Here's my comment (you asked for it).

The size of your armed forces are possible but not realistic what so ever. At 13% of your total population, your standing military would bankrupt your nation overnight if the entire thing was being paid for in-full. In the event you have enlisted the will of 60 million unpaid conscripts using first-world-war era weapons, then it may be possible to maintain the standing force.

OOC: I hope 75% of those tanks are sitting in a warehouse never touched, or even looked at. You don't have enough men to operate even 70% of them, let alone do it with everything else. For a million men, with those tank types, you could easily run those 10,000 T-80s, and keep the rest in storage, maybe.
