Red City, The World Soviet Party
Over the course of two weeks, over 350 men from the Northern Baltic arrived in Red City. Some posed as tourists, others posed as businessmen. All had money, some more then others, stashed away in bank accounts. All carried real passports from The Northern Baltic. Most arrived by plane, but some arrived by boat. After they got off of they each rented apartments and rented (and bought) cars in different locations around and in Red City. A month after the Operation had officially began, they all met at a rented warehouse to discuss matters. They talked in code to be sure no one really understood what they wanted to do. Had one been listening on the conversation, one would simply hear things involving modern life in TWSP and the trucking business.
(Translated from code)
Gregor, "You take Victor and Pasha and start that trucking business."
Kochka, "Fine, but only if you can finally convince Udor to make sure he has all the rules down for this country. Last thing we need is to get in trouble before we finish our operation."
Vladimir, "I have the prints just in a few hours ago from HQ. High quality printer plans. Perfect for stage 1 of the operation."
Gregor, "Perfect, Vladimir. Has the Mafia sent the shipment yet?"
Vladimir, "Yes. The counter fitting paper should be here in a few days. My men can assemble the printers in the meanwhile. Though first, we have to finish registering our dry cleaning and laundry shop."
Gregor, "Good to see that you're on that. This warehouse will be Kochka's once we're finished registering her business."
Vladimir, "Sir, if I may ask, what will you do in the meantime?"
Gregor, "Keep everything organized, Vlad, I am your commanding officer for a reason after all."
They all went back to their individual apartments.

OOC: Yeah, I acknowledge this, go ahead with it.

Impressive that they managed to put up a bussiness in only a month :P, also, I assume they applied to live and work in TWSP, right? It's not like anyone can come and stay at will.

Oh, and trucking is kinda overrated, specially with cheap trains :)

OOC: Yeah. I figured I'd save writing the boring paperwork and visa application processing and instead go straight through with the plan. Oh and, trust me on the trucking ;)

IC: Within a few weeks, the businesses were registered. A couple weeks after that, they began purchasing equipment. Trucks, shipping crates, and warehouses would all be necessary for a successful trucking business. Within a matter of a few days, the newly registered 'VP Trucking Company' owned a total of sixteen 18 wheelers and 12 eighteen wheelers. They also owned dozens of shipping crates and rented several warehouses. 50 of the most talented drivers were sent to get TWSP driving licenses.

As with the other businesses, they went to purchase and/or rent and land and equipment. Vladimir's Dry Cleaning and Laundry was situated by an upper middle class Russian ethnic neighborhood, while Kochka set up 'Kochka's Courier Service'. The operation had nearly completed stage 1.

Several dozen large crates arrived for the new businesses from The Northern Baltic. The boxes contained the disassembled pieces of various equipment the businesses would be needing (industrial washing/drying machines, dry cleaning machine, forklift, etc.,) for their operations. However, mixed in with the parts for the machines were parts for several high quality printers and pieces for a rifle (excluding the barrel, stock, and scope). After the machines were set up, The World Soviet Party would have a new dry cleaning place.

The paper arrived mixed in with printer paper from The Northern Baltic. In the attic of the building, the counter fitting printers were set up. The printers were designed to run only while the machines in the building were running, which, hopefully due to the amount of publicity $20,000 could buy, should be most of the time.

The plan was now in full swing. At 2 in the morning, the trucks were making a scheduled pick up at a port. However, on the previous night, several shipping crates filled with things that had been dropped off by Kochka's Courier Service from Vladimir's Store were sitting in one of the warehouses now. The items were taken out and put into many plain duffel bags. The plain duffel bags were then divided evenly between the trucks.

The trucks each took separate routes out of Red City. The duffel bags were all dropped on the side of the street from the moving trucks. The trucks continued to the port city, picked up their load (and dropped off the shipping crates) and then headed back. No one mentioned the duffel bags.

One of the first things Soviet kids were taught was not to pick strange objects from the floor, thus, as soon as the duffel bags were noticed, and not knowing what they contained, some concerned citizens (after all, this was a fucked up world, never know how terrorists might strike) called the Police.

A few officers showed up at the drop spots, told everyone to back down, and inspected the bags, they dared not open them, and both the HAZMAT and Anti-Bomb squads would have to be called so as to find out what was inside.

Luckily, there were no explosives nor bio-chem agents in the bags, the Police only found <INSERT WHATEVER IS IN THE BAG HERE>.
