blackbridge?"
There was a nod.
"Okay Colonel, to put it simply, the 'Element' has become temporaly mobile again."
"Impossible." the Colonel snorted.
"How so Colonel?" Davies asked, "Anyway, the impossibility of this matter is irrelevant at the time. The Element is moving against us and we literally have all of time and space to hunt it across."
