In accordance with Senate Resolution 41, The Federal Republic of Leistung would like to extend an invitation to all nations to establish diplomatic relations in our capital city of Hauptstadt.

The Federal Republic of Leistung is a small but prosperous nation recently founded from the ashes of civil war, and welcomes offers of alliance or trade (Leistung is rich in uranium ore). Security will be provided by the Hauptstadt police force, but nations are welcome to bring their own security forces, so long as no automatic or explosive weaponry are brought on the premises.

Full diplomatic immunity will be granted to diplomats, but not to staff or security. Access to the subway (S-bahn) will be provided, creating a direct link to Hauptstadt International Airport.

All nations have been accepted, but we do have several comments and answers. We will answer in order of nation application. Kirav, Hauptstadt, and indeed most of Leistung is cool in summer and frigid in winter (think Russia), and make sure those rifles aren't automatic. Altivia and Stevid are fine. We do have some issues with Foerost, however. No automatic weapons are allowed, and all laser weapons will have to be checked--our people have no experience with them. A landing strip will have to be public, and will be at Hauptstadt Intl. Airport, which you have immediate access to via the subway, and generally, the climate is too cold for a swimming pool. One can be constructed inside if you have a strong preference for one.
