-Radios and televisions today were interrupted as Our Imperial Lord his Highness Leonus personally addressed the nation informing us of military action to be taken against our neighboring country, Hanharria.

"Recent intelligence has shown that Hanharria has been stockpiling equipment needed for weapons of mass destruction, violating our sovereignty by crossing our border illegally, and desecrating the environment by dumping waste in our most sensitive areas. After much deliberation, I have decided to issue an executive order authorizing a limited amount of military action to be taken against Hanharria."

As of now, only the 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 7th Cavalry Division and his Majesty's Imperial Fleet have been mobilized.-

A man runs up a long stairwell, gasping for breath.

"Emperor Asa Bakadu!" The man salutes another, taller man dressed lavishly in gold-plate armor.

"Yes? Be quick, slave!" The taller man scowls.

"The Empire of Noern war us 'cause he says we has weapons bigger than sword."

"What?! Rally the armies!"

The man steps out of the room, onto the balcony. He raises a horn already set upon that balcony and gives it a long blow.

"Emperor Asa Bakadu, our Divinely Chosen Prophet, has chosen to fight with our own fire!" A herald yells immediately after the horn finishes sounding.

The Emperor walks out onto the balcony, impaling the man with a spear. "You blew it a two seconds too long."

He turns to the herald. "I want you to find any countries who will support us. We need... what do you call those? Firearms?"

"So they're seriously going to try and fight us with untrained militias?"

"Well, other countries may come into the conflict if we aren't careful."

"A good point, Augustus. Try to engage selectively. Divert the fleet to support the armored spearhead."

"Yes, m'lord."

The massive armor-plated airship turned slowly in the sky, descending through the clouds, VTOL fighters swarming around it. On the ground below, a column of tanks, fighting vehicles, and APCs rolled steadily to the border, exhaust trailing into the sky.

The governing body of the Colonial Empire of The Royal Code here by pledge their defensive support to the nation of Hanharria. The nation has a right to exist, and no plausible evidence has been brought forth to speak of otherwise.

The CERC can and WILL commit large numbers of armed forces to secure Hanharria sovereignty, and if necessary, conquer and occupy the nation of Noern until a favorable government can be instituted.

The government and people of the Democratic Republic of Leistung have taken notice of the conflict occurring close to our maritime borders and wish to ask the question of if military action is justified against a low-tech nation which has shown no signs of WMD production. ( A press release has been held showing detailed photos of Hanharrian border crossings, however, Noern has remained mum on the subject of the WMDs.)

What other nation's produce is their business and their sovereignty must be respected. If there is no evidence that they are going to use this weapon on you or any other nation, then we have no choice but to defend them. We do not seek to invade your country. We only seek to protect a nation's sovereignty long enough for you to quit the invasion. Our policies don't discriminate on governing styles unless it goes on the verge of extremism so we have no problem in defending a dictatorship if they have no extreme deplorable acts to be committed (genocide, population control by execution, etc.).

Are these "border crossings" made by citizens or by military forces? On the topic of WMD's, this is a heinous accusation indeed. Unless we have an actual photographic evidence, the Bundeswehr will have to be relegated to peacekeeping and humanitarian efforts, though if any substantial evidence is presented, we may be willing to change our stance.

The Leistung Bundeswehr will commit 6,000 armed peacekeepers to protect the civilians of Hanharria, though they will work under strict international law. They must not be attacked by either party, and they will not support either party. In addition to military forces, the BEHS (Blue Eagle Humanitarian Service, funded by Leistung) will be moving in medical personnel. We trust that they will be given an appropriate level of protection and be treated as non-combatants.

The Colonial Empire of The Royal Code is willing to issue a one-time opportunity for the military forces of Noern to stand down, without further hesitation or acts of aggression.

The tiny nation of Noern will be nothing more than a day of glorified target practice for the mammoth that is the Royal Military. The tiny standing army of Noern shall be pushed aside without a second thought, and the nation razed to the ground.

The following footage was captured upon a cell phone's camera from a tourist visiting the Hanharrian capital of Miraa, Sector 02:

Locals in plain-clothing are seen arming themselves with anything manageable as a weapon: poles, street signs, forks, pencils, et cetera.

The Hanharrian Militia is seen in their green uniform, stained with blood, armed with swords and slaughtering the local population, while the camera captures fellow tourists in shock and awe.

We have considered this but was are the grounds of war besides production of nuclear weapons? If you believe that it will be used in war, then we will change our stance to mostly peacekeeping between both nations. We will have some missile defenses between the borders in case of a firing of a WMD from a secret nuclear missile silo. Although, if our stance is changed we ask that you do not attack during the secret civilian rescue operations. If you believe there is mistreatment to civilians, please describe them to us and if there is any evidence of this, please send us this.
