I am Alexei Benning, the State Foreign Minister for my country. The Confederacy of Rafaellun has taken notice of your request; we too are a relatively new country in the global scheme and are interested in establishing relations with our neighbours. It is on this note that we request permission to set up an embassy in your great city, and I would also ask that you reciprocate by opening an embassy in our own country!
