After several years of debate, thoughts and arguements, the Kingdom of Lynion is happy to announce that we are opening our doors to the world to setup embassies on the island of Lynx. The Island of Lynx is the capital island in the Kingdom of Lynion and is the second largest with the Island of Lynscert being the biggest out of the five major islands.

We welcome all ambassador's to come to Lynx Island if they wish to help with trade, alliance's or other issue's they might have that they might want to bring forward to the Kingdom of Lynion.

In order to keep ambassdor's happy, we have permitted that they are allow to bring their family if they have one and able to keep a sizeable security force with them at all times. However, we must exercise that all ambassador's are required to come by jets that don't require a long runway in order to take off. Vehicles can come from home but they will be transported by Chinok's to the Lynx Island.

The Vamperial Kingdom of Lynion has the right to reject any application forms that they see that threatens the state of Lynion or the nation is an enemy of Lynion.

There is a limited space of 30 embassies at Lynx Island as that's all the space there is for them. However, we have managed to establish an embassy sector on Lynkavox Island. There will be some conditions to some embassies that require a closer watch and may be placed on Lynscert Island. This is for the sake of security for everyone.

What is the meaning of this new feature?

Embassy Applications have being noted to contain some small errors in the past. Usually its about the amount of weapons, going back over the special request section or sometimes it can be a classification of a weapon or vehicle. However, if the ambassador bio does not approve the Vamperial Order satisfaction, if the numbers of security detail, the classification of vehicles or special requests have gone to far, then it'll be counted to one of three warnings.

You'll be given the warning followed by the reason and advice. Another part of the warning is requesting us to decide your ambassador. Because of other important details, the nation that is putting forward the application form will be requested to pick its on ambassador. Should you request us to do so, then it'll result with an automatic warning.

Is it possible to get off the rejected list?

This is only possible if you send as a decent explaination of why we should take you back in. Alongside it will be a new application form for an embassy grant and this will be passed into the Vamperial Order. Should it be accepted, you will be taken off the list and given an embassy. If you get rejected, a reason will follow alongside the hours you need to wait before another one can be sent.


OOC: You can RP events that's will happen as well in the thread. The reason why I'm adding the new feature is to stop people from sending stupid application forms that I've seen around the forum. Its nothing personal to anyone but I'm trying to keep the system fair.

I have bought your telegram before the Vamperial Order and they have decided to give you a chance before the warnings are enforced. In order for this not to happen, the Vamperial Order has requested a number of things.

1) A more detail report about your small arms weaponary. Even though we don't mind small arms, we do however require a report of the classification and the types of small arms you wish to bring into Lynion.

2) Miniguns have being discussed and it has come to the Order's attention that these are going to be required to be in a highly secured armoury in order for them to stay in Lynion. It will be required that ammo and the miniguns will be required to be seperated for security reasons. We also require the classification and type of the weapon known as HVRG.

3) The Bradly APC has become a major issue and it was clearly stated that we won't allow APC's into the country. However, some of the Order have suggested we test out the possibility of having an APC in the Embassy Sector. This will be closely monitored and we will be conducting an inspection of the APC and the facility it will be stored in.

4) It is required of a detail report of why the APC and the minguns can't be left behind. This is a major factor in the Order and it will decide if we will allow you into the kingdom or not.

We aplogise for the situation but protocol must be taken and security is a top object in the kingdom.

1) Marines are armed with assault rifles, and each squad of 8 has one heavy weapon, so one anti-vehicle weapon, and one heavy machine gun. When outside of the embassy, they will be equipped with tasers, light pistols, and if the embassador is in a dangerous situation, P90/Uzi.

2) the HVRG is a hyper velocity RailGun. Again, it will not be fired, even in practise, and you can supervise it. We are however, considering a motion to take Tin Men out of embassies.
3) The Bradley APC will have its machine gun replaced with a water cannon, and stun guns.
4) We are a military nation, and always must be ready to defend people, and since we never leave a man behind, the Ambassador would be a valuable hostage. The Minigun/ HVRG are standard equiptment for Tin Men, but as stated above, will be supervised by your troops. We routinely station the Tin Men in a military base near by, so that we can help you with excusions, and you can supervise them from a secure environment.

We understand the situation, it has been repeated in other countries, but we have not had one incident yet!

Railgun? Wow! Being a while since that issue has appeared. Anyhow, after much discussion with the other Vamperial Headmasters, Vamperial Masters, Imperial Guardian Headmaster Mavax (in charge of the Royal Family Personal Bodyguards) and High King Vamp, we have voted that we will accept you into embassy sector AWAY from the other embassies for obvious reasons. However, there are a number of conditions that are to be met.

1) We would require at least Two weeks notice if you wish to practice your railgun shooting. This is to give us a warning in advance and warn the Imperial Guardians about the current situation.

2) The APC will be monitored and it will be require to be inspected. This is to make sure the secuirty detail is up to our standards. This will also apply to your armoury and other weapons systems.

3) Because of the high-powered weapons and due to the stretching of the Imperial Guardians, your embassy is going to be placed on Lynscert Island where you'll be able to interract with other Lynion Military Personal should you wish to do so. We're only doing this for the sake of the safety of the other embassies.

If you have questions please contact the Vamperial Order which is also on Lynscert Island. Further more, we will have an embassy reserved for you.

1) We will only do practise on the base. If your scientists wish to observe, they are welcome to.

The climate in Lynion is a mountaious climate. Winter (June-August) has the common blizzard and is well known for snow storms. Spring and Autumn are the rainy season while Summer (December to February) can be dry, cool and some times it can rain.

We are more than happy to accept your ambassador. I will however, require the short bio about the ambassdaor to be given to the guards. It isn't something we like to make a big deal out of, but we would like to know something about him/her. An embassy has being reserved for you.
