The United Socialist States of Kolgujevska was officially created earlier today in what was believed to be a landslide vote by the NKVD. The area that Kolgujevska occupies contains about 5 million people, however it is still under the protection of the Chernobyl-Pripyat Government. It will receive the equivalent of 30 Billion Universal Standard Dollars per year, along with military training and support.
