Alright lets do it right this time! Same nations though I'll drop all the powers. Except flying 'cuz I like that!

Okay here is the info from the first thread.

OCC: My basic plan here is to get other FT (Future Tech) nations to know one another. The story line can be what ever you want. It is located in the very Star System that Earth is in. Basically the point is to enslave the resources of the Star System and this might come at the risk of being fought off by other rival nations and of course, the original inhabitants of the planet. Also, Earth in this RP is a barren wasteland with few humans (around 100,000) remaining and even fewer animals. Give info on your race and its technology before you start RPing so that everyone knows what their up against. Also give fleet info. And remember keep your fleet a reasonable size, because unless you live in the Sol System itself or very close by, your fleet will be mostly scouts but you may bring what every class of ship you want. Just as long as you keep the size in check. Also if your race is like mine (mine are the Saiyans) and have special powers or can transform, don't make them unbeatable.

Description: A proud people originally a barbaric tribe on Planet Tuffle. During the night of the full moon ,which only happens once every 10 years, the Saiyans transformed into Giant Oozaru (Monkeys) and took over the world renaming it Planet Vegeta. Hundreds of years later an evil Space Tyrant destroyed their world, leaving only around 100,000 Saiyans left. Since then the population has grown into 5 million and is still growing today.

Technology:
Scouters- Can detect the strength of a being of any race. Also can be used to bring up maps of an area or as a communication device.

Saiyan Armor- Light weight but extremely strong. This armor can withstand planetary explosions though pure plasma is its weakness.

Energy Guns- They are strapped to a Saiyan's arm. Thy are the basic weaponry of the (realistic) Saiyan race.

Ships:
Saiyan Pod: A small sphere shaped craft that seats one person. It is equipt with a hyperdrive.



Saiyan Fighter: Shaped like a sphere, it is a modified Saiyan pod equip with tri laser cannons and torpedo bombs.

Saiyan Capital Ship: Designed exactly like the Imperial Star Destroyer the only difference is the location of the bridge, which is located near the engines.

Replicators are small spider like robots, about 2.5 feet wide and maybe a foot tall, that can spray an acid to eat threw any metal and then it uses the materials the replicate more of themselves using small blocks about the size of a centimeter cube.

OOC: Aaargh! I would have had this all up yesterday afternoon but Jolt was out the entire rest of the night! I'll just put up my info along with the intro post I wrote yesterday.

Name: The Aletes
Races: Human, Eldren, Kzin, Zap

Description: The Aletes are a nation of interstellar mercenaries and engineers, originally inhabiting only the mobile moon-base Eos but since then spilling out into several star systems. They are a widely mixed people, the four dominant races being humans, Eldren, Kzin, and Zaps, as well as thousands of AI personalities that inhabit their ships and homes. Being somewhat amoral mercenaries, no self-respecting Aletes ever goes anywhere unarmed, and they have a definite attraction to possessing ludicrous amounts of firepower.

Humans: Much the same as humans elsewhere, but often with some genetic differences that vary by Aletes population – usually increased radiation tolerance and other minor adaptations to space conditions.

Eldren: Slender elf-like beings with limited telepathic and telekinetic abilities, presence and strength varying by individual. They tend to be pale-skinned and golden-haired, with large slanted eyes in a variety of pale pastel colors. Their ears are pointed and more sensitive than a human’s, but less sensitive than a Kzin’s.

Kzinti: Fierce aliens resembling humanoid tigers. Kzinti have an honor-bound fanatically militaristic culture centered on war and combat; they are quite intelligent, but still very much affected by senses and hunting instinct. A typical Kzin stands about 7 feet tall and weighs around 500 pounds, due to extremely dense and well-developed musculature and a heavier and more complex skeleton compared to humans and Eldren. Their senses of hearing and smell are vastly sharper than humans’, and their reflexes are much faster. They can move on two or four legs with equal ease.

Zaps: Small aliens that resemble bristly beach balls with arms and pseudopod feet. ‘Zap’ is the human slang term that has become commonplace among all Aletes, since their real name for themselves is unpronounceable in human, Eldren, and Kzin speech. Zaps see and communicate via electrical signals and most forms of electromagnetic radiation, and thus have to wear translator devices that translate their electrical signals into audible speech when working with the other races among the Aletes. They have a knack for tinkering and 'junkyard engineering.'

Tech: A hodgepodge of the previous knowledge of the different races, and everything they've since been able to produce in a few centuries of non-stop tinkering. The most common armaments on their ships include: hyperkinetic and relativistic weapons, x-ray and gamma-ray lasers, and of course their own reaction drives.

IC: A dozen spatial rifts crackled open a light-minute outside the Sol system, each vomiting forth a vessel of the Aletian prospecting fleet. Nine of the ships were prospecting and mining craft, mostly sensor arrays with crew quarters and cargo bays full of satellites and surveying equipment. Acting as watchdogs for the expedition were the battlecruiser Preemptive Counterattack, and her two picket frigates Change of Faith and Fatal Curiosity. The Aletian warships weren't pretty by any standards, but bristled with weaponry and the odds and ends of functioning starships: railgun snouts, point defense batteries, laser emitters, solar sails, radiator fins, ramscoop toruses, all starkly illuminated in the sun-like glare of their reaction exhausts.

"All vessels have made successful jump," reported Daphne, one of the Preemptive's resident AI's, her voice chiming blissfully through the bridge. "Current speed is .2 light, system solar activity is at a low, and the captain's underpants today are pink with lace."

Captain Nadia Petralona ground her teeth where she lay in her command creche, which was about all anyone could do about the impertinence that seemed to be part of Aletian AI's' base code. No one else on the bridge dared make a sound for an awkward moment, before returning to normal post-jump activity.

"Give me a full sweep, Sensor Operator," Nadia snapped at the huge Kzin several creches down. The orange alien was the center of a rat's nest of cables and umbilicals, all hardwired into the operator's cap and goggles. "Check astronomics and tell me we're in the right place."

OOC: also, energy based weapons do not phase them, if you didn't know...



IC:

Space Debris was a very common thing, one simply cannot fathom the amount of junk floating around aimlessly in space. Be it balls of ice, dirt, metal junk, or small spider like robots bent on eating everything they could find. Three Replicators held together as they floated into the gravitational pull of a small barren moon like planet. A connection to the hive would tell them that it was called "pluto." Unfortunately they could not guide themselves and eventually slammed into the ground. Shattering the spiders spreading their blocks all over the surface of the small planet. For a minute everything was still again. Until the blocks began pulling back together, recreating two spiders, the third was to badly scattered to re-animate, leaving the duty of his to parthers to find his blocks and help him recreate.....

Ten Saiyan pods roared to the surface of Pluto. The men slowly climbed out of the pods. One of them was a 16 year old boy (because in Saiyan culture boys and girls and really the whole population is in the military). Using his scouter, the captain, Yori, scanned for the caverns where the diamonds were supposed to be.

Yori: "Sweet Moses this place is cold! To the north about 10 clicks is our target. Remember we have a little over two days to get 2 tons of Plutonian diamond. Then the fleet will pull out for the next planet."

The ten men took of flying in the direction of the diamond caverns.

"Astronomical patterns match, Nadia-Captain," Sensor Operator reported quickly. "I...I see energy signatures clustered around the system's farthest planetoid," the big alien continued, his voice carrying an undercurrent of awe; for such a predatory species as the Kzinti, having one's senses multiplied a thousandfold by being hardwired into a warship's sensor arrays was always a transcendent experience. "A great fleet... seven eights and two vessels, capital class."

"Christ, someone beat us here?" Nadia's temper was generally a spectrum of increasingly bad moods, and bumps in the road of a smooth operation was her pet peeve to crown all pet peeves. "What the hell could warrant a sixty-vessel task force on that rock?"

"We're running a spectrometer sweep, Captain," David Gustafson, chief of the surveying team, reported from his vessel Waltzing Aristophanes. "If it's a mineral they're after, it'll be of interest to us too."

"I'm gonna hold back until I get a good reason not to," Nadia said. "Keep us out here a ways so we have some maneuvering room. Lisabet!"

"Captain?" The Eldren in question answered from her creche.

"You're hotter than me, so get on the vidcaster and ask 'em what the hell they're up to. If they're a humanish species they'll be less likely to shoot something they're attracted to."

"Flawless logic as always, Captain," Lisabet replied, keying the vidcaster holopanels and broadcasting a query and a greeting in Pluto's direction.

Captain Gurdo's scouter picked up an electronic signal

Gurdo: "Well... Looks like we've got company Admiral."

Admiral Rosh approached him from behind.

Rosh: "Job well done Captain. Warn the 409th. And while your at it tell them to hurry up with those Plutonian crystals!"

"No reply, Captain," Lisabet reported after several minutes of repeated broadcasting.

"Electromagnetic signal patterns suggest they are transmitting between themselves, but nothing in our direction," Sensor Operator chimed in.

"Keep pinging 'em, Lisabet," Nadia ordered. "And warm up our weapon systems. That's always a way to get someone's attention."

The electrical signatures of the Preemptive Counterattack and her two escorting frigates spiked as weapons array after weapons array came online. Nadia had no intention of using them on anything yet, of course - although she had half a mind to carve some new canyons in Pluto if the unknown fleet decided to ignore her again.

The Saiyan Fleet

Gurdo's scouter showed the alien weapon system to be at a power level of 200,000, but within five minutes it had spiked to 1,000,000,000.

Gurdo: "Well our friends have some spunk I see. Commander Harther, transfer power to shields and boost our weapon systems to equal theirs in power."

The Incinerator also began launching fighters and bombers.


Message to the Alien Fleet

At this moment we don't want to attack but if you continue your destructive course, we'll show you why we gained the title warrior race!

Nation: The Republic of Dark Side Elders
Races: Sith, Human, Selkath
Weapons: Lightsaber, Blaster pistols, Blaster Rifles

IC: 70 Sith ships entered the Sol System. Scanners picked up mild activity. Darth Vectivous looked out the viewport on his Sith flagship, Humorous. He grinned as he saw his prey. Two different alien races. Both were firing up weapons and one was launching a primitive looking fighters and bombers. His fleet moved into a small nebula near by to prevent themselves from being detected by scanners and the such. He pressed a button on the holopad and almost instantly, Admiral Fosk, a Selkath (OCC: Which are a type of fish humanoid) stood before him.

Fosk: "Yes my Lord?"

Vectivous: "Arm your Fighters, Bombers, and Interceptors. Also prepare all ships to level Pluto if I command it."

Fosk: "Yes my Lord."

Vectivous turned to his Commander, Luther, and grinned,

Vectivous: "Tis time my friend. Time to load your men into the transports. Then signal the remaining fleet that is awaiting my orders outside the Sol System, to prepare itself for the jump to lightspeed. After all it looks like we might need the reinforcements."

Commander Luther turned and walked down the bridge.

Nation: The Durian League
Races: Durians

IC: One Hundred Durian ships enter the Sol System. The Durian System is a very close system to Sol and the Durians had one thing in mind...Gaining a second planet, Earth. After a system sweep the radars showed two alien forces gathering around Pluto.

King Hrothgar was stunned along with his Capitan Grothar at why anyone would want that rock!

Hrothgar: "Fire up the weapons systems! If one of those alien fleets attack, take care of buisness."

The three small robotic spiders were scurrying towards the closest electronic signals that they could pick up. It was 10 small pods, hopefully something that they could use to get off this barren rock. Doing a quick look it appeared as if these biologicals were interested in something in a cave rather then the ships here. What did they want? It did not matter, for the primary goal, replication, could be achieved with these pods, or at least getting off this rock towards the massive fleets assembling over the moon. With that the three spiders took off around the biologicals to get to the pods from the opposite sides, they wanted to start replicating before the biologicals would notice, hopefully the cave kept them interested.

They scuttled on the surface towards the pods....

"That did it!" Lisabet exclaimed. "We have a response, although I have no idea what it means."

"Parsing," Daphne interrupted, having already extended a digital tendril into Lisabet's holodisplay and siphoned off the Saiyan transmission data. "Ah, this makes a bit of sense now..." The AI plunked her initial rough translation across every holoscreen on the bridge:

Do not want attack now but if continue road destruction show how warrior species title acquired

"Keep refining that parsing engine, Daphne," Nadia said, after reading the translation. "Navigator, take us well above the elliptical and further in-system. There's no reason these guys can keep us out yet, and we're on a schedule here."

A yowl of "More energy signatures, Captain!" from Sensor Operator crashed Nadia's slightly improving mood. A tactical readout of the Sol system popped open above her head, showing the newcomers' hundred ships and... heat trails leading into the nearby nebula? Not comforting.

"We're out of our depth here," she decided aloud. "Communications, get the home shipyards on the line and get some more of our boys out here. A loaded Conquest Fang would be magic right now..."

Meanwhile, Lisabet had locked onto the source of the Saiyan transmission and sent a reply:

We do not intend to be aggressive, but it seemed the best method of getting your attention. We are the mercenary Aletes, a prospecting convoy intending to survey this system for mineral resources. Our recent probes did not indicate that this system was claimed by anyone, so we will proceed with our mission for the moment.

Rosh deciphered the message. Captain Gurdo paced the floor, as the new heat trails into a nearby nebula was disturbing. Not to mention, that the Durians had arrived.

Rosh: "Holy....! Look at this, my scouter is picking up around two hundred enemy ships dropping out of hyperspace near that nebula! The design of these ships are so weird. And it carries the heat signal that we picked up going into the nebula!

Gurdo: "Sir, the 409th's scouters have picked up some weird robotic life form headed for their pods."

Rosh: "Heh heh... Darn replicators. Seen 'em before. Though we may have to use our physical strength to destroy them."

Rosh walked over and hit a few switches that would call the pods back to the ship.

On Pluto

Right before the replicators could begin their plans, the 10 pods rocketed up and disappeared into the Saiyan ship's hanger bay. The 409th finished collecting the first ton of Plutonian diamond. Commander Yori pressed a button on his scouter and the shipment of diamond was beamed up by one of the carrier ships.

This is the Saiyan Fleet. If your looking for minerals, land your ships about seven clicks north of here. Then have your men travel about eight clicks northwest. There is another cavern system full of Plutonian daimond there.

The Sith fleet moved out of the nebula as it was joined by two hundred other ships. Darth Vectivous strode into the bridge. The tech crews on either side began their daily duties once more now that they were clear of the nebula.

Vectivous: "Hmhmhm! Look the Saiyans are calling back their pods. I wonder why? In any case with the Durians and the Altens and the Saiyans here, things might get interesting."

One of the Techs walked up behind the Sith Lord.

Tech: "My Lord, we now have ten carriers at our disposal."

Vectivous: "Good, very good! Remember, our goal is the gas from Saturn and Jupiter. But while we're at it, we might as well play with our "friends".

To all that stand in our way. GET OUT OF IT! What we want is no concern to you. Your reward for not getting in our way is life!

Nation: The Dictatorship of Ziolis

"EC1 reporting, generators up and stable, ready for warp."

5 X69 Battleships powered into the quadrant and immediately cloaked.

OOC @Elders: Heh, that's kinda what I had my eye on too. XD More info on your ships, how many of each kind, etc, please. ;)

"Yeah, you know what? Fuck you too, buddy," Nadia muttered to herself.

"Hrrrr, they dare threaten us?" rumbled Draan-Officer, Nadia's second in command. The huge Kzin bared his fangs and laid his ears back in the Kzin display of rage. "They threaten kzintosh of the Hero's Race and their allies! They must suffer for their arrogance!"

"Calm yourself, Draan-Officer!" Nadia snapped at him. The last thing she needed was for her first officer to start howling attack orders. It was a valid fear; concepts such as being outnumbered by an order of magnitude didn't always mean anything to the aggressive Kzin, when they got sufficiently riled up.

Draan-Officer seemed to be under control, so she keyed the transmission link to the Saiyans herself and said, "This is Captain Nadia Petralona speaking, commanding officer of this convoy. Thanks for the info, but in light of our new neighbors I'm gonna keep my boys right where they are for the moment. I don't know how you feel, but I think it's most prudent for both of us to cooperate right now. I have a bad feeling about these people."

To the Sith fleet, she sent the following:

I don't care what the hell you want, so long as it doesn't involve the two major gas giants in this system. We want those for harvesting purposes. Also, I'd appreciate it if you'd refrain from making threats, as I have a ship full of excitable people who take them a little too seriously.

OOC: I assume that a mining team would have tools gear and equipment to properly remove a ton of minerals from a cave, be it supports, drills, or transporters for the minerals, and given how quickly you left can I assume that some of this is still there and/ some people still down here?

OCC: Yep, we have some really advanced technology, because most of our economy is budgeted towards defense and military operations.

Admiral Rosh hit the signaling button.

Rosh: "Prince Vegeta always had respect for the Kzin race. So we better do our best to aid them. Call up the 409th. Saiyans can breathe in space and they can fly so it won't take them long."

Gurdo: "So..the Sith again huh?"

Rosh: "Yep... We're in for one heck of a ride."

OCC: I swear all of this info is true. I got the info on these ships on the Star Wars wiki.
Also we have 270 main ships. Those are Capital Ships, Nebulon B-frigates, Dreadnoughts, Cruisers, and Carriers. So this does not count fighters or bombers or Interceptors.

IC: The Sith Fleet ignored the warning and warped to the two Gas Giants. The ten Dreadnoughts then began sucking up the gases with their newly equipped technology. The rest of the fleet set up a defensive formation (all 270 ships). The Sith Capital Ships used their Gravity Well generators to keep all ships from escaping the system. They knew that they had the advantage, as Gravity Well generators not only kept ships from leaving, but also kept ships from coming. All ships powered up their weapons and they also deployed their fighters.

OCC: Sorry about the repeats earlier, my computer went wacky!

OOC: Umm... according to your stats, just your cruisers alone would eat up 50 billion crew members, and your nation has a population of 10 million, so.... wanna maybe revise your fleet numbers a bit? ;)

IC:
"Good, I'm glad we're not the only rational ones here," Nadia said with cynical relief. She cut the transmission and turned her head in Lisabet's direction. "Lisabet, what's the word?"

"Homeyard's scrambling a battlewagon for us, but it'll be a few hours," the Eldren woman answered.

"That's still phenomenal. We'll leave the system if we have to, but not until we need to, and with the Saiyans helping out we'll hopefully hold out that long. Sensor Operator, keep your eyes on that fleet and see what you and Daphne can identify from here."

OCC: Okay I fixed that problem by lowering the amount it can hold as far as crew goes.

IC: The Sith Dreadnoughts finished filling themselves with the gas. The Sith Fleet then warped to Planet Earth and transports were sent down to meet the Durian allies.

Message to the Alten Fleet: The Sith have allied themselves with the Durians. I don't know how you feel about this but with your advanced space forces and my incredibly strong ground forces, we might be able to weaken both enemies on Earth. At least until your reinforcements arrive.

IC: Prince Vegeta's capital ship was as large as a small moon. It was shaped like a dagger and it pierced the sky when it moved. The Oozaru dropped out of hyperspace preparing to fight.

Vegeta: "So this is the Sol System. Yes I've heard stories about this place from my ancestors."

The Durian Commander Jeth walked up to the Sith Commander.

Jeth: "Welcome kind sir. Now that you are here our fleets will begin to blockade the planet. Now lets go to the Forward Command center."

The massive army of the Sith and Durians left the landing pad for the Durian complex.

OOC: Saiyan, I never told your people about my reinforcements IC.

"Saiyan fleet, ground fighting is not a concern," Nadia transmitted back, shaking her head. Any tactician worth their salt should know that. "The space battle is all we need to worry about. We win that, and we can mop up their ground forces from orbit easily. Besides, do you really want to try getting landers through that blockade?"

OOC: Bump in the form of something that's... vaguely relevant. XD

IC:
In the Aletian system of It'll Do, from which Nadia's convoy had been dispatched, the fleet yards throughout the system's huge asteroid belt were boiling with activity. The "battlewagon," as Lisabet had called it, was a 4-kilometer dreadnought based on the Conquest Fang class, an old Kzinti design from before their accession to the Aletes collective. Other Aletian slang terms included "planet-cracker" and "the big fucking ship."

Quite formidable on its own, the dreadnought Automedon carried enough of a fleet in its belly to subjugate a modestly defended system, and the repair bays, power plants, supply depots and automated factories necessary for supporting it. Automedon sat amidst a hornet's nest of shipyard facilities built amongst, between, and out of the dense field of space rocks. Supply freighters, troop carriers and accompanying battlecruisers and destroyers flocked to and fro around the behemoth, as thousands of automated drones scuttled over its hull checking for faults and damage. Preparing a dreadnought was a major undertaking, usually done meticulously over 36 hours or so, but the prospect of a sudden hostile situation to charge into had the mercenary crews scrambling over themselves to prepare for launch in less than five.

For over a generation we've sat here by ourselves, building strength for battles that have never been fought, mused Saracen dal Ellach, commander of the Automedon and her accompanying fleet, as he surveyed the view of the activity from the multiple massive holopanels on the dreadnought's bridge. Too eager to spill others' blood, at first glance, but this is also vindication of our society's existence. He had jumped on Captain Petralona's call for help without hesitation; a decisive victory in this situation would lay the foundation for the Aletian reputation the ambitious Eldren wanted to build, and set an example in front of several star-faring powers of just what this mercenary nation was capable of.

Carrier Group Epsilon slid their docking prongs into the locks on the forward ventral bays, their internal machinery churning in preparation to slide racks upon massive racks of attack craft into the bays' receptacles. Three divisions of Aletian mercenary troopers disgorged from their transport craft into their designated troop bays, tucking their equipment away and locking themselves down for transit; the Hell's Hammers and Benson's Berserkers tucked themselves away without incident, but the Knights of Cain managed to ensnarl themselves in a logistical snafu stemming from a minor incident involving some defective power armor and a rubber chicken...details were vague in the later reports.

Despite the inevitable tomfoolery, the eager and industrious mercenaries managed to do better than they had first predicted. The initial estimate had been 5.5 hours to fully load Automedon and the fleet at breakneck speed; one hour had passed and they were already looking at just three more to go.

All Seventy-one Saiyan ships moved into attack formation. They warped towards Earth and deployed fighters.

OCC: Hey Saiyan and Alten. I need more info on your ships and how many of each you have or are going to have.;) Oh and you too Durian.:D

IC: The Sith Blockade was finished forming when the Saiyan Fleet arived. Darth Vectivous could see the Durians launching fighters. He flipped a switch and spoke, "All flight crews to your crafts. Launch all fighters, bombers and interceptors."

General Tarfel approached the Sith Lord.

Tarfel: "Lord Vectivous, my men on the planet have powered up the Ion Cannons. Our perfect defense of the planet is near completion!"

Vectivous: "Good my faithful companion."

In Space

The fighters began forming squadrons and set up perimeter around the Cruisers. Within seconds the Cruisers unleashed a hail fire of blasts from their turbolaser batteries upon the Saiyan Ships....

For tactical purposes, my ships are in the vicinity of Neptune, roughly 4 light-seconds from Earth.

"The first shots have been fired, Captain," Sensor Operator said excitedly, leaning forward in spite of himself and dragging his forest of wires and cables with him.

"I can see that," Nadia said, her own excitement building. "Time to do our bit. Weapons Control, fire lasers and start charging the railgun capacitors. We're relatively safe out here for the time being, but no one'll be able to say we sat on our asses."

Assisted by Daphne's vastly superior computing and number-crunching speed, the Aletian gunners chose a Sith cruiser by throwing a dart at a virtual dartboard and fired all four dozen of the Preemptive's gamma-ray laser emitters in a narrow spread designed to compensate for light-lag. The invisible death-beams stabbed towards their target, crossing the 4.4 billion kilometers of empty space in 4 seconds.

Two Saiyan frigates were destroyed by the Sith blasts.

IC: The Saiyan Fleet pulled back to the moon of Earth. There they were to far for the Sith or Durians to attack.

OCC: I think Earth's people need a say in the outcome of the fate of their world! So as my namesake is of Earth and I happen to be an FT nation, I will now be the voice of the Earthlings. :p

IC: Many humans ran out of their shelters to see the Sith and Durian troops converging on the Durian Embassy on Earth. The humans ran back inside and began to collect weapons for a big fight.

Meanwhile, as the battle is joined...

David Gustafson knew that his mining convoy was of little use in the growing battle - they were all armed, much more so than your typical mining ship, but still incomparable to a warship - so he and his little fleet of nine vessels took leave of the Preemptive Counterattack and scooted over to Neptune's planetary rings.

"Nibelung, dump your harvesters here and here," Gustafson said over the horn, circling two nearby areas on the spectrometer display that looked particularly rich. His own ship was shooting surveying satellites out of its primary railgun to get a wider spread of data, while other ships were loading their own guns with pods of harvesting nanites.

"Hain't seen a system this loaded in a damn long time, Davey!" crackled the gleeful voice of Nibelung's skipper over the intercom.

"Virgin system, Skeg," David chuckled back. "Nothin' like 'em in our business. Once this damn snafu's done with we'll get the rest of the company in here and really strip-mine the place."

The Nibelung shot her pods into several dozen large tumbling chunks of rock in the areas David indicated. The shells broke open and the nanites flooded out, programmed to seek out the minerals the miners were after and start aggregating them while converting rock matter into more of themselves. Other ships in David's convoy were doing the same, seeding the more promising-looking spots as they continued scanning and mapping the rings.

Darth Vectivous strode into the information room of the Humorous, it showed Neptune and the Ateles fleet around it.

Vectivous: "Hmmm... Well we can't have them getting what they want. Commander Moris, go and call reinforcements. Twenty more ships should do. Make them all cruisers. Wipe those mining ships from the face of the Galaxy.

The Sith Shipyards of Kuat

Twenty more Cruisers set out. It was about a days trip to the Sol System.

"All 2nd Battalion, this is your Commanding Officer speaking. We are going to advance to Neptune and hopefully surprise them." said the commanding officer while feeling certain that the surprise attack may fail

The lasers blasts from the Aletes fleet caused massive damage to the engines of the cruiser, Abomination.

First Officer: "AAAAARGH! We lost engine 5!!!"

Second Officer: "Sir we can still function. Calm down!"

Just outside the Sol System

The Twenty Cruisers were now only 5 hours from arriving in the Sol System.

OOC: I don't want to keep nagging you, but it's definitely not been 19 hours in the space of three posts. If it had been, I'd be able to bring in my dreadnaught, and I don't want to do that just yet.

IC:
In about the time it took for the conversation on the Abomination to take place, the image of their salvo's impact reached the Preemptive and her gunners.

"Adjust sweep and duration!" Chief Gunner growled ferociously, already plugging in the adjustments that Daphne, with her ability to calculate the probable outcomes 4 seconds ahead in a thousandth of a second, fed him on his holodisplay. The Preemptive's laser batteries fired again, not in a burst this time but in a sustained sweep, to carve across the hull of their target and pop as many decks as they could.

While this was all good fun, Nadia was worried about the lack of conviction from the Saiyans. The Sith were gonna take notice of her lone self when they started wondering where the lasers slamming into their ships were coming from.

Prince Vegeta looked out the veiwport at Earth's moon. Just then an idea snapped.

Vegeta: "Hey, you tell Admiral Rosh to begin letting his troops fly into space. The moon of Earth as all moons has a cycle that occurs and once every Earth month, the moon becomes full. The moon's light is just reflected sun rays, but only after reflecting the sun's light does it begin to emit Blutz Waves! On full moon nights only the Blutz Waves exceed 70,000 zenos (a unit of measure in the Saiyan culture). Saiyans then absorb that energy through their eyes which causes a reaction in our tails!"

Officer: " Gulp... So you want your men to...gulp...transform into that?

Vegeta: "Yes! The full moon will happen in about 30 minutes so get ready!

Officer: "Yes sir! Message transmitted!

OCC: I saw a FT thread a while ago where a civilization used werewolves. Well as long as they aren't too strong do you mind if my Saiyans transform into the Giant Monkeys? Just the monkeys, because I'm not into the Super Saiyan crap.

Kysito looked out of the main bridge window out at the Earth below. He was in the new Command Cruiser of the United Socialist States of Penguin Protection, the PPSS Penguin in Flight. Currently, He was the only one on the bridge, which was dark except for what light entered through the window, and the glow of lights flickering on the consoles. A pattern of lights changed, and a computer beeped for attention. Dropping into the crew pit, he looked at the screen. Laser-fire somewhere in the Solar System, Bearing 01-052. He slapped the General Quarters alarm, and returned to his command chair as the lights came on. The ship broke the orbit, and soared off into the night towards the laser blasts.

"This is Commander Vosk of the Vietnam Empire Starfleet Bird Zane and 2nd Battalion. Please reply by opening video channel" said Vosk while standing up straight

One by one the Saiyan troops transformed into Giant Apes. Most of these Saiyans could keep their mentality during the state due to intensive training. The monkeys began smashing Durian and Sith starfighters.

Vegeta: :Its a good thing I didn't look or I'd look like most of them."

"Commander, this is Captain Nadia Petralona of the battlecruiser Preemptive Counterattack, speaking for all Aletian vessels in this system." Nadia flicked a key that sent a vidlink query to the Bird Zane. "We are currently engaged in hostile contact with the two fleets blockading the third planet, be advised. What is your intent here?"

This is a second message to all non-hostile nations. Please aid us Earthlings!

A small group of human rebels slipped into the Durian compound. All of them headed directly for the Command Center.

The twenty Sith Cruisers began powering up their weapons. Out of their hanger bay, fighters began to swarm like mosquitoes. Neptune was just a few minutes away. And their prey's ships were now within view.

Above Earth

Vectivous: "Oh great a bunch of monkeys. Regular turbolasers won't hurt them now. It's the planet's moon! That bloody moon is the source of their strength. My new orders: BLOW UP THEIR MOON!"

"Capt. Nadia Petralona, my intention is to launch a surprise attack against the enemy fleet, but I suspect it will fail, I...." said the Vosk before getting interrupted by his Communication Officer Spanway

"SIR!!!!, Senors has detected 20 some enemy fleet launching an attack towards Neptune!!!. uhhhhh ahhh enemy fighters are just around the corner!!!" said the officer

"Dang it....Capt. Petralona, I see you at the battlefield?" said Vosk,

"Spanway, warn all ships to go full battle station, the enemy is arriving. And tell them to launch all but 1000 fighters"

Minutes later, all of VES went to battle alert, loaded up the torpedo tubes. Fighter ships went out of the ship's hangers and going towards the enemy fighters, while some are protecting the the Aletes fleet, waiting their response.

The Durian Ships began firing at the Saiyans so that the Sith would have an opening at Earth's moon.

On Earth/@ the Compound

General Torsk stood at the assembly of both Durian and Sith troops.

Torsk: "First order of buisness, the Sith weaponry are failing in space against the Saiyans. So we must adjust. Our weapons will kill some of them while Darth Vectivous's ships blow up their moon. With the Sith weapons it will take three days of a full scale attack to eradicate the Earth's moon. I won't call in reinforcements because it takes a day to get ships from the Durian System. (The Sith and Durians are in the same system) So I propose that in four days we warp pass the Earth and attack the true threats at Neptune."

Neptune

Commanding Officer Farfield looked out the viewport at the enemies coming to join the coming battle. He grinned.

Farfield: "Fire up the shields. Don't get intimidated, they may attack but its all a bluff. Plus I just got news that in four days the fleet itself will come here to finish off the enemy if we haven't already."

The ships turned into battle formation and the starfighters began to take evasive action. Bombers and Interceptors began to launch and take an aggressive formation.

OCC: Both of you give me your best. I want to have some fun during this fight!

Sensor Operator's excited yowl brought her attention to the approaching Sith cruisers. "20 collective kilometers of ugly comin' at me, just what I need," Nadi growled. "Vosk, glad to have your help, but we're gonna have to continue this conversation another time," She cut the connection and switched over to Gustafson and his miners. "Hit the panic button, David, this place just got too hot!"

"Sure thing," Gustafson's voice crackled on the other end. "Holy sh-" Nadia caught the beginning of his startled expletive upon seeing the Sith cruisers on his radar before the mining boss cut his connection.

The "panic button" was a standard Aletian precaution against a surprise situation just like this, which on the Waltzing Aristophanes consisted of a comically large red button with the letters GTFO stamped on it in yellow. Gustafson punched it with his fist as his skippers did the same on their own boats, and each vessel's now-engaged autopilot opened a preprogrammed spatial rift straight to the home system of It'll Do. One by one, the small mining ships slipped through to safety, the rifts winking closed behind them.

The Preemptive and her two escort frigates fired a quick defiant burst of their laser banks in the cruisers' direction and fired off several hundred of their bomb-missiles before scooting through their own hastily-generated rifts into orbit around Mars. Daphne kept control of the bomb-missiles' flight - going so far as to insert an animated avatar of a young girl holding several hundred bomb-shaped kites by their strings - and prepped them for detonation once the Sith starfighters came close enough.

OOC: Just know that "giving you my best" means you won't have anything near 4 days to blow that moon up. ;)

OCC: Alright! I'm shaking with excitement! But you better give me your best cause I'm giving you 110%. :D

The Sith fighters recognized to late as the missiles crashed into their hulls. Some escaped and a few weren't even within range. The rest of the fleet pushed on.

Farfield: "Those little... turn around and jump towards Mars!"

The Sith vessels mounted position and gave chase....

Vegeta smiled as he examined his dashboard. The sight of the Aletes ships near Mars was warming. Then he noticed it. The Sith reinforcements were right behind them.

Vegeta: "Those Sith are really getting on my nerves."

To the Aletes fleet: Hey! Is this thing on? Do you need assistance?

Outside

More of the Monkeys began crushing Sith Bombers, before noticing the full scale attack beginning on the moon. The Monkeys rushed at the heavy frigates....

"Just only 1000 Siths Starfighter?, thats not right....how can that be possible?......Sir, we outnumbered the Sith's starfighters." said Coski .....how can 1000 Starfighter protect a huge fleet?

"Then we just use only our 1000 Fighter ships to battle them. Call back 3300 fighter ships to protect our fleet and one more thing tell the Captains' of the Corvette class to attack." said Vosk

Over the VES fleet, crews sees the photon cannon fires and torpedoes shots from the fighters.

VES White Crane (Corvette) fires burst shots of photon cannon towards a Sith ships engine, in hoping to disable travel. All the Corvette has put up full shields.

3300 Fighter ships returns to protect the fleet

OCC: Okay, honesty my RP is odd, and less complex because I am slightly new to this type of RP. Meaning I haven't experience much over online RP.

The Sith fighters recognized to late as the missiles crashed into their hulls. Some escaped and a few weren't even within range. The rest of the fleet pushed on.

OOC: That ain't how the bomb-missiles work, mate, but no worries. Same result, no need to re-write anything. :p

IC: When enough Sith starfighters came within a thousand kilometers of the little cloud of missiles, Daphne locked onto them with the missiles' limited sensors and detonated each missiles' nuclear warhead. The titanic burst of radiation provided the medium necessary for each of the dozen individual x-ray laser projectors on each missile to find a target and fire off a zap in the split second before the nuclear explosion vaporized the components.

In Mars orbit:

"That's the general idea..." Nadia murmured to herself, curling her lips in a smirk. The information about the Oozaru transformation was most useful to the idea that had been half-formed in her head since the Sith and the Durians had entrenched around Earth in the first place.

She fired commands like autocannon bullets from her lips. "Helm, take us 30 degrees above the elliptical and get us to this rock's L-point two. Weapons, pick targets and fire at will. Communications, get Homeyard on the horn and get me in touch with the Automedon. Old Sara's gonna wanna hear what I have to tell him."

In unison, the three Aletian ships accelerated inwards towards Earth and the Moon, firing concerted blasts of their laser banks at the huge Sith cruisers in the blockade along the way.

Vectivous watched as the monkeys destroyed another frigate and now three Aletes ships were heading his way.

Vectivous: "Cease fire on the moon. It won't get us anywhere. New target: the Aletes ships."

The Sith fleet stopped firing on the moon and began using concentrated fire on the Aletes ships.

Neptune

The remaining Sith Fighters warped away from Neptune. They were all short range fighters and their command ship was getting to far.

"Cannon armed, sir." "Fire cannon!" A beam lashed out from the nose of the ship, speeding toward the cruiser. At the impact site, the beam would smash the atoms of the ship to pieces, spraying radiation and creating temperatures above one million degrees. Kysito folded his arms, and ordered the defensive turrets armed, and the Pulse cannons brought online. Now to wait for a reaction.

The Oozaru began shooting more fire at the Sith ships. Anything and everything was a target.

Vegeta watched, it was amazing. The Saiyan ships didn't have to fight at all! The Oozaru were doing everything.

Transmission to the Saiyan Flagship Don't worry, We're based on Earth. Antarctica, to be precise. Where do you think we got our name?

Due to the complete overthrow of the Imperial Government on Duria, and the institution of the a Democratic Government. The Durian League is forced to withdraw from the Sol System for now. But our embassy on Earth will remain.

Seeing as the Aletians were still over three light-minutes from Earth when the Sith started firing at them, they were able to maneuver out of the way with ease for the moment. Nadia was busy reporting to Saracen dal Ellach, the commander of the dreadnought Automedon, getting him up to speed on the lay of the system, the many different fleets occupying it, and some tactical considerations of her own. Thanks to the utilization of quantum-entangled particles instead of radio waves, communication was instantaneous and unhindered by the many lightyears between the two systems. There was good news from the home system: the Automedon was entering the final stages of preparation for deployment to the Sol system, and dal Ellach expected arrival in no more than 30 minutes.

"Your recommendation is on the mark, Captain Petralona," the Eldren commander was concluding. "I will inform the crews and make the necessary preparations before jump."

"Looking forward to it," Nadia replied. "Did David and the rest make it back in one piece?"

"Gustafson? He and his cronies disappeared off to their ratholes the minute their mandatory report was done with," dal Ellach commented disapprovingly, and muttered something barely audible that to Nadia sounded very much like "That fat fuck..."

Nadia giggled. The Eldren weren't a species known for making their emotions entirely visible by, say, cursing the object of their discontent, so an Eldren with obvious ruffled feathers was usually a source of some amusement. "We'll keep doing what we can to help the moon monkeys, Commander. Can't wait for the show."

"Indeed. Keep a connection active in case something happens. These next minutes are critical."

Vegeta was so happy and relived that the Durians had left he almost danced. The Durians were the might behind the Sith and now all he had to do was wait out the Sith's defeat.

IC:Near Saturn the Yuuzhan Vong capitol ship, an A-vek Liluunu class, and the rest of the Vong fleet dropped out of hyperspace. The Warmaster, Tsavong Lah, walked into the bridge on his flagship, Death's Hand. On his vilip (a comlink like device) he saw several fleets orbiting the third planet.

Tsavong: "Bah, more of these mechanical blasphemies!"

(In Vong culture, machines are seen as blasphemy, so all of their technology is organic. This is why they have the ability to make every warship unique, even if they are from the same class. They grow their technology!)

Supreme Commander Lomm Karsh arrived on the bridge and began telling Tsavong Lah the orders from the Supreme Overlord (the Vong leader).

Lomm: "Sir, Supreme Overlord Yo'gand wants every planet in this system to become part of the Empire. He says to wipe out every one in your way and that the Imperial Armada awaits your command outside the System."

Tsavong: "We will fulfill his orders. Prepare the coralskippers."

(coralskippers are a type of Yuuzhan Vong fighter.)

The Sith Fleet warped to Mars where it rendezvoused with its 20 new Cruisers.

Tsavong Lah observed the VES ships begin to swarm towards Earth. He grinned and evil grin. He knew they couldn't detect his fleet. Since all their tech was organic, mechanical sensors would not detect them. Tsavong also noticed that their ships were slower than Yuuzhan Vong ships. The Yuuzhan Vong fleet warped in front of the VES fleet, making all the the Vong ships form a battle circle around the VES ships. Tsavong nodded to Komm Karsh who was standing beside him. Komm walked over to the giant vilip on the command deck and spoke.

Komm: "Warriors of the VES fleet, there is no escape. You are the first of them all to perish before we take the system. Surrender is not an option. You may either stand there and be boarded or be torn to shreds by our ships."

The Vong Ships began launching coralskippers, until almost 5000 coralskippers were visible.

Tsavong: "That should do. Leave the other 2000 coralskippers for reinforcements. And put the Armada on alert status, just in case they need to warp in here."

Meanwhile, Onboard Penguin in Flight, Kysito was scanning the area for more ships, when a large cluster of EM sources appeared out of nowhere, surrounding the VES fleet. He gathered that they were hostile, and ordered his battleships to spread the smart mines. Each smart mine was a one megaton antimatter device, about 2 feet in diameter. They were equipped with small maneuvering thrusters that would direct them towards anything designated an enemy on the tactical board on the starship that deployed them. When they reached their target, a forcefield between two ounces of hydrogen and anti-hydrogen would be lowered, creating an explosion. In space, the explosion would range about 50 feet, but within those 50 feet would be total annialation. The battleships formed into a wedge with Penguin in Flight at the point, and began to deploy the mines, while firing the long-range pulse cannons at at the vong fleet. Each pulse cannon fired a stream of neutron radiation, pumped out at a velocity near that of light by a built in particle-accelerator. Damage would not be apparent at first, but soon what was struck would fall apart, its atomic bonds destroyed.

OOC: Penguin's right, being organic doesn't make you invisible. As long as your ships have mass, put out electrical signals, engine exhaust, or are warmer than space's ambient temperature, they're quite detectable by a number of means.

"We will deal with them when the time comes. One enemy at a time, if we can help it." The communication cut off, as dal Ellach turned to the business of guiding the Automedon out of her cradle towards the jump location.

OOC:Ya be careful about underestimating the Yuuzhan Vong. In Star Wars, the New Republic made the same mistake and the Yuuzhan Vong ended up leaving their galaxy in waste and kill untold trillions!

Here is some info on Dovin Basals straight from the Star Wars wiki:

Dovin basals were strange creatures used by the Yuuzhan Vong. Spherical creatures of varying size, dovin basals are able to generate powerful gravitational fields, they were used mainly as propulsion devices and shields: they were able to create micro-black holes that could absorb laser shots at the space craft, as well as pretty much anything else, from proton torpedoes and concussion missiles to whole ships and even small planetary bodies. They could also be used to interdict hyperspace travel. The planet Tynna was an ideal location for dovin basal growth, and its crystal blue waters were degraded to a sickly pale yellow by the Yuuzhan Vong while the native Tynnan stood by in fear.

Dovin basals could also dramatically drain deflector shields from nearby enemy craft. However an effective countering to the shield draining came with traditional New Republic ingenuity. By expanding the sphere of the inertial compensator to thirteen meters, it would protect the shields like it would protect against any other stress on the craft. However, if enough dovin basals locked their gravity beams onto the shields, the inertial compensator would expend too much energy, tearing the craft to shreds. Furthermore, they could be used as weapons against planets: a powerful dovin basal dropped on the surface of a planet could target a moon to slow it's orbit and cause it to crash on the planet, decimating both, in a tactic known as Yo'gand's Core. It was first used on the planet Ygziir in the Yuuzhan Vong home galaxy, by the ancient Warmaster Yo'gand during the Cremlevian War. Dovin Basals were grown in the company of yammosks. A yammosk would bond with the dovin basals to which it was assigned as it would its children; a well-kept yammosk produced faster dovin basals. The dovin basals used to propel ships were telepathically linked to the yammosk, which would propel the craft to keep its children from harm.

After the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War, it can be assumed all serviving dovin basals were transplanted on Zonama Sekot and melded with the planet. The planet also incorporated the dovin baslas into its own ships.

All of 2nd Battalion started retaliations against the organic fleet. The VES Marines are in ready position. Several Ships taken heavy damages, few destoryed, one charged to a organic ship and self-destructed.

Other news, the Government of Vietnam Empire has declared war on the enemies.

The Preemptive Counterattack was continuing to high-tail it in the Moon's direction when a massive spatial rift ripped open almost overhead. Cheers and whoops erupted all over the battlecruiser and the two frigates as the prow of the Automedon surged inexorably through into Solar space, going the opposite direction towards Mars. It took several minutes for the battlewagon's four kilometer length to pass completely through the rift, which snapped smartly shut and snipped off the ends of the plasma trails from the dreadnought's reaction drive exhausts.

Without delay, without ceremony, and without any communication whatsoever, the three forwardmost relativistic railguns smashed thousand-ton rounds into Mars' outermost moon Deimos. The impacts pulverized the little moon into chunks of rapidly dispersing debris.

Automedon's ranking AI, Meropë, reached out with the dreadnought's EM field projectors and corralled most of the new asteroid field, and with a monumental expenditure of energy flung it at the Sith fleet like a cosmic shotgun blast. In its wake came a transmission, finally, from Commander dal Ellach:

I am Saracen dal Ellach, Mercenary Commander of the Aletian dreadnought Automedon and accompanying fleet. I have just demonstrated a fraction of the firepower available to me, and before I pursue your destruction with every available resource at hand, I am giving you this last opportunity to yield and leave the system with only your shame.

The battlewagon's FTLi had, of course, been engaged upon arrival and focused around the Sith fleet like a bubble. Dal Ellach would tolerate no weaselly warping back and forth to safety; he wanted his foes to have no other option than the choice he was giving them.

Meanwhile, on Penguin in Flight, the Superlaser had recharged. Targeting the flagship of the Vong fleet, The beam sped on its way.

Tsavong Lah had noticed the superlaser's power had reached its peak. He and Lomm Karsh both used Coralskippers to transfer themselves to The Yuuzhan'tar seconds before the laser hit. They watched as Death's Hand exploded. That added on to the self-destruction that destroyed a I'Friil Ma-Nat corvette, caused Tsavong to initiate the ultimate tactic. He deployed 3 Dovin Basals to the near by moon of, Titan, in Saturn's orbit.

Tsavong: "Tell those Dovin Basals to pull that moon out of orbit and direct it towards the VES fleet. Then go to the moon Rhea and send it at that dreadnought that just entered the system."

Lomm: "Sir don't you think that is a bit much? After all that is a last ditch tactic that is used to annihilate whole planets!"

Tsavong Lah: "Mabey but it'll take the Armada and the reinforcements from Planet Yuuzhan'tar awhile to get here."

Lomm: "I see."

The Vong ships prepared to make the jump when the moon of Titan got there.
The Dovin Basals fired off their gravity beams and began to pull Titan towards the VES fleet.

"Sir! Titan is falling out of orbit! It's heading toward the VES fleet!" "Damnit!" Kysito yelled. THe superlaser won't be charged for another 15 minutes! Designate Titan a target for the Smart mines!" The ensign pushed several controls and with a rumble of jets, the field of smart mines positioned itself and thrusted for Titan, and the ships near it.

Tsavong: "Well well our guests are attacking Titan. Heh only a minor delay. All ships warp to Saturn's moon, Dione. Then pull the moon Iapetus out and hurl it at the Penguin Protection fleet. I'm deploying 3 more Dovin Basals to go through with using Rhea to destroy the Aletes fleet."

The Dovin Basals around Titan stopped their gravity beam and moved towards Iapetus. The new Dovin Basal trio headed for Rhea. All Dovin Basals dislodged their moon and moved them at full speed towards their intended targets. All the Yuuzhan Vong ships warped to Dione. The Vong Armada arrived at Dione to back up the Vong fleet.

The Kor Chokk-class flagship, Devourer of Planets floated among the reinforcements waiting to go to the Sol System. Warmaster Nas Choka walked into the command bridge upon his massive ship. His first officer, Supreme Commander Malik Carr had just finished gathering the ships for the mission and was now at his side.

Malik: "Sir, how long will it take to reach the Sol System?"

Nas Choka: "Two days at tops."

The Vong reinforcements fired up their ships and warped out of Yuzhan'tar's atmosphere.

Vegeta was on his knees. He was well aware of the situation on Saturn. He reached out and hit the comm link communicating directly to Nadia of the Ateles fleet.

Aletes Fleet:

I know you are in hot pursuit of the Sith and all but FYI, moons are being hurled around like volleyballs near Saturn and you have one heading your way!

OOC: When I saw what was going on with the Dovin Basals I did some research and found out that not only can they throw moons, but planets and ships as well! Nice tech Yuuzhan, I commend the research you did before entering this battle. Looks like I'm might have to come up with a whole new strategy now.:D

Vectivous knew he was in trouble. He was being followed by the Aletes, the VES, and now moons were being tossed around by a newcomer! Mars wasn't safe. Even with his strong Armada his ships paled in comparison to the newcomer. He knew the only way to save his hide was to deploy his superlaser and eradicate Mars. Because the superlaser was that strong it took hours to charge. His first thoughts were to attack the Aletes Dreadnought with it but if he missed he would be out of luck. The superlaser fired and Mars beneath blew up....

OOC: My ships are still there, they can survive explosions of planets.

Meanwhile, in Geosynchronous orbit above the South Pole of Earth....

A large steel-gray sphere slowly clamshelled, revealing a smaller sphere, with what appeared to be a magnetic accelerator on the end. With a large hum, the superweapon activated, hurling a 6 inch sphere of anti-uranium out toward Saturn. The resulting explosion if it hit one of the moons would hopefully destroy the basals.

Tsavong Lah had noticed the superlaser's power had reached its peak. He and Lomm Karsh both used Coralskippers to transfer themselves to The Yuuzhan'tar seconds before the laser hit. They watched as Death's Hand exploded. That added on to the self-destruction that destroyed a I'Friil Ma-Nat corvette, caused Tsavong to initiate the ultimate tactic. He deployed 3 Dovin Basals to the near by moon of, Titan, in Saturn's orbit.

Tsavong: "Tell those Dovin Basals to pull that moon out of orbit and direct it towards the VES fleet. Then go to the moon Rhea and send it at that dreadnought that just entered the system."

Lomm: "Sir don't you think that is a bit much? After all that is a last ditch tactic that is used to annihilate whole planets!"

Tsavong Lah: "Mabey but it'll take the Armada and the reinforcements from Planet Yuuzhan'tar awhile to get here."

Lomm: "I see."

The Vong ships prepared to make the jump when the moon of Titan got there.
The Dovin Basals fired off their gravity beams and began to pull Titan towards the VES fleet.

"SIR, you won't believe this, they are using Dovin Basals to pull Titan towards us to destroy us. We must get out of here, its only 5 minutes till impact!!!" said Wakel

"We going to die if we don't deal with the Dovin Basals, they blocking our way to warp.......All remaining fleet must use all necessary force to destory most of the Dovin Basals and warp out of here." Said Vosk

"Sir, we only have 70 ships left....5 is being pulled towards Titan for they are near lost life support and no power to use the holo-transporter." said Sposk

Vosk went down to his knees and knows that the 2nd Battalion will lose its strength to fight back. "Hail all allied ships and Starfleet......This is Commander Vosk of the 2nd Battalion, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Squadron. We are heavily damaged and there is little possibility that we may not survive the escape of Titan's gravity, since most of my fleet is losing its gravity force and life support. It's is nice serving with Starfleet." said Vosk and saluted, transmission breaks apart, and the remaining of the fleet begun its final survival to flee.

OOC: Hate to be a pain in the neck, but in my previous post I had already moved the Dovin Basals around Titan to another moon. It's true if you don't get out there you will be killed, however the Dovin Basals around Titan happen to be on another moon now. Sorry:(

OOC: You need to edit this. We are fighting above Saturn. No major problem just change the name of the planet your shooting at. Nice weapon though.:D

((It's the perfect anti-basal weapon. Even they're made of matter. I was originally thinking a three foot sphere, but it'd probably destroy most of Saturn.))

IC: The Vong's watched as one of the moon's of Saturn was destroyed. The moon was Rhea, the one that was destined to hit the Aletes fleet, the other moons continued on course.

Lomm: "Sir, we've lost Rhea!"

Tsavong: *grinning* "Lomm don't you know? This planet has 60 confirmed moons and 3 "unconfirmed". We could play this game with them all day if we want to or we could just go over a destroy Earth with the same tactic. Face it we have every fleet in this system on the ropes."

Iapetus was now close enough to the Penguin Protection ships that it did not need Dovin Basal assistance to hit its target. The Dovin Basals returned to prepare the next attack. The moon of Titan has nearly reached its target.

"Full Thrust! Evasive action!" Penguin in Flight lumbered sideways. There was a terrible screeching as the moon scraped against the side of the ship. The moon rear-ended a battleship , crushing it like a can. The ship's anti-matter reactor exploded, spreading cracks through the moon, its remnants cratering Earth's moon. The orbital weapon system layed down a spread aimed in the genaral direction of Saturn, and set down to recharge. Anti-matter wasn't as easy to pull through wormholes as it looked.

OOC: Dude, nothing in the ship information you posted earlier mentions a superlaser. Try and stick to the information you post, hmm? You also need to respond to the rock field I threw at you.

((I think he took that from me. I based my command ship off a republic Star Destroyer, and they had superlasers. Mine can't destroy planets, though, best it can really do is slag a ship.))

OOC: Well he is Star Wars tech, and SW and superlasers go hand in hand. Except when your ship suddenly has one on it when it didn't before. XD

I think I may have started a bad habit of tossing celestial bodies around when I slagged Deimos...

OOC: The reason I didn't include the superlaser in the design for my ship is I intended it to be completly last resort. No Penguin I didn't take your idea. My idea came from a Super Star Destroyer that is built by the Reborn Emperor. It had a superlaser. But I took it to the next level and hid it within my ships. Sorry I haven't been answering right lately. I'm very busy and its not that I don't see your posts, they just slip my mind.

IC: The rock field slammed into the already badly damaged Nebulon B-Frigates. With no frigates remaining there was no choice. The superlaser would not be charged for another 3 hours. So the Sith in all good reason warped to Pluto where they would extract some diamond and return to the Durian System and their homeworld, Cytos.

The surrender signal is sent to all enemy fleets.

OOC: This is really not looking good for me then. Sure I can throw moons and planets, but I am now the only enemy so I'm gonna have to take things up a notch and be serious now.:)

OOC: I'm much more into actual ship-to-ship combat than throwing moons around like nothing, and I'd like to turn that kind of thing down if you other folks are agreeable to it. Again, I admit to setting a bad example by blowing up Deimos, but in my defense it's only 15x12x10 km in size, a tiny little thing as moons go.

IC: "They've broken, sir!" a fresh-faced young sensor tech exclaimed, looking wide-eyed at the retreating Sith vessels on his own miniature readout of the giant holoscreen that dominated the Automedon's bridge. Dal Ellach nodded indulgently at the young human; perhaps when he had some years of experience he would refrain from blurting out the obvious.

"Collect the remains of their fallen vessels and feed them into our matter plants," he ordered. "Now we shall see about these hostile aliens around the fifth planet."

Powerful magnetic fields from the matter intakes drew in the wreckage of the frigates, their crews, and other miscellaneous debris in the area like vacuum cleaners as the Automedon made a short pass through the vicinity before making the short jump to Jupiter's outer orbit. The dreadnought hadn't even deployed any of its attached fleet yet.

Hostile Alien Fleet:
I know not who you are or what you want, but I am offering you a chance to explain yourselves. Our people will not shrink from violence to resolve this problem - quite the contrary, and you will have no doubt seen the ease with which we swept the Sith aside - but we do occasionally resort to some semblance of civilized behavior first. Make your choice as to what path you will follow with us.

To the Aletes: It disheartens us that you do not know who we are, for we know of your race. Our priests know of every race and every system in the Milky Way even though we are not from it. But thats beside the point. We would usually not attack like this, however our leader has given us the task of making this 'Sol System' part of our Empire. We are known as Yuuzhan Vong, and our homeworld is Yuuzhan'tar in a far away Galaxy.

OCC: Ya I guess I'll stop throwing moons around. But I'm keeping the tactic for last resort moves.;)

Also VES just because I'm not going to throw moons anymore does not mean the Titan goes back into Saturn's orbit. You must still respond to it. By now it should be too close for comfort.

By now, the Superlaser had recharged. Targeting the next largest ship in the Vong Fleet, The beam fired. The Targeting computers linked the guns, and concentrated Penguin in Flight's fire on a single ship, blasting it with high energy neutrons, and bursts of plasma from the rotary cannons.

The second and last A-vek Iiluunu was destroyed, however the fleet stayed strong. It warped to Earth in order to deal with the two superweapons directly.

1 day away from the Sol System
The Yuuzhan Vong reinforcements have arrived in the Milky Way and have made the jump for the Sol System.

OOC: Wow if this continues much longer there will be nothing left in the Sol System. Already two planets have been destroyed and if I'm pushed to far I will have to destroy Earth with the Dovin Basal tactic.

Penguin are you talking about Titan or Saturn when you say it'll cease to exist? Because Titan really should already have done it's job, it's just VES hasn't responded yet. If your talking about Saturn then I will do that in my next post.

OOC: That would be great. You may hit it if you wish to after VES answers, because I'm still awaiting his response. Unless of course that anti-uranium thing will vaporize the rest of VES's fleet, in which case be my guest. (Some of VES's fleet is already destroyed. He told me that in a previous post but he hasn't full respond onto if the rest escapes or dies)

After the successful escape from Titan's gravity force. The VES decided to head back home for repairs and have another force as replacement

Do you mean in this system or in general? The Aletes inhabit a few systems but no actual planets. The closest thing is their mobile moon homeworld, Eos.

Our interests in this system lie in mining the fifth, sixth, and eighth planets, and since we arrived here long before you did, I am inclined to uphold that claim. Beyond that you may do what you like with the system and its inhabitants. If this is unacceptable to you, then I invite you to present a mutually beneficial alternative.

After reviewing this plan with our leader that is acceptable. The 5th, 6th, and 8th planets are yours but the rest now belong to Yuuzhan'tar. Thank you my Eldren friend.

The Vongs took the Aletes fleet off their list of hostile targets and moved all ships out of their way.

Dal Ellach acknowledged the Vong with a simple transmission ping, then went about the business of notifying his contacts in It'll Do of his victory and acquisition of the three planets. Mercenary commanders like Saracen didn't just command their vessels, they owned them, and most if not all of the craft, equipment and assets attached to them; such was the power structure in Aletian society. Since he was left commanding the field, it would be his mining contacts that got the first word and the first crack at the untold resources in the new system and not those of his rivals. The Automedon and her fleet would remain in the system as the Aletes' initial military assets while the mining companies mobilized in earnest.

OOC: There's not much more for me to do here, I think, unless Saiyan or Vong decides to hire me to help finish their battle. It was good RPing with you all, and I hope this leads to more RPs in the future. ;)

Meanwhile, Kysito had been eavesdropping on the Vong communications. Opening a channel, he glared at the pickup. "So, you think you can take Earth, ey? Come and get it, I say! Come and get it!" Cutting the transmission, he looked at the superlaser crewman. "Full power beam, medium spread, centered on their fleet." "Aye aye, sir!" This time, the beam was more of a cone of deadly radiation. Most of the smaller ships hopefully couldn't withstand it, leaving the larger ones easier to deal with. "Concentrate pulse cannon fire on the larger ships. And fire a burst of antimatter spread rounds." "Yes sir." Suddenly, a blinding flash polarized the viewscreen, and pounded at the radiation shielding. The anti-uranium had hit Titan, reducing it to so much light and radiation. One of the missile turrets on Penguin in Flight rotated, and spat out several missiles, which screamed toward the Vong fleet. When their multiple proximity detectors indicated multiple large masses nearby, they would explode, flinging marbles of anti-uranium.
