IC: No one expected that the events of this day could happen in such a calm system as this.

No one would have belived anything could come from the great emptyness of the dark space.

This is why they were able to destroy us. In our ignorance we turned a blind eye to thier fleets, realizing too late that they could threghten us.

We are the last survivers of the Dragona planet Torn and our time is running out. We send you this message as a warning. They ARE here, they DO exist. And rest assured They are coming.
ok, now the sighn up stuff.
Basicly the Dragona are under attack, again. This time a species has emerged from a region of space that has never returned the countless vessles the Dragona have lost there and is now on a cruisade to wipe out the Dragona, seeing them as impure and unholey in the eyes of thier 'great masters'.

Aparently the reason the dark space is unexplored is because this species has been preying on the scouts that entered it. When warships went in, they were evidently destroyed by this species that has canabolized Dragona technology.

I can't really think what to have as a template but i would prefer it if I was at least given a brief overview of your intentions in the RP (Agresser, trying to take advantage of the situation OR protecter, trying to help the Dragona repel this new threght that will not rest untill every life form lyes dead at thier feet.) and please specify who, if any one, you are fighting along side. Also please post a list of the ships (or at least thier classes) that you will be sending to the colony (if im lucky the IC for this may be able to open into a proper series :)).

BUMP

Ok, iv devoloped the idea a bit more.
The aliens are called the Scaar (http://www.public.iastate.edu/~davshan/wolf/werewolf3.jpg) and whilst thier vesles look like they are crudely cobled together from scrap, they are quite powerful. This coupled with thier overwelming fleet sizes render then a considerable threght.
