Open invitation to the Wolfenhalle Government
Although our two nations find ourselves on opposite sides of this growing conflict, it is the position of the Mondothian government, and we hope of yours as well, that this should not be taken as a reason to become alienated from our neighbor and invite a war between us.
Therefor, we propose a pact of mutual benefit for the purposes of preventing needless conflict between our nations. This proposed Pact of mutual non-aggression would prevent either of our nations for arraying for war directly against each other, and, as we are now engaged in a war of powerblocks rather than one of individual nations, would be a means for preventing our disparate allies from staging against each other in our nations.
We hope that when this war has ended, this agreement will stand as a base for building better relations in the future and lead to closer ties between our nations.
