Greetings and salutations to the international community from Holy Emperor Ti. Lucius Severus and the Holy Empire of Rathanan! We are currently opening our doors to countries who wish to establish embassies within our capitol of Saint Alexander City. The Holy Emperor feels that these embassies will help establish long lasting cooperation between the Holy Empire and all nations who accept our invitation.

That being said, due to the nature of our Empire, the only thing that can disqualify a nation from being able to establish an embassy is hostility and/or persecution of Christianity. We define hostility and persecution as: criminalizing Christian practices, executing Christians for the sake of their religion, executing Christians for crimes without giving them the same due process all other citizens receive, denying Christians the same services and rights that all other citizens receive, etc. The Council of Bishops of the Holy Catholic Church of Rathanan and the Holy Emperor reserve the right to add to this definition as needed.

We are currently opening up three areas for embassies within Saint Alexander City. These are Cathedral Square, Triumphal Row, and Market District. All embassies are two stories tall and can house a maximum of 45 people. Each embassy has a standard helicopter pad and a parking lot large enough to house the maximum amount of people. Special requests on the construction of the embassies may be made on the application.

Cathedral Square: Cathedral Square is the home of the majestic Cathedral of the Holy Imperium. Our founder, Saint Alexander the Great, began construction on the Cathedral but his son, Holy Emperor Villius Proculus finished the work shortly before his death. The Cathedral is only two blocks from the Holy Imperial Palace which makes for an easy commute to meet with Rathani government officials. The Holy Emperor recommends this square for countries with a heavy Christian background.

Triumphal Row: This is the home of a Triumphal Arch and Column dedicated to Saint Alexander shortly after the schism and war with the Roman Empire. This historic street also has many museums as well as many statues of Rathanan's Emperors. The Holy Emperor strongly recommends this street to anyone interested in the rich history of Rathanan.

Market District: The traditional location for commerce in Saint Alexander City. This district holds the headquarters for many of the country's most important businesses as well as many of the nation's most reputable shops and finest restaurants, bars, and breweries. Moreover, the Arena Square, which houses our many sporting events in our modern coliseum and our historical arena dating back to the 2nd century B.C. is only a few blocks away! Any ambassador who wants to get business deals and/or loves shopping, dining, and sports should strongly consider this location.
