A small man no older then 22 wearing a white T-shirt which read "Proud Italian" was standing in south Harpsworth Park in the center of Hobson City in Harpsworth Borough.
He was a prominent TV celebrity and well known to all Hobson city residents.
He had big brown eyes and short black hair swished back
He was Born in Hobson City but had Italian heratage.
"Welcome to Hobson City!" he said facing the Camera's
The Harpsworth Skyline was seen in the Background. The largest tower in Hobson city was seen in the background which was the Clouds Tower which was a historic building built in 1959.
"My name is Mario Baggio, I'll be your guide to Hobson city for any new fish that hope to move to the City that holds millions of dreams. 10.2 million infact. I'll start with the basics of real estate and the cheapost area's to rent or buy... So follow me" said the Confident young Hobson City resident....

"Now for all you newbies out there hoping to make a living in this fine city you will want to find an affordable property to live in and well to tell you the truth not many properties are really that cheap but some area's are cheaper then others, So lets start with real estate"
Mario was now walking down a small 2 lane street with brick walkups on eaither side and potted trees in the footpath along the street.
"This is Hemwick View on Carter Island, Prices in this area of town are quickly dropping and has the second cheapist property rents after Inlington. Carter Island is quite a large Borough with over 1.6 million inhabitants. The Night life well..... there is no night life in Carter Island but its a good starting point for beginners to Hobson City"
The Scene changes to inside a small apartment in one of the Brick walkups.
The walls were painted a light green and there was a wall heater situated under a window looking down on the street below.
The Flat contained a large open area (the Lounge) which Mario was standing in, a hallway which led down to a bedroom, a toilet and a small kitchen area.
The Flat was quite a small space.
"The flats in this Borough are mainly popular with young singles and as you can see, space can be an issue. A flat like this can cost from $210 to $300 a week. This flat costs $250 a week. But a flat in this area with a view of Hemwick across the Hobson River can cost about $300 a week"
"Just down the road a couple of minutes is a small Grocery store. Infact almost anywhere in Hobson a grocery store or deli is usually just around the corner"

Mario is now standing in an area surrounded with souless, brick projects and large 25 story apartments.
"Now if your a family looking to buy the projects offer quick, cheap living and your able to buy a 3 bedroom apartment for $100,000. Now the beauty of the neighborhood might not be....pretty but hey its in Hobson city so I'm sure many families would be willing to make the sacrafice"

Now Mario was standing in a basket ball court surrounding by graffitti covoured brick walkups with some more concrete block projects in the distance
"This is Inlington, most probably the most dangerious and rundown area of Hobson, It isnt appealing to the eye or attractive in anyway but it has the cheapest rental properties in the entire City"
Mario then point over to some windows in one of the rundown brick walkups
"That 2 bedroom flat there on the 4th floor, can be rented for just $90 a week. Besides the odd gunshot you might here almost everynight or the blood curdling scream the borough of Inlington isnt all that bad......Just kidding I exagerate it aint that bad at all"
The Camera then follows Mario walking down Barry Street, a central street in Inlington in the Robinson area, on the other side of the street is the Robinson Park
"A one bedroom flat in this area can be rented from $110-150 a week. The view of Robinson park is nice though dont walk alone in this park during nightime hours, infact try to stay off the streets of Inlington whenever possable"
