Now lets try this again. My nation is an oil rich nation and fortunately we found oil in our Great Forest of Katan. More than 6 billion barrels have already been put in secured facilities and millions more are being pumped right now. We will be selling around 30 million barrels for now for 60$ a barrel. And we warn those who would try to take these by force. We have learned from past mistakes and we have even more military strength than ever. We do not wish for conflict but at the first sign of a threat will warn you than we will take action if a second threat is made.

Good mine were destroyed so I'll take 145 barrels.

Greywatch would like to establish a small outpost which we'd be happy to pay for (including taxes if they are fair) as well as aquire one of the pumping facilities if that is at all possible. If this is suitable we'd also like to declare said territory as nuetral so as not to be involved in any conflicts.

Andrail, plastics can be made from materials other than fossil fuels. Cars can be powered by electricity. Computers are primarily silicon, but the plastic components, as said before, can be made from other carbon materials. The GWO uses LITTLE amounts of oil compared to most nations. I didn't say we don't use it at all. Also, I believe (BELIEVE) scientists are figuring out how to create oil synthetically, just as they figured out how to make diamonds synthetically.))

As the transport touched down, soldiers and construction workers quickly set off setting up some sandbags and tents to be barracks. They brought portable generators and computer to monitor things around them as well as stay in contact with Greywatch. More would be coming in shortly but the small group of 25 men and many supplies was just the first step.
