Volga, The Northern Baltic
"Fifteen minutes ago the government just suspended Congress. Congress was planning to vote on suspending the Ruling Council's rapid Capitalist Market Reforms."

The news spread like wildfire. It did not take long for the news to reach the ears of Boris Vladimir Pushinish, the leader of The United Worker's Party, a Communist organization. Over the recent weeks, Boris gained popularity for denouncing the Capitalist market reforms and authoritarian actions of the newly elected administration. Now, he stood ready. Through mass emails and phone calls, the UWP sprang into action. Within a few hours, a massive march was planned on the Volga, the seat of the government.

In fear, the government called for the police and military to blockade all roads in and out of the city. The Police set up blockades, but when the order came to fend off the protesters, the Police and Army simply joined their Comrades in arms. As the protesters marched closer and closer to the center of the city, they encountered some resistance in the form of Army personal loyal to the newly elected government. Weapons were passed out and the resistance was quickly eliminated. As the protesters gained entry to the 5 block radius of the capitol, they encountered heavier armed resistance: mercenaries and tanks began to engage the protesters, but the protesters were quickly joined by T-64U tanks, over 300 of them taken from People's Guard Reserves. The protesters quickly overran the capitol and eliminated any remaining existence. The government members were captured and put in jail.

Boris Vladimir Pushinish stood up top of the capitol steps along with the other leading members of the UWP. "Today", he said, "We have a new beginning. A stonger beginning. These Capitalists tried to oppress us, but today let us announce her and let us announce to everyone that OPPRESSION IS NOT TOLERABLE. WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!" A chorus of cheers rang through the crowd.

Democracy was immediately restored and elections were to be called in a month for newly elected representatives. All indsutries were seized by the State and all of the Mafia's assets were frozen and seized. The media was opened up again and, for the first time in weeks, people could listen to unfiltered news.

Shujun, The Northern Baltic
One of the first measures of the new government was to give Shujun the autonomous powers she desired. The Shujunese Ultra nationalists (Shujunese Liberation Party) quickly laid down their weapons after this was passed. However, many of them turned to their neighbor, Leocardia. Former SLP fighters entered the capitol of Leocardia undercover, armed with Vz. 61 Skorpions and/or Type 79 rocket launchers, the Shujunese were prepared, with Northern Baltic help, to liberate their brothers and sisters. The people of Leocardia were oppressed. They needed liberation.

The Baltic government in Volga, which in
the wake of the Second Baltic War had
come under the control of a reformist
group, was toppled in the midst of violent
street fighting by a hardline Communist
uprising. Coup leader Boris Pushinish, who
is not believed to enjoy widespread
support in the USSNB outside Volga,
called in a speech from the steps of the
Capitol to export the revolution to other
countries, apparently in hopes of forging
a new worldwide Communist bloc. The
President, however, called for Pushinish to
return power to the rightful government
in Volga and to give up his armed rebellion
before the USSNB and the region are
plunged into further chaos and oppression.

KiK Building, capitol building of Leocardia
The Shujunese fighters entered the KiK Building with little resistance. They were stopped by Entrance Security, but eliminated them with the quick use of their Skorpions hidden under their light sport jackets. CCTV cameras filmed every motive they used as they moved swiftly through the capitol entrance and toward the capitol mainframe of the building. Each hall, each floor they reached by, they encountered capitol security resistance, but they were unharmed due to their civilian outfits and the use of the capitol as a tourist attraction.

While in the capitol building of his office, Jason Batista was warned by his bodyguards that unidentified assassins had entered the building in a group of thirty and is heading his office. This sent increasing alert for Batista and had requested an emergency helicopter evacuation to Junia, a Leocardian commonwealth 500km off the coast of the mainland. Junia is known for its military state, in which will most likely be the most suitable place for Leocardia's president to hide in.

The sovereign nations of Shujun and The Northern Baltic denounces the President of New Manth in facilitating hatred towards democracy. President al-Baradei, in voicing his opinion, clearly shows a failure to truly grasp the situation that has taken place in The Northern Baltic and Shujun. We regard him as an imperialist threat to our nation's stability and democracy, though, to prove our nation's case that we are not a, 'setback for peace and freedom', we hereby offer President al-Baradei a tour of our nation on our One Month Anniversary. The group of men proceeded down the hallway. They spotted several guards a hundred meters away and quickly took cover behind pillars. Bao poked his head from behind the pillar and saw the guards moving towards him. In a flurry of hand motions, he commanded several other squad members to open fire. Several other squad members laid down a quick burst of automatic fire and dropped the guards. Now they had to move quickly. Eliminating five more guards, they came to the door of the office.
"It's locked. Stand back", Bao ordered.
The other troops stood well away from the door as Jia produced a Type 79 rocket launcher and fired it at the door. The door simply shattered and the rocket made a quick exit through the window, hitting the top of the window and not making contact with anyone. A combination of smoke and dust filled the room. Several flash bangs were thrown into the room and Bao shouted out an order a few seconds after, "Surrender!"

Two bodyguards, Jeff and Mike, hid behind the office desk where Jason worked and signed his vetoes. With only QBZ92 pistols out, they readied their focus at the assassins, whereas Jason was hiding with his QBZ95 rifle.

At the moment the assassins shouted for surrendering, the guards instantly turned their sides on the President Jason Batista, who held his QBZ95 rifle ready to fire. He panicked and still had his rifle up. "What the hell? I thought we were in this together?" Jason yelled at his guards.

"Tides shifted. We liked you better when you had Leocardia's Communist Party."

The Next Day, KiK City
News billboards all over Leocardia had switched to the Communist slogan it had once used before Batista's Political Reformation Act, which entirely made the nation into a Dynasty. The army, who had received the recent news that Shujunese liberators had brought Communism back to Leocardia, had not only cheered, but cried in joy that the Leocardian dream is back on its feet.

A massive military parade stormed through the streets of Leocardia, with its Communist red star helmets and complete set of armor, the old times had came back to Leocardia. The classical national anthem also played through the streets... Leocardia had denounced its Dynastic Warriors to execution and communism was forced to be praised until death.

OOC: Can there be a post telling the general layout of the Nothern Baltic, leocardia and Shunjun? For example, which are on the ocean, which borders which, which is mountainous, etc.

Leocardia
Only several days after the Shujunese established the Communist government did they begin the transition to democracy. Leocardia had not seen democracy for many years, and thus, the road to democracy would not be a simple one, but it would be completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. In a few weeks, a mock election would be held, and, in one month, the official elections would be held, using Northern Baltic style democracy. Meanwhile, people were given personal freedoms (freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, etc.,). This was also accompanied by large sums of money being put aside for public works projects. Roads, schools, hospitals, even street signs were planned. They were designed to represent a New Era of Leocardian history. An era of prosperity, of power, and, above all, of the Revolution.

We will agree to have your visitors, however, we ask that they be sent on our three month anniversary to allow us some time to clean up many of the problems the past administration has caused.

IC: If our Revolution were to truly fail and we were to oppress our people, certainly there would be mass resistance, as there was when the former government attempted to end democracy. While we would not object to your visit now, we would prefer if you chose to arrive for our three month anniversary.

Director Fransisco sat in his chair as the aides explained everything going on, after all, it the TAP war against those allies was the largest naval conflict in Mokan history, and what happens to the enemies from it was of high importance to the governments Intel units.

"Very well, keep a low profile investigation going on.Perhaps we can all sleep a little better now that we are on good terms with another former enemy."

The jailed Jason Batista, who was captured and arrested by terrorist fighters, delivered the exiled leader to the nearest prison. However, sources obtained by the Leocardian Communist Party tracked his whereabouts and ambushed the escort to the jailed destination. 150 Communist loyals fired and destroyed the escort car(s) and freed the suspected prisoned Jason Batista on his way to a maximum security prison.

With his freedom granted by his loyals, he was about to retrieve his QBZ95, and his hideout was given to him by his loyals.

Volga, The Northern Baltic
In a speech today in the capitol, Head Council Member Boris Vladimir Pushinish again called for all workers to unite under one banner, but this time, he suggested the creation of a pact between Leocardia, Shujun, The Northern Baltic, and any other nations that might join the revolution. His suggestion was greeted by rounds of applause across The Northern Baltic and Shujun.

In another statement later today, Boris Vladimir Pushinish brought up the idea of a meeting of Socialist nations and movements from around the world in the soon-to-be-completed Red Star Island (http://www.hemmy.net/images/travel/crystalislandrendering.jpg). He also expressed dismay in the escape of the former dictator, Jason Batista, from Leocardian hands. When questioned if The Northern Baltic would interfere, Mr. Pushinish replied that it was an internal problem unless Leocardia asked for assistance. When closing his speech, Mr. Pushinish did not fail to point out that Leocardian elections would be held soon, for the first time in many years, and went on to say that he, and the other members of the Central Planning Committee were very proud of Leocardian democracy being constructed this quickly.

SIC:

Jason was escorted secretly to a dark room. Inside the dark room, humidity and dryness made a circling formation. The lights of the room were dim, and it was purposely dim. Inside, sat six men, all in their looks of being involved in something of misconduct. There Jason sat on the first empty seat he saw and leaned on the table.

Welcome Batista, I hope you enjoyed our ambush for your escape. The Leocardian Communist Party is under your leadership, we await your orders. One of the men said, standing up, greeting his loyalty to Jason. I would like to inform you that we are at the current 4 million rebel army-strong. And we will pledge loyalty to you and your ideas of our way back to power.

Just after he said that, Jason let out a deep sigh. Leocardia is not what it used to. We are simply being baffled by foreign powers and our stability has grown weaker. The reason why I was taken out of office so quickly was because of those damn dynasty chiggas turned sides on me. I was outnumbered, and there was nothing I could do.

Another man stood up. You can take action now. Now is the time to fight back what was once ours, and your throne awaits. We will be your loyal bodyguards, ones who won't turn sides on you, and you will be safe as long as our gun is by our side. The man assured him. I am Ryan Higa, I am on your side.

With more confidence, Batista was still diminished. He couldn't stand the fact he would need to fight again. He had been through many battles, many hardships and successes, and now he has to fight once again for his throne. He got up and went straight to his QBZ95 rifle and grabbed it. Very well. From now on, our hideouts will be scattered all over Leocardia. If the puppet regime finds one of our hideouts, we will be able to run to another and organize more attacks. From now on, the Worker's Party Liberation is in session!

Leocardia
Elections were announced to be held in a week. School clubs and small local groups would vote on a leader and then that leader would go to a city assembly, where they would vote on a leader, then that leader would go on to a district meeting where they would vote on a leader, etc., until finally, the leaders that were left (in a nation-wide meeting) would form a Congress, and they would nominate people and vote. The seven individuals with the most votes would form a Central Committee. If there was a tie between two candidates, the entire assembly would vote on just those two people to, hopefully, break the tie.

Comrade Generalleutnant Heinrich Gudendorf entered the Baltic Command Center accompanied on each side by a Wanderjarian man. Dressed in his combat uniform, Wanderjar Pattern fatigues and tactical vest fitted with numerous ammunition pouches and several grenade links, he and his likewise clothed entourage met with the Baltic Commander who had been waiting for them.

In heavily accented Baltic he said, “Comrade, I believe you were looking for volunteers? I am Lieutenant General Gudendorf of the Revolutionary People’s Army of Wanderjar, having escaped with my District Command Force before the Fascists took power. These men to my left and right are Obersts, or Colonel’s in your language, and two of my finest Regimental Commanders. Now, we are more than willing to send our entire force to your position if you will transport us. We are two million men strong, from all across the former Commonwealth, and have a good store of general equipment, ergo small arms, anti-tank weaponry, and the like. What we are short on, is armoured vehicles, tanks, and such as those. We have the men to use them, but not the…stuff…to use. Facilitate us and I’ll provide you with sufficient, highly combat experienced soldiers. These men have fought in many of the Reich’s wars, and are highly experienced even to the “newest” soldier in our force. Take the remainder of our men here, and we’re all yours.” With that he stood back, fixing the red beret adorning his scalp while his comrade Colonel to the left removed a scarlet bandana from his.

A young, clean shaved man saluted and welcomed them to The Northern Baltic. An older bearded man wearing dark sunglasses laughed before downing a shot of vodka from his hip flask. As he got up from his chair, he staggered a little, struggling to maintain his balance.
"Comrades!" he announced in a deep voice typical of The Northern Baltic. "Welcome... to... our country!" he gave the General a manly hug and smiled at the two men standing next to the General. "Now Comrades... we are all... good men here... we are all men..." he fumbled through his pockets to produce a small copy of the Manifesto "... of the faith... of course we all..." he took another swig from his flask "want REVOLUTION!" his voice boomed to emphasize the last word. "But... Comrades..." he staggered sideways and held onto the wall to prevent himself from falling down "how... can we... Comrades... stop the Capital... ist" at this point, his mouth produced a loud hiccup which was heard across the room "war machi...ne?" He then proceeded to collapse on the floor and was carried away by aides.

The room broke out into a chorus of laughter, which continued until a middle aged man wearing a short black beard appeared in the middle of the room. The room feel silent and salutes were given. After a few seconds of pure silence, the man broke out in laughter and announced, "Looks like we won't be seeing Captain Portenski for awhile!" The laughter broke out again.

When the room was quiet again, the young, clean shaved man that had saluted before motioned the middle aged man over to the General standing at the doorway. "Greetings Comrade General. I am Comrade Commander General Losev. Lt. Pasha informed me of your situation. We would be honored to have you and your men join our ranks. I've been informed that we can provide housing. We have enough housing for all of your men. Lt. Pasha will show your men to their housing. I will personally make sure your men have everything they need. Long live the Revolution, Comrade!"
