Today, Sandra M. Dévnostraéva President of the Californian Commonwealth unveiled plans to form a new alliance to be named the Coalition of Economically & Strategically Aligned Nations, also known by its acronym CESAN. “With this alliance I am placing an open invitation to any and all who wishes to join this alliance. It is my pride and passion to unveil CESAN to the world. And may this alliance retain the values it has sworn to uphold.”

This alliance interests us. After we finish reading the charter we will give you our definate answer on whether or not we shall join. At the moment we are heavily considering it.

We wish to express intrest in joining CESAN. However, first we wish to make sure there is no requirement to improve political/civil rights. There is none mentioned in the charter but we are meerly making sure that is not a typing eror.

There are no requirements as far as improving political or civil rights go.
