After facing huge criticism from the Leocardian public population for the unnecessary war with Greal, President Batista was forced to establish renew better relations with the Greali Government, as well as given in a gift.

As the Leocardians have been protesting my apologizes toward your nation, I will now formalize my apology and admit that my decision to force invade your country and ruin our rich history of formal friendship and military alliance just to bring the unnecessary losses of many lives.

To return my deep sorrows and hope for forgiveness, I would like to send an enormous carrier full of millions of gallons of liquid natural gas. And to ease your suspicions on to us, we will lightly escort our carrier with one Longboat Class Battlecrusier.

Please accept this gift as a term for your forgiveness, and may we open our relations again.

A tanker full of millions of gallons of LNG immediately left the harbor on escort with a Longboat Class. The tanker, equipped with the latest RADAR system in Leocardian technology, has a huge, extra-long antenna. The Longboat Class will automatically deliver a 1,000km warning of their arrival to Greal's nearest harbor.

I have read your letter and I am pleased to hear that you are trying to start up relations again. However, the public is still reeling from the Leocardian war, and they do not like the Leocardians. Your ship may be sent to Womer.

Within days later, the LNG carrier arrived within 1,500km to Greali waters, in which the Longboat Class issued a warning of its arrival to Wormer, one of Greal's port cities. The carrier staff, which is comprised of elite special forces units only allowed to operate in this special mission escort, took to their rifles and arms as the Longboat Class played the Leocardian national anthem and retreated back toward the Leocardian mainland.

On top of the extra-long antenna, in which is Leocardia's newest RADAR system, raised the Leocardian flag, and under, a flag with red text bearing the name: Operation Reopening Friendship. The ship headed full speed to the Wormer port before it was docked.

Two Greal Hunter Submarines followed the Leocardian ships.

The LNG carrier RADAR picked up two submarines in the water, closing in to the carrier's safe zone. However, keeping up the constant speed, the special forces captain radioed in.

This is a trade ship. Repeat, this is a trade ship. Do not engage, repeat, do not engage.

With sweat coming out from the special forces officer, he increased the speed of the carrier to the port.

"The carrier has sent us a message."

"Alright, respond."

"I don't trust these Leocardians."

"Neither do I. But nothing we can do."

"This is the submarine Rammer and Danerous. We were dispatched from the Greal fleet to make sure your shipment gets to Greal safely."

Womer

The largest port in Greal, was packed with activity. Somehow, the news of the Leocardian ships, had spread throughout the city. Crowds of people were at the port, waiting for the ships to arrive. Others waited for the new Longsword class ship to arrive. Hundreds of missile boats, gun boats, and corvettes were patrolling around the port.

The Leocardian ships were greeted by swarms of fighters and bombers flying over the port. Greal civilians on cruise liners nearby waved to the Leocardian crews. Two Greal Dragon Class Destroyers kept watch on the Leocardian ships.

The crew went back into the ship and prepared to dock. The captain awaited to walk on the port upon meeting the city's mayoral electors.

Now the ship "connected" the port. Greal police roadblocked the streets to prevent people from going to meet the carrier. The Leocardian captain would find himself facing the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Raul Riddle, and the mayor of Womer, Adam Jackson.

Leocardian Military Base, 450km off the coast of Greal

The 737 cargo jet taxied down the runway to the waiting Leocardian officials. On the side in massive letters "FAST AIR FREIGHT" adorned the aircraft. As cargo transfers went this was a rather normal one except for one thing.

A massive box was taken out of its rear hold and taken to a separate handling building, cleared out today for this purpose. As the box was opened up, 4 men arrived in an airtug wearing FAF uniforms. These weren't the men that worked on unloading rations and mail from the FAF jet. They were 'operators', countryless men that were hired for one purpose, to get a job done. The box finished opening up, and it revealed its contents for the enraptured Leocardian officials.

It was an experimental Mark 12 480W Electrolaser, made by the Leafanistani Black Projects division of General Resources Conglomerate. It was part of Project PROPHET and was originally pitched to the Leafanistani government as a covert assassination tool.

The Electrolaser would divert power slowly to its supercapacitors before discharging all at once to form a coherent near infrared beam at its target up to 10 miles away. This beam however would bloom rather significantly, and it was designed to. The blooming would create a conductive plasma channel for a fraction of a second before the Laser would be shut off, and in that time, lets say in a storm, a bolt of lightning, now given a clear path to follow to the ground, would ride down the plasma channel, and strike its target.

It was pitched as the "Finger of God", an untraceable method of assassination that looks like an act of God.

And now it was in Leocardian hands, with all the important markings, stickers, and parts made piecemeal in dozens of different countries. It was assembled in the Colonies with imported bolts and welding equipment to make backtracing by metallurgy even more difficult. It's markings were painfully generic, in both English and Arabic with no corporate logos or any other identifying marks, and it was insultingly easy to use at close range, but would take a skilled operator at long ranges.

That's where the operators would come in. They would use the Electrolaser for the Leocardians, and then disappear using FAF's massive distribution network to vanish around the world.

It was now the Leocardian's job to provide a target, and transport.

The Leocardian Air Freight plane delivered by Leafanistan was ordered not to interfere with the special mission currently held by the Leocardian Government. The freight cargo was just letters and gifts sent by the Leocardian soldiers stationed by the Greal mainland to their loved ones. This interference can destroy Leocardia's ambitions to restore friendly relations with Greal and its people. However, the pilots of the plane were not Leocardian, nor were they even Leafanistan, and the plane had no marking. Just Air Freight, baring the names on the sides in English and Arabic.

As the plane took off from the military base, it aligned itself along the borders of the International Sea and Greali territory, but is leaning on the International Seas side. The excuse? It was the only fastest route to Leocardia, since it was already late upon its delivery times due to the last delay of the plane's lack of engine oil. Plus the pilot's missions were not up to date with Leocardia's systems. However, a note was left by a Leafanistan pilot who once flew on the plane, and it was ordering the new pilots to head toward Greal. The internationally unknown pilots knew nothing about it, but kept it in mind, as a new order.

A squadron of naval fighters noticed a Leocardian plane on their radar but they didn't think much of ti and headed back to base. The pilots even forgot to report the plane.

The decision to make friends with Greal had once again influenced Leocardia's always stretching its hand for them. The soldiers gave their "Leocardian Allied Salute" and shook hands with the mayoral officials. It is a great honor to witness the new era of Leocardian-Greal peace. The captain said. As my honor, I present to you my sword of war. The other two special forces units next to him bend to their knees and knelt a suitcase. The other opened it, and inside bears the shining sword once used by the captain in the war with Junia. Inside the case, it bore the name, Nathan Road, the captain's name. Should I introduce myself, I am Nathan Road, and I am here in honor to present you my sword of warriors, the exact sword I've used to bring the victorious battle of Junia, I present to you... As my gift of new friendship and another era of better understanding.

Adam Jackson was a little surprised, He was not as good as a diplomat as Raul Riddle who stood nearby. Adam Jackson looked at the shining sword for the moment then said.

Nathan smiled after he said that quote. He hoped that the evil dicator, Jason Batista had been overthrown, and now is glad that Adam is looking for the future. I am glad to witness this historic reopening of our powerful relationship that had once thrived until Batista's era of reign.

Nathan Road stumbled upon a memorial established by Leocardia's apologies of invasion, he expressed sorrow through the names of Greal soldiers who made a helpful effort to protect the nation and had not came back home to see their families any more. He looked at the city mayor. I am sorry to see the people who have died for your country. I will be Leocardia's representative to say that we truly regret this move and now we are still regretting it now. A limo was waiting for the Leocardian delegate and the mayor. Then the limo driver asked where the Leocardian wanted to go. Behind the limo, two SUVs were watching.
