Official message from Conserative morality.
To: All mercenary groups and individual mercenaries.
We have been chasing a criminal known only as "1314" for years. He has cost us trillions of Tiosles, and countless lives, talking about "Revenge" and how he's "Righting wrongs". he is, quite simply, a madman and a lunatic. However, he is a intelligent and skilled madman nevertheless, and has defeated every attempt by a government employee to catch him. It's gotten to the point where many government officials regard a sighting of "1314" as a death sentence, and many soldiers outright refuse to hunt after "1314", even if they would(And have) go(ne) into a hailstorm of bullets for the government in any other case. Therefore, we are requesting that any mercenary or mercenary group, or anyone who wants the money, to hunt after 1314 for us. Details are below.
Name: Unknown, goes by 1314.
Age: Unknown, impossible to figure out.
Appearance: Glowing red eyes, no pupils. Most of the face is bandaged, as well as hands and arms. What little skin that can be seen seems an almost parchment yellow. Wears a tattered Grey shirt and long Grey pants.
Weapons: A pistol of some sort, a sniper rifle, and a small knife of an unknown substance(Possibly nanomachines.)
Bio: Unknown. Very unstable.
Crimes: Disturbance of the peace, murder, attempted murder, Assualt, battery, manslaughter, low treason, high treason, theft, Arson, destruction of private property, Destruction of public property, Harassment, Harassment of a government official, Kidnapping, trespassing, vandalism, obstruction of justice, conspiracy,Aiding and Abetting, computer crime, stalking.
Notes: He seems to contain some form of telekinesis, is able to manipulate memories for short periods of time, and is an excellent shot. Do NOT underestimate him.
Reward: 5 Trillion tiosles (2.7 trillion USD)
OOC: Fill the following form to sign up. RPing will begin some time tommorow.

OOC: Nothing better to do, so I'll test my luck in getting people killed. If you don't mind, I will be entering a team.
Mercenary group: Incendia Nex Revolution
"Fire cleanses the soul."
Name: Nyak Mil'Tanuk
Appearance: Standing 5' 5", Nyak is most notable for his scruffy black beard and close-trimmed haircut. Often seen dressed in black with trenchcoat.
Age: 32
Skills: Master of hand-to-hand combat and the gunkata.
Equipment: 3x balanced throwing knife, 2x combat knife, 2x 'recoiless' pistol
Short bio: Having joined Incendia Nex Revolution at a young age, Nyak has become a dedicated young individual whose entire life revolves around his next mission and his next goal. Training with the Incendia Nex Revolution, Nyak has come to master the gunkata in addition to dozens of forms of armed and un-armed hand to hand combat; all lethal.
Seeking the rich bounty for '1314', INR selected Nyak as the sub-team leader for his natural ability to operate well under duress and prior experience with command. The young mans right arm is partially bionic, allowing him to tap up to 20,000psi of 'hidden strength' [a human skull crushes at 10,000].
Name: Yun Myun He
Appearance: Standing 6' 1", Yun is most easily recognized by his eyepatch and smooth skin. His body is completely hairless from the waist up.
Age: 45
Skills: Master of explosives and pyrotechnics
Equipment: Explosives and pyrotechnics kit, grenade launcher, pistol
Short bio: A long-time veteran of INR, Yun Myun He has dabbled in all arts of explosives and subsequently pyrotechnics. From improvised devices to the latest top-of-the-market flamethrower Yun knows them all far better than the back of his hand.
His body full of re-constructive nanites, Yun has the limited capability to regenerate. This is most notable in the fact that despite a record of being caught in his own art, Yun has no burns.
Name: "Sha"
Appearance: Standing 4' 1", "Shal" is one of the few female field operatives of INR. Her extraordinarily average appearance, though short stature, is broken only by the eyepatch over her right eye.
Age: N/A
Skills: Distinguished Expert
Equipment: Combat knife, Claymore style mine, Sniper rifle
Short bio: Known only as "Sha", this young women hails from the deepest and deadliest sects of INR. Feared by friend and foe alike, 'Sha' is a silent and ruthlessly effective killer. Her sniper rifle, normally effective out to 2km, can be fired as far as the horizon thanks to a ballistics camera and suite implanted into her head and hidden behind her eyepatch.
It is rumored the cavity for the system was not created by a surgeon, and was actually the price of a failed mission in her early years with INR. Catscans have shown the sections of the brain responsible for compassion and morality are completely unresponsive; making her a brutally efficient killer. Regardless the consequences.
Name: "Tren"
Appearance: Standing 5' 9", "Tren" has an average appearance that is everything but exciting. Brown eyes compliment black hair, which frames a pouty face in a painfully maintained spike-cut.
Age: N/A
Skills: Command.
Equipment: Repulse gloves
Short bio: A member of the same sect as "Sha", "Tren" was selected to lead the INR team against '1314'. In the early years of his career, "Tren" proved his brutal efficiency in command and ability to react to even extraordinary situations with a cool and composed demeanor. In his 50 years of recorded service, "Tren" has never once lost his temper or composition.
His average appearance hides millions of dollars of bionic upgrades. Supplementary processors and storage centers allow "Tren" to store, remember, recall, and process nearly twenty times the amount of information as the normal human while artificial eyes allow him to examine situations through a multitude of spectrum's.
His bionic upgrades often under-attack by his own immune system, "Tren" is also infused with a near-lethal amount of re-constructive nano-bots. When his immune system is not on the move against his own body, the sheer amount of nanites in his body can be observed as even multiple 'severe' wounds heal in a matter of minutes.
Wielding no traditional weapons "Tren" wears a pair of repulse gloves that can produce a force as soft as a feather tap to as extreme as a full-speed semi-truck.
Mu Cephei

I haven't been on NS for awhile due to some "issues" so I am a little behind on my pet project. A PMC called Mu Cephei International that I have been working of for awhile now; so I am a little confused about what is going on, but none the less. I would like to join.
Name[s]: Earl, Charlie, Bob, Jack, Eliza, and John
Mercenary group? Yes
-If so, what is the name? Mu Cephei International (MUCEIN)
Appearance: Various (will be described in IC post)
Age: Various, but ranges between late twenties-to-mid thirties
Skills: Various (will be described in IC post), but includes gunmen, techie, sharpshooter, demolition, etc. All mercs have nanomachines in them, but not the uber ones which magically grants them the power to make 1 equal 0. The nanos offer slightly improved abilities both physical and mental. With perks like a better immune system, better emotional/hormonal control, improved senses, better memory, easier access to information, etc.
Equipment: Depends on role within the unit, but will be your basic US/Euro equipment.
Short bio: As members of the temporary Task Force Eighteen. These six specialist are all highly trained soldiers regardless of the fact none of them has ever served a national army before. They are simply in it for money (which MUCEIN has offered to give them 20% of as pay for the mission and 10% for when they retire plus many other benefits) and they have no other reason for doing the mission.
Other characters might be introduce, but they will play a small role and will only be around to further the actions of the main characters (helicopter pilots to transport them place to place, their boss, intelligence officer, etc.).

OOC:Both of you are accepted. Very good character detail Sulaymaan!
Mu Cephei, what's going on is:
One psycho radical anarchist/radical anti-clone advocate (Radical here meaning lots of explosives and lead:p) One government who wants him dead for obvious reasons (All the charges are true by the way)

And here's the funny part, my agents have seen hi before, many many times. Two of my agents couldn't be bothered to finish him and another one just got bored. The bored one is Virus, who is back to finish the job.
Greal will be posting an application soon.
I may post an application later... I'm just not good with PMT.
Would a vampire mercenary be OK?
And I assume that you're RPing 1314.

No, that's brilliant, crafty, and being extremely... ugh, what's the word for being able to use... resoursful! There it is, that's being very resourcesul, now if he was enjoying it immencly while screeming non-sensical gibberish about Area 51. That would be psychotic. He's actually quite sane.
Belschaft
26-06-2008, 20:58
Asdie from the bit where he has no memory, has nightmares asleep and awake, and goes on several muderous rampages across europe, north africa and the US?
Greywatch
26-06-2008, 21:02
Murderous rampages? Psshaw! That's murderous then, nightmares-a lot of people have, memory-they explain that I do believe. Still doens't make him psychotic, he isn't insane, he's an assassin trying to figure out why the world is trying to kill him, and he has no fricking memory to help him. So yeah, if a whole lotta ppl were trying to kill me and they were all over the world, I had no memory, but I did have superior fighting skill, I'd prolly do the same thing in my quest for answers. :D
Belschaft
26-06-2008, 21:15
And you'd prolly be classified as a frickin psycho.
Greywatch
26-06-2008, 21:19
Then obviously people don't know what psycho means... psycho is when you don't know the different between right and wrong. So I'd actually prolly be a sociopath, know the difference and don't care. Making me not psychotic at all cause I'd actually be very sane.
Belschaft
26-06-2008, 21:21
And I don't care. If you really do care this much though, I will change it. Just for you. Happy now you psycho?

E! is an entertainment network channel here in the states. Its crap, mostly, and mainly talks about celebraties and pop culture and so forth. Sexy and scadelous stuff. The Soup is a show on E! that makes fun of E! because of how ridiculous the channel is. Basically.

Greywatch
27-06-2008, 15:32
The only difference is that American satire is more obvious and out there and Britsh satire is more subtle. Bost are great, depends on what suits you. Like The Daily show with Jon Stewart is really funny at times, depending of course on what you consider funny.

There are several things wrong with this.
1- I was in Zimbabwe - Why? Are you a mugabe sypathiser or something? Plus, how the hell did you get English TV in Zimbwe? Mugabe has banned our networks from entering or broadcasting there. Were literally having to sneak in foreign corespondents to criticize him.
2 - terrible sin - Against who exactly?
3 - the wrong side of the road - It's the right side. You just don't realise it. Check who had cars first, the UK or US.
4 - my favorite British show is still Doctor Who - Why in the name of Bob? Just why?
Greywatch
27-06-2008, 21:24
There's nothing wrong with it at all actually. You're simply over-interpretting, if you want details, that's one thing. I was just putting a few random thoughts out there.
1: I fracking lived in Zim for 4 years, my grandmother worked with USAID, and FYI, I would f@cking kill you if I knew where you lived for even thinking I like Mugabe, hes I f@cking prick who should be out of office.
And, smart one, that may be now but whilest I was living there, I got DSR (Or at least that's what I remember it being called). It came from SA, its very similar to comcast here in the states or whatever the British equivilent to comcast it, like cable but oh so much better.
I got international (albeit, mostly American) shows while I lived in Zimbabwe, thankyouverymuch. And in case you haven't notcied, I take great offense to the Mugabe supporter thing.:upyours:
2+3: Against everynone. And hence the jk = just kidding
4: I like Dr. Who cause its a good show, it has sci-fi, which is just a good genre in my opinion, a decent storyline, and you don't have to watch every episode to get a general sense of what's going on.

27-06-2008, 22:51

27-06-2008, 23:54
Not bad, and in context. Can i get your opinion on something?
Taskforce- Endo Pacific
- 2 x Defiant class supercarriers (Renamed Nimitz class for own purposes)
BCS Triumph
BCS Invincible
- 2 x Carrier Air Wing (Simplified from US Carrier Air Wing’s)
10 x Strike Fighter Squadrons of F22-N Seabirds (F22 adapted for Carrier use) (120 jets)
Various suport craft, ranging from AWACS to transport helicopters (Total 30)
- 2 x Destroyer Squadrons
11 x Zumwalt class destroyer
- 3 x Katara class attack submarines (Los Angeles Class)
- 2 x fast combat support ship (no specific class)
- 1 x Belschaft Army Amphibious Assault Unit
4 x Wasp class amphibious assault ship
5,000 Tactical Combat Assault soldiers
30 M1 Abrams main battle tanks

Bear in mind this a first atempt at a naval taskforce, and a basic one at that. I've tried to keep it simple. Comments?
Greywatch
28-06-2008, 02:16
Yeah, that actually looks like a pretty formidable force. I can only assume though, I actually RPed my nation as being landlocked simply because I couldn't be bothered with navy. Maybe a few stats like size and # of guns, even though I think that counts as Stat-wanking, would help. Though for a basic sea based assualt unit, that seems pretty solid and simple.
